I ordered the extra-large portion of back fat dipping noodles at Mita Seimenjo in Tamachi. It's been a while since I last visited when there were no branches yet. I didn't expect it to expand this much. I used to go occasionally to the Suidobashi branch near my old place in Kasuga, but looking at my app history, it seems I hadn't been to Mita Seimenjo itself in a year. I initially planned to order the cold sea bream dashi dipping noodles, but ended up choosing the back fat dipping noodles at the ticket machine. I opted for the extra-large noodle portion. Honestly, I don't feel the necessity of the back fat in these dipping noodles. It's just like regular dipping noodles without adding soup. When you mix it with the soup, the back fat finally comes alive. It's nice that there are plenty of condiments on the table, so you can enjoy various flavors. It's a reliable restaurant, so it's convenient when there are no other options available.

After seeing the review of Mita Moritsuke Tsukemen Oomori on Eat Log with a rating of 3 or above, and feeling like having tsukemen, I decided to visit for the first time. Taste: It was a classic tsukemen, but personally, I think the noodles could have had a bit more flavor. The soup base was made with bonito dashi and was delicious, but with the large serving of noodles, there wasn't much soup left at the end. Atmosphere: The first floor has a counter, and there are seats on the second floor as well. It would be nice if there were booth seats for families to enjoy. Cost performance: It was good value for money, with the tsukemen being under 1000 yen for a large serving and coming with free extra noodles. I left feeling satisfied, and there were also coupons available for the next visit. Thank you for the meal.

After a long time, I did a run around the bay area, only to find that the shop I was looking for was closed for some reason. Maybe because of the Bon holiday... After some hesitation, I ended up at Mita Seimen for the first time in about 15 years! I tried the collaboration mixed noodles with "Sutadon". It was really junky and a great way to replenish the calories burned from the run. After finishing my meal, I noticed the sign at the entrance saying "Mita Honten". I always thought it was just a name, but it turns out it's the original Mita Seimen. I learned something new today!笑

"Thick pork bone and fish broth tsukemen (served cold) with extra noodles, 580 grams for 1,150 yen. It's been a while since I've been to Mita Seimenjo. The taste is consistent and to my liking, but this time the chashu had less fat and was a bit tough, which was disappointing. Despite ordering extra noodles, the portion size wasn't as large as expected. The main store was surprisingly small."

I visited the original Mita Seimenjo, which has now become a chain store. When I first entered, I was impressed by the innovative nature of their tsukemen, and even now, the appeal of their tsukemen remains strong. I particularly appreciated that the chashu is served separately from the dipping broth. The generous portion of menma was also delicious. The regular size is still sufficient, and I definitely want to go back!

Today's lunch was at Mita Seimenjo Honten in Mita. Last week was Mitsuyadou, and this week is Mita. The location is near Mita Station or Tamachi Station. I tried the limited-time super spicy menu, the Scorching Tsukemen (medium size). The spiciness is at its maximum limit, and I chose the thick noodles called "washiwashi." The fish broth soup with spicy blended spices sprinkled on top is mixed thoroughly before eating. The aroma of the fish broth spreads as soon as it's mixed. There is a delicious umami within the spiciness. My lips were tingling, and I was sweating a lot, but I managed to finish it deliciously.

I went to the office in Tamachi and had lunch. Today, I headed towards Keio Nakadori looking for something refreshing to eat, and I found the perfect dish at Mita Seimenjo. I had the sea bream salt dipping noodles. They had installed a ticket vending machine at the entrance, and I selected the small portion. I also got a seasoned boiled egg as a bonus. The soup had a refreshing taste with a solid sea bream broth that you could really feel. It also had shredded fish meat in it. The noodles were the usual thick noodles. When eaten together, it was perfect for this season, but I couldn't help but think that I prefer their rich seafood pork bone broth with this type of noodles. Thank you for the meal.

I went after drinking. It was less crowded than I thought. I purchased a ticket at the vending machine. The interior of the shop has only counter seats. I ordered the medium-sized pork bone and seafood dipping noodles. It's nice that you can choose from regular to large size for free. The pork bone and seafood soup is basic and delicious. The noodles are thick and go well with the soup. I followed the recommended way to eat, changing the taste with chili peppers, and enjoyed it until the end.

After playing baseball with my circle, I always find myself craving Mita Seimenjo. I ordered my usual, tsukemen with extra toppings of boiled egg and chashu. Slurp slurp slurp. Yes, this is it! So delicious! The dried fish flavor really hits the spot in my tired body! The thick noodles are also amazing. I will definitely, definitely come back again!

I chose the rich shrimp dipping noodles in large serving (580g of noodles) because it's a limited-time cold serving and I love shrimp. This is my second time eating at the Mita main store. It's easy for a woman dining alone to enter, so if you feel like eating dipping noodles, don't hesitate to go in. The male staff was friendly. Towards the end, the flavor became a bit weak so I added plenty of garlic and shichimi pepper from the table. It was delicious, but I smelled like garlic all day haha. I was really hungry, so the large serving was no problem. I'm satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

