I was surprised that the Degustation course for lunch consisted of a full course of 10 dishes just like dinner, plus an additional dish of venison. Each dish was served individually, unlike the expected one plate with 2-3 types of appetizers. The first bread with cream cheese and truffle aroma was delicious, giving a feeling of being in a high-quality restaurant. The duck soup with yuzu scent was tasty, as well as the flounder and turnip dish. The ikura, orange, and cream cheese appetizer was enjoyable, and the terrine with mushrooms was visually appealing and tasty. The pate was excellent as a specialty dish. The sea bream was crispy and delicious, while the duck and foie gras Rossini was slightly heavy but still good. The risotto was cooked al dente and flavorful. The dessert of pumpkin ice cream with candied chestnuts and deer meat with pomegranate sauce were both delicious. This restaurant in Tachikawa is top-notch, and I will definitely be returning next month. With 10 dishes served individually, the quality and experience would easily be worth double the price of 7000 yen, possibly even 14000 yen in Tokyo's 23 wards. The COVID-19 precautions were well-maintained with good spacing between tables. Highly recommended with a perfect 5.0 rating on Tabelog.

I visited this restaurant because the yakitori place had a one-hour limit and I couldn't eat there. The exterior of this place looks nice and the interior is stylish and spacious, which is great. Since this was our second stop, we didn't order any main dishes, focusing instead on appetizers and pasta.
- Duck consomme soup: This was amazing. You could really taste the rich flavor of the duck, and it was refreshing.
- Assorted vegetable appetizer: Simple vegetable dishes, but they were already quite impressive. Really delicious.
- Magret duck prosciutto and burrata with kiwi fruit and chrysanthemum sauce: The prosciutto was incredibly tasty, but the kiwi sauce was outstanding. It paired wonderfully with the ricotta cheese, a truly satisfying dish.
- Specialty dish: Duck pate en croute. This is the restaurant's signature dish. The various flavors wrapped in a sweet tart crust were fantastic. It would go perfectly with wine.
- Fettuccine with duck ragu sauce: The ragu, or rather the duck umami cream sauce, was delicious. The meat was plentiful, making it a tasty dish.
I regret not being able to try the main dishes this time. I will definitely visit this place as my first stop next time. The course menus seem quite promising, priced at 5,500 yen and 7,700 yen. They also offer wine pairings, and since they have a variety of wines, I'm looking forward to trying the pairings. However, adding a 6,600 yen pairing to the 7,700 yen course would make it quite expensive. But considering the quality of this place, it might be worth it. It was a night that made me think so.

I went to this restaurant for the first time, after having been to the SEC branch for lunch. I ordered the 7-course meal with wine pairing. The dishes were all delicious, especially the rabbit meat pate. I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of yellowtail and mussel carpaccio with Shine Muscat wine. Personally, I prefer a bit more acidity, but it still tasted great and paired well with the wine. By the end of the meal, I was very satisfied. Even without going to the city center, being able to enjoy such a meal is more than enough. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

As usual, it's a full course meal starting from consomme. This time I chose a 10-course menu for the first time. For the first course, it was Mango and Sea Urchin Mousse. The sea urchin mousse had a subtle cheese flavor, and the crunchy mango provided a refreshing texture and aroma. I love it so much that I wish it becomes a summer staple.

It was a little walk from Tachikawa Station. The shop along the street had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. It's a French restaurant, but not too formal. The dishes were elaborate but you could enjoy them casually in a course meal. It's a good place for wine lovers. I would like to visit again when the seasons change.

I visited around 11:30 for lunch without a reservation on a regular day. It seemed like many people make reservations, but I was able to get in smoothly probably because it was an early time. If it's for a business lunch, they recommend certain dishes and are considerate of the time, so it seems possible to go even with a short lunch break. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious, so I would definitely like to visit again.

The restaurant is a bit far from the station, but it is fashionable, delicious, and reasonably priced. The service is warm and welcoming, making it a great place for large group gatherings. However, be aware that the cooking may take some time. I made a reservation for 1 pm on a holiday and the restaurant was bustling with customers. I recommend making a reservation to be safe.
[What I ate]
Light Course ¥3800
Chicken breast upgrade ¥330
Fettuccine with duck ragu sauce ¥1580
White wine ¥480
Sparkling wine ¥580
The duck was juicy and delicious, without any gamey taste. It is highly recommended for those who love game meat. The appetizers were beautifully presented and the wine recommended by the staff paired perfectly with the meal. The only downside was that the service and serving time of the dishes were quite slow. Even with the course with the fewest dishes, it took 2 hours until we left. I think it's best to come with someone you are close with, as it might be difficult to pass the time otherwise. I would like to visit again if I'm in the area. Thank you for the meal!

It's been a while since I visited. I made a reservation for the 5,500 yen course and went. I changed the main course to Rossini with a pre-reservation (+1,500 yen). From the appetizer to the main course, everything was really delicious and enjoyable... It was a happy time. Not only delicious, but the customer service and service were also really great. It's my favorite restaurant in Tachikawa. I had about 3 drinks, so the price was a bit high for lunch, but there are also reasonable options like business lunches, so I recommend this restaurant.

