Canelé specialty shop integrated with a Thai restaurant. As the catchphrase says, they are chewy. Couldn't taste the hojicha or pistachio flavors at all. Ordering was difficult too... Probably won't go back again. #caneledechianti #canelespecialtyshop #NihonbashiCafe #MitsukoshimaeCafe

Canele de Chianti Tokyo: A canele specialty shop originating from Niigata, located a 5-minute walk from Mitsukoshimae Station! You can enjoy canele made by a chef from a Michelin-listed restaurant ☑︎ Canele Drink Set 1000 yen There are 18 different types of canele available, all with a deliciously chewy texture. The interior of the shop can get crowded, so it's not ideal for lingering, but it offers a calming atmosphere. Highly recommended for dates or girls' gatherings when in Nihonbashi! I visited this place because I was interested in it on Instagram. It is located in Nihonbashi Coredo Muromachi. You can choose your own seat and water is self-service. You can order from your mobile phone as it is a self-ordering system. I ordered a cannuccino. The cream on top was delicious. The canelé was also soft and tasty! When it came time to pay, I had to bring the small QR code paper that was given to me, and many people seemed confused or forgot to bring it back to their seats. It might be better to change the payment method to mobile payment to avoid this confusion.

Located on the second floor of Colet Akihabara, this shop offers a pleasant view of the greenery at eye level through large windows. Even though the canelé may seem small, just one provides a satisfying experience. Today, I tried the pistachio canelé and although I didn't taste much pistachio, it was delicious. I have an audition next Monday and will start a diet, so this canelé is my last sweet treat for now. After finishing this, I'll have a Herb's cake.

I heard that there is a favorite canelé called "Canuchino" and decided to visit the store. Since I don't like coffee, I was thinking of ordering a cappuccino, but I was happy to find out that I could also choose tea. I had tea with a canelé, and I wondered if the cream on top is the same as coffee. The combination of canelé and cream was refreshing. Honestly, the canelé alone was delicious enough, but dipping it in the cream added a nice twist to the flavor. I also bought some canelés to take home and enjoyed them there. I was surprised to find out that they also have savory canelés like miso-flavored ones, which I actually liked the most. The takeout box had a luxurious and stylish design, making me feel fancy while taking it home. I will definitely visit again.

The café was very stylish, with time limit signs placed on each seat (I wasn't sure if it was for reservations or dinner time, as the times varied by area). I ordered a set with two canelés (plain and one flavor of choice) and a drink. I chose a vanilla canelé (seasonal flavor) and an iced café latte. It was my first time trying canelé and I enjoyed eating it with a knife and fork. The canelé was moist and rich, satisfying my hunger despite its small size. The open atmosphere allowed me to have a calm and enjoyable time.

I used it to have tea with my colleagues after work. It's a trendy restaurant where multiple shops share one kitchen. That's why the store entrance at COREDO doesn't have the actual store name, but something like "share kitchen" (I can't remember exactly). Since I was hungry, I also had a Banh Mi from another shop. I was actually more satisfied with that. The bun was crispy and had a good amount of filling... I must have been really hungry. There were many types of canelés to choose from, and this time I chose the rum raisin flavor. I enjoyed eating it by dipping it into the cappuccino foam. It was even more delicious with the milk foam on top.

I tried the canelé at "canele de CHIANTI" located inside COREDO Muromachi 2 in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. I first enjoyed a pasta buffet for 60 minutes, and then tried the "Canuchino + Salted Caramel (¥1,000)" and the plain canelé with cream (¥400). The combination of cappuccino foam with salted caramel canelé was delicious, and the plain canelé with cream was also tasty. I also took home a set of four canelés, including rum raisin, hazelnut, black honey soybean flour, and coconut, and found them all to be delicious, although I wish they were a bit crispier.

Box of 4 for 1,500 yen. You can select from various flavors like matcha, sakura, miso, and black tea. Each flavor is well incorporated and overall delicious. However, for this price, you might be more satisfied trying the regular delicious canelés from other shops. It would be even better if each one had higher quality.

This is my favorite canelé I've ever had. I have brought it as a souvenir when I visited my hometown, and it lasts quite long (I believe it can be kept in the fridge for 1 week and in the freezer for 1 month). The presentation is beautiful, and it's impressive to look at and delicious to taste. I also enjoy the Canuchino that you can eat in the store. I used to think it was weird to dip canelé in cappuccino (with cream), but it actually goes well together.

Ordered items:
☑️ Kanuchino (Sakura) ¥1000
☑️ Canele (Coconut) ¥300
The aged canele with a chewy texture and Kanuchino, dipping the cream on top of the drink was irresistible. Mixing the leftover cream with tea created a delicious milk tea-like flavor!
Shop atmosphere:
◽️ The shop is located in a spacious food court-type restaurant where you can also order food.
◽️ Well-lit and cozy space.
◽️ Canele would make a great gift.