Corona has calmed down to some extent, so business trips have been allowed again. As a result, I've become busy. I miss those days when I used to make excuses about self-restraint. I wanted to go out, but humans are selfish beings. The area around Tamachi during lunchtime was crowded with people, and when I found the main store of Mita Seimenjo, of course I had to go in (lol). There was only one group ahead of me, but the line didn't seem to be moving much. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was finally seated. I ordered the pork bone and seafood soup with regular noodles (320g) and the tsukemen lunch with egg and chashu. The menu also offered a large size of 580g, but I didn't dare to challenge that. After waiting for the noodles to be boiled, the tsukemen arrived. It's been a while since I've been to Mita Seimenjo. I might be called an "oma-kei" again, but it's fresh because we don't have this in Kagawa. The thick noodles, beautifully coated, are wonderful! When you chew on the thick noodles, you can smell the wheat, which is nice. There's also a typical kansui smell of Chinese noodles. The dipping sauce with a hint of sweetness, and the diced chashu, somehow nostalgic. Personally, I wish they would increase the amount of diced chashu rather than the regular chashu toppings. I slurped up the noodles, dipped them in the soup, and finished. (The lukewarm soup on the table was a minor issue). The taste is no different from other shops, but I'm satisfied because I ate at the main store. Thank you for the meal \Full stomach/ Note: I got a bit busy and neglected my drafts, so they piled up. I want to give up (/・ω・)/ ===========

I visited the main store for the first time. I was seated at the counter on the first floor and tried the classic tsukemen. There were many young people who seemed to be students from Keio University, and I could feel the lively atmosphere. They were selling a limited-time shrimp tsukemen. I asked for a small portion to try. It had a slight spiciness and was delicious.

I often go to Gotanda and Shinjuku Nishiguchi, but I visited the main store after a long time because it opened early and matched my schedule. I ordered the tsukemen with extra noodles, served cold, with a seasoned egg. I had to wait a bit as there were a few delivery orders ahead of me, but when the dish arrived, the thick noodles and fish powder piled on top of the nori were beautiful. I sprinkled plenty of spice on top before eating. The unique texture of the noodles from Mita Seimenjo's tsukemen, the thick menma, and the diced meat were well-balanced and delicious.

Lunch A is probably the all-topping version of the lunch. It costs 1,100 yen with an 80 yen discount. You can choose from regular to extra-large noodles for free. The special size costs an additional 100 yen. I opted for the medium size, which is a generous 580 grams. You can also choose between spicy and fatty soup. The noodles are smooth and chewy, very tasty, but the dipping soup is a bit thin and lacks flavor. The soup is a blend of seafood and animal broth with a slight acidity. The seasoned egg was delicious. The bamboo shoots were soft but thick like pieces of wood. The soup also had bamboo shoots and two large chunks of pork chashu.

On a day off, I was working diligently and decided to have an early lunch at 10:30 am. I ordered the medium-sized tsukemen at Mita Seimen Honten, which was served hot and weighed 450g. It's a chain restaurant, but they use a pay-after system. I waited for about 10 minutes before my order arrived. I enjoyed customizing the flavor with the condiments on the table. The portion seemed a bit small even though it was 450g after boiling. Overall, it was a delicious meal.

I visited the restaurant on a regular night after work.
■ Exterior of the restaurant
It is about a 3-4 minute walk from Tamachi Station, located in the Keio Nakadori shopping street.
■ Interior of the restaurant
There are about 10 counter seats and it seems there is also a second floor. When I visited around 9 pm, the counter was almost full. I managed to find one available seat.
■ Food
I ordered the miso tsukemen (990 yen) with a medium portion of noodles. They asked if I wanted it hot or cold, and with thick noodles or original noodles. I prefer cold, so I chose cold, and I went with thick noodles as I wasn't sure. The soup was quite rich, but the miso flavor was a bit weak. It was tasty, but as a miso ramen lover, I found it a bit lacking in miso flavor.

Yesterday's lunch was at Mita Seimenjo Mita Honten... I had the limited-time red miso dipping noodles with a medium serving. The dish was filled with lots of vegetables and the bright red soup had a mild spicy kick. Although I didn't taste much of the miso flavor, it was delicious. I used the coupons I had saved up on the app and ended up paying only 400 yen. Thank you for the meal.

I went to the main branch of Mita Seimenjo as usual. The quality is always reliable. The taste is just as good as at the Hiroshima Kamiyacho branch. Today, I went back to basics and ordered the tsukemen (regular) with meat and onion rice. I asked for it to be served hot, and it was perfect.

I knew that there was a Thanksgiving event going on, but I couldn't go because of work. I had some business in Tanimachi for the first time in about three years, so I visited. It was after 1 pm, but the effect of the 500 yen price was evident. There were two people ahead of me, but I was seated quickly. The food also arrived in about 3 minutes. They are really fast. It had been a while since I had eaten tsukemen, but it seems like I have never had delicious tsukemen before. I realized that I still don't like tsukemen! I was full after eating, so that was good. Thank you for the meal.

I went to a ramen shop where they were offering a special promotion for three days only. You could get a bowl of rich tonkotsu tsukemen for only 500 yen, and also receive a free ticket for their special toppings worth 300 yen until December. I tried to go on the second day but the traffic was so bad that I had to give up. So, on the last day, after work, I walked two stations and made my way to the shop. I arrived around 7 pm and was the 6th person in line. The staff were friendly and guided us inside quickly. I sat at the counter on the first floor and placed my order. The noodles were thick and straight, and the presentation was simple. The noodles were delicious, and the tonkotsu dipping sauce was rich but not too overpowering. The toppings included seaweed, fish powder, menma, sliced chashu, and green onions. I enjoyed dipping the noodles in the sauce and finished off with a hot soup pour-over. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