I had a spontaneous lunch at a restaurant near me around 11:30 am. Although it was mostly fully booked, I was lucky to secure a seat as I was dining alone. I recommend making a reservation if you want to ensure a meal. This time, I chose the Special Lunch Set for 2,980 yen. The set included:
- Today's pate and bread
- French assorted salad
- Duck leg confit with pomme frites
- Today's pasta
- Dessert
- After-meal drink
The salad was delicious and well-prepared. The pasta with creamy meat sauce was very tasty. The duck was as satisfying as always, and I left feeling very full and satisfied. The restaurant had a refreshing atmosphere, and it's easy to see why it's popular. The pasta lunch enjoyed by the diner next to me also seemed to offer good value. I might try that next time. Thank you for the delicious meal!

The first full course. It's a lot! Recommended for those who are tired of regular French cuisine. Especially if you're not a fan of herbs. If you have a lot of likes and dislikes, it might take away some of the fun. Recommended course from Kika "Degustation*10 dishes ¥7,700 (Rossini +¥1500) Duck consomme soup Octopus and homemade cream cheese Green peas Summer orange Bonito and strawberry Red wine vinegar sheet True and chicken breast Terrine of potatoes Pine nuts Grapes Speciality Bate en croute White asparagus Truffle scrambled eggs Mackerel and bamboo shoots Lard du Cuxel sauce [Reservation only] Magret duck and foie gras Rossini style +1,500 Fettuccine Duck trichana Yama ita ice cream Mint genoise Mandarin orange"

Tepatomoka in Tachikawa City, Tokyo, near Tachikawa Station offers pasta lunch sets and confit lunch sets. It's nice to have lunch at a place like this occasionally. The coffee served in the last teacup was also good. It's a casual French restaurant, so it's easy to visit. The food was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

This restaurant is a sister store of Bistrot flat, which has several sister stores in the Tachikawa area. The restaurant reopened after a temporary closure last summer and fall due to the opening of a sister store. I arrived at the restaurant around 1:30 pm on a weekday. The nearest station is Tachikawa-Kita on the Tama Monorail, a bit of a walk from JR Tachikawa Station. Upon entering, I noticed only one group of women dining. The interior has a stylish and elegant atmosphere. I found out after entering that they no longer offer the previously available business lunch menu priced in the 1,000 yen range, focusing instead on courses priced at 3,000 yen, 5,000 yen, and 7,000 yen. I opted for the 3,800 yen light course, with an additional charge for the Hokkaido whitefish milt américaine appetizer. The quality of the food was impressive, with a clear focus on detail and presentation. They seem to specialize in duck as the main dish, but I found the amuse-bouche and appetizers to be more memorable. The meal took at least an hour to finish, so I wish I had known beforehand and visited when I had more time to spare.

Due to the pandemic and various other reasons, it has been three years since my last visit. The menu has changed quite a bit, and this time I opted for the 14,300 yen course with full wine pairing. I was delighted by the variety of appetizers! In particular, the carpaccio that combined Mont Saint-Michel mussels with amberjack, and the dish that paired smoked mackerel with a sweet pumpkin puree were delicious. Before the fish course, we were served plump scallops and maitake mushrooms simply prepared with Burgundy butter. The maitake mushrooms had a surprisingly robust flavor. The swordfish wrapped in kataifi had a light and fluffy texture, which was delightful. Of course, the main course was duck. We had the option to choose between breast or leg meat, and this time we chose the breast. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The restaurant prides itself on its selection of natural wines. We enjoyed pairing each dish with a different wine, each with its own unique aroma and flavor. The service was efficient and pleasant. We savored the flavors of autumn to the fullest! Thank you for the wonderful meal. I might have to make another trip to Tachikawa when the seasons change just to visit this restaurant again.

TEPATOMOKA → KAMOTOPATE is a specialty restaurant that serves duck and pate (uncrust). I visited the restaurant with a friend who has similar taste preferences. We had made a reservation for 7:30 pm, but as my friend finished work early, we contacted the restaurant and were able to come in at 7:00 pm. The restaurant had just reopened after a period of closure due to the launch of a new branch called S・E・C GREENSPRINGS. The seating was spacious and well-ventilated, and the tables were adequately distanced for COVID-19 precautions.
We had reserved the seasonal recommended full course "Degustation" menu which consisted of 10 dishes for 7700 yen. There was also an option for a half-pairing of 6 drinks for 4400 yen. I mentioned to the staff that I have a low tolerance for alcohol, and they kindly adjusted the portions accordingly, pouring more for my friend who can handle it better.
- Starter: Duck Consomme Soup - Rich and flavorful, with a smooth saltiness that made it so enjoyable, I could have kept drinking it. The lingering taste was remarkable.
- Appetizer: Shine Muscat and Dried Squid with Homemade Ricotta and Late-Harvest Wine Jelly - A delightful combination of fruit, ricotta, and squid, with the squid adding a unique texture.
- Main Course: Ibaraki Nishizaki Farm "Kasumi Duck" Breast Meat with Turnip and Ju de Canard - The duck meat was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and a slightly strong taste. The turnip was roasted for hours, making it tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
- Dessert: Hojicha Ice Cream with Fig Compote - The ice cream had a rich flavor from the tea leaves, and the fig compote added a nice touch of sweetness.
Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, and the wine pairings complemented the flavors perfectly. The service was attentive and the ambiance was relaxing. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience.