I finally made it to this place that I've been curious about for a while. Those who know, know that momo-chan loves canelés. A reviewer who I met near my birthday even went out of their way to buy canelés for me. Thank you for that. Whenever I pass by here, there's always a long line. But on this day, it was surprisingly empty so I went in. Once inside, I realized that it's quite spacious. Oh, takeout requires waiting in line, but the inside is actually quite empty. You order through a QR code, so it's best to secure your seat first. The "coco-shi" is 600 yen? Hmm, I only have about 10 minutes before the movie starts. If I could stay here for an hour and a half, it would be worth it, but paying 600 yen for coffee in 10 minutes seems a bit much. I guess this place must usually be crowded inside as well. Haha, this must be the seat fee. I got the coconut canelé and the seasonal sakura canelé, along with a hot coffee. Total came to 1200 yen. The coconut was just as I expected in taste and aroma. And the sakura had a stronger scent of salted pickled cherry blossoms than I imagined. It was really delicious. I wonder if I could have gotten the coffee in a takeout cup and brought it to the movie theater. Ended up drinking it quickly and buying a different drink at the movies.

This is a review of a canelé shop that is located on the 2nd floor of Coredo Nihonbashi 2. I had been wanting to visit this shop for a while, but going to Coredo Nihonbashi always seemed like a bit of a hassle, so I never had the opportunity. This time, there was a final sale event happening at the Edozakura-dori underground space, so I decided to go. (In the end, there were only items left for men, so I didn't end up buying anything...) I had an idea of what a canelé was, but I wanted to try it for myself. The interior of the shop was a bit different from what I had imagined. Do all large commercial spaces end up looking like this? It reminded me of the atmosphere at GUANG as well... I like the interesting vibe of places like the underground floor of Shibuya PARCO, but I wonder if it's not popular with everyone? Anyway, since my lunch ended up being just a canelé, I set off on a journey to find something else to eat.

In Niigata, there is a popular specialty Cannele shop. In Tokyo, you can find it on the 2nd floor of Colette Muromachi 2 and on the 4th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square. As a Cannele lover, I had to go and I was satisfied. I didn't post about it right away, so time passed. The seasonal limited flavors might be different now, but for reference, there were so many types that I couldn't choose, so I bought both for dining in and takeout. For dining in, they had "Canuchino," which is an iced coffee with whipped cream on top. You can dip the Cannele in it or mix the leftover cream with the coffee to make a cafe latte. The Cannele itself was small and had a chewy texture. If you're used to the crunchy Cannele, this might be a bit different, but it's still delicious.

There is a shop selling 18 types of canelés. They also offer limited-time gin and tonic and cherry blossom eat-in seats, so you can easily get in without waiting on weekends. It's great that all of them are delicious and the take-out boxes are cute, making them perfect as gifts.

I went on a regular night and there was no line, so I was able to purchase right away. The boxes are cute and great for photos. They have a variety of flavors and the texture is different from other canelés. The store was not crowded, with only a few people inside. The limited edition sakura flavor was delicious.

Canele de Chianti Coredo, located in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, opened on August 1, 2022, and is still a hidden gem as it has only been open for half a year. They offer a unique style of enjoying canelés with Chino. With approximately 18 varieties of canelés to choose from ranging from ¥300 each, you can easily try them all by sharing with friends. Their signature dish, the Canuchino (Matcha) is priced at ¥1000, while a single Earl Grey canelé costs ¥300. The Earl Grey canelé was so delicious that I will definitely be coming back for more. Located at Coredo Muromachi 2F, 2-3-1 Nihonbashi Muromachi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, just a 2-minute walk from Mitsukoshimae Station (A6 exit), they are open from 11:00 to 20:00. Payment by cash, card, or QR code is accepted. Don't miss out on this canelé specialty shop if you're a canelé lover!

It's the canelé boom. Among them, the newly opened store on the 2nd floor of Nihonbashi COREDO Muromachi 2 in August 2022 is attracting attention. Located in a food court with other stores, you can enjoy 18 types of canelé made by a pastry chef. The canelés are of the chewy type, both on the outside and inside. The paper bag for takeout is orange and has a Hermes-like design. The canelés were delicious, and the tea latte we had together was also tasty.

The colorful curry panels displayed at the storefront caught my eye, and as I hesitated whether to enter, a friendly male staff approached me. I asked if they still serve curry, and they confirmed that they do. As it was my first time there, the staff explained the system for dining inside. When I tried to sit at the front, they directed me to the back, where there were no physical menus and orders had to be placed through a digital menu. However, the menu lacked descriptions, making it difficult to understand what each item was based on the small photos on my phone. The category names were also confusing. I eventually ordered the curry, which was served in a trio and was lukewarm. The portion of rice did not affect the price. The taste was indescribable, with edible flower petals adding a touch of resistance. I assume each curry was tasty. I realized that water was self-service, which I wish had been communicated to me. The payment process involved informing the table number at the counter. Overall, the restaurant seemed unfriendly and confusing for customers. It was unclear if eating the canelé was allowed, as it was not listed on the digital menu. The neighboring customers also seemed puzzled about how to pay after finishing their meals. This restaurant may be suitable for a group of girls looking for Instagram-worthy spots, but I found the system to be inconvenient and unclear.

The TV introduced canele de CHIANTI. After being seated, you order with your smartphone in this spacious restaurant. There are window seats that are bright. There is a wide variety of canele flavors, all of which are enticing. It seems like they are pre-made as they are lined up on display. Overall, they have a chewy texture, so if you prefer a crispy exterior, this may not be for you. Some people enjoy dipping them in coffee, while others may not. The canele journey continues.