I was surprised by the stylishness and deliciousness that didn't seem like Tachikawa at all. I ordered a 7-course lunch set. Starting with the appetizer of Shine Muscat, both the fish and meat were delicious. I would like to try it again when the lunch menu changes.

This is my third time coming here alone. I'm completely fine. I ordered a nice lunch course (laughs). This foie gras and duck are amazing. The thick foie gras sits on top of the duck, and the Laguiole knife cuts through it smoothly. I discovered Laguiole here. There are so many details and each time I come, I get to enjoy something different. Definitely worth a visit.

It's less than a 10-minute walk from Tachikawa Station North Exit. It's a small yet open and high-quality restaurant. They serve delicious duck dishes, so I sometimes go there for lunch. The lunch menu ranges from around 1,000 yen quick lunches to more substantial course menus. The course menu also offers a drink pairing set selected by the restaurant, with options for alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. This is quite interesting. This time, I had two appetizers, duck consomme soup, a choice of main dish, dessert, and coffee. I chose the duck from Kasumigaura in Ibaraki for the main dish, with a sauce of uni and curry flavor which had a deep and rich taste. The dessert was a pound cake with rosemary, providing a refreshing taste after the richness of the duck. It was nice to discover that rosemary can be used in this way. It's fun to make such discoveries. The menu changes slightly depending on the season, so it's great for leisurely enjoying alone. I often see solo customers there. Next time, I want to go alone and enjoy the drink pairing. It's close to the station, not too formal, and not too casual. It's just the right kind of place to engage with the food. Thank you for the meal. by Sunao

This place is perfect for those who want to enjoy French cuisine in a casual atmosphere. I visited during the day, so there were mostly female customers. The staff, with their bright and energetic voices, made the full-course French meal feel very casual and enjoyable. It was a shame that they didn't serve alcohol, but I could tell that they put effort into their non-alcoholic options. I got lost and ended up arriving late for my reservation, but they kindly guided me over the phone and I finally made it. Thank you very much.

A wonderful restaurant located a little away from Tachikawa Station. The cozy atmosphere inside the restaurant offers an outstanding bistro experience without any pretentiousness, making it a perfect place for special occasions. I ordered the Gourmand Course for 3800 yen. The restaurant seems to recommend duck, so I selected duck meat for the main dish. I also tried duck consommé soup for the first time, which was delicious. Each dish was beautifully presented and showcased the unique character of the restaurant. I enjoyed every dish immensely. There were four options for the main dish, so I look forward to visiting again. Can't wait for the next visit!

It is a small shop located less than a 10-minute walk from Tachikawa Station North Exit. I revisited this place because a friend recommended it to me before and it was delicious. The atmosphere of the shop can be seen in the previous reviews. This time, I opted for the Petit Lunch with the main dish being duck from Ibaraki Prefecture. The Petit Lunch costs 2500 yen, and the main dish was an additional 500 yen, making it a 3000 yen lunch. Unfortunately, I had plans afterwards so I couldn't enjoy any alcohol. Since it was May, the appetizer terrine featured bamboo shoots as the main ingredient, which I really enjoyed about this season. The duck main dish with nori sauce was also a refreshing choice. It was a leisurely time, and I was very satisfied once again. Next time, I want to try the full course meal. It seemed easy to dine alone for lunch, and I look forward to enjoying a proper meal there. Such restaurants are perfect for occasional indulgence. Tokyo has once again declared a state of emergency. Therefore, it could be said that it is a time when it is easier to dine leisurely alone. It's not the type of place for large groups to make noise, and it seems that precautions are being taken. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Bistro located in Tachikawa Kita. During this season, the closing time is at 8:00 PM with last order at 7:00 PM. Short course @ 3,300 yen ■ Appetizer Terrine of bamboo shoots, chicken tenderloin, saragai, sansho pepper ■ Appetizer Pate en croute ■ Soup Duck consomme soup ■ Meat dish Lamb shoulder loin with herbs and spring vegetables ■ Dessert + After-dinner coffee/tea EX Olive oil ice cream, cocoa and nutmeg genoise, marmalade. Everything was carefully prepared and left a good impression. The dishes maximized the flavor of the ingredients. The lamb shoulder loin was tender and easy to eat without any unpleasant smell. I was surprised by the presentation of the duck consomme soup served in a wine glass. It was more delicious than some high-end restaurants. Thank you for the meal.

Fun restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for dining alone. I love foie gras, and I want to eat a whole pate en croute, not just half. I enjoyed trying out various dishes and had fun chatting to myself while eating. The lunch drinks were reasonably priced, which was really appreciated. Also, they offered non-alcoholic options for pairing, so even non-drinkers can have a good time at night. I left feeling all warm and fuzzy after just one drink.
