It was a cute shop with a cafe inside a general store. I tried a sugar-free cheesecake that doesn't make you gain weight, and it was delicious. It was surprisingly sweet for being sugar-free. It doesn't last long and is quite expensive, so I can't eat it often, but it was really good.

"We decided that we wanted to try something different soon. The landlord told us about rental boxes, and we went to visit one of the few rental box shops at the time. We had a gut feeling that we wanted to do this, so we decided to do a rental box with a cafe that we loved. I went to the cafe L'Popo, which has an artistic atmosphere. My child had the magical Jajangmyeon mango juice, while I ordered an iced coffee. The Jajangmyeon had plenty of spicy cucumbers and daikon radish, so even those who are lacking in vegetables can enjoy it with peace of mind. On that day, there were handmade accessories such as earrings, piercings, and bracelets lined up. It is a shop that art lovers will adore. Please come visit us sometime.

I came to Sangenjaya to solve a mystery, so I decided to have lunch at a cafe I've been curious about for years. I ordered a pumpkin potage and a hot sandwich plate. The pumpkin potage was richer than I expected, with a strong pumpkin flavor. The hot sandwich was simple, with ham and cheese sandwiched between. Personally, I really liked the hot sandwich, including the level of toasting. The vegetables on the side had a light dressing, which was also nice. My friend had the Jajangmyeon, which looked delicious, so I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

Visited around 15:30 on a regular day. There were no customers! The quiet and gentle atmosphere inside the shop is lovely. All the furniture inside the shop is made of wood. Leaves with branches hanging from the ceiling. I planned to get the cake set (980 yen) but because I was a bit hungry, the hot sandwich looked very delicious. In the end, I ordered this! [Greedy set 1580 yen] Choose a cake -> Chocolate brownie Choose rice hot sandwich -> Hot sandwich Choose a drink -> Cafe au lait The hot sandwich has ham and cheese, simple and crispy, very delicious. It also comes with a small salad on the side. The pumpkin potage that comes with it is piping hot, by the time I finished it, I was sweating! So hot!! I regret choosing the hot cafe au lait for the drink... should have gone with iced (laughs) Now, finished the hot sandwich, Gâteau au chocolat and cafe au lait arrived! The gâteau au chocolat is smaller and thinner than expected for the price... a bit disappointing. Is the size due to the greedy set that comes with the hot sandwich? Or is it the same size for individual orders too...? It's more like a cookie that crumbles when you put it in your mouth! It has a hint of cocoa flavor. The cafe au lait has low acidity and just the right sweetness. There was sugar on the side, but it's sweet enough as it is! Overall, it seems better not to expect too much in terms of taste and cost. But I really liked the dishes they used and the atmosphere of the shop (*^^*)

A cute cafe in Sangenjaya with a charming exterior and interior. They also sell handmade items, creating a relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy a leisurely cafe experience. The interior is filled with warm, yellow light. It's a great place to unwind and have conversations. The lunch and cafe menu are all hits. I've been here multiple times for lunch and cafe visits. It's good value for money and delicious, so definitely check it out.

A shop that combines a rental box and a cute cafe. There is a sign outside inviting people to come in and browse the goods. They have accessories, small items, dishes, and more. They also have special exhibitions, and I received a leaflet about them when I paid. The shop has about 7 seats in total, including tables and a counter, and the aisle is not very wide. It was a tight fit for a stroller. I had the tuna avocado bowl for lunch. The vinegared rice had just the right amount of acidity, and it was topped with seared tuna and fresh avocado. It came with a drink for 1000 yen, and the iced tea was refreshing with a strong aroma of black tea. I could tell that they put a lot of care into their work.

A stylish cafe and miscellaneous goods shop can be found by walking from Sangenjaya towards Showa Women's University, turning right after the curry restaurant Tongarashi, and walking a bit further. The exterior looks more like a miscellaneous goods store than a cafe. Although the interior is not very spacious, they also sell small miscellaneous items. There are only a few seats in the cafe area, but since there isn't much foot traffic, it seems like a relaxing atmosphere. Despite the small space inside, the ambiance doesn't make it feel cramped, and it has a stylish vibe. I ordered the chocolate brownie cake set for 800 yen, with coffee as the drink. It took about 15 minutes for the coffee and cake to arrive, as they make it after you order. Both the coffee and cake look cute. The balance of the dishes and condiment containers is good! They may not use expensive dishes, but they choose items that match the atmosphere of the shop, maintaining the shop's world view. Honestly, the taste was average, but it was a cozy place, so I recommend it for those who prioritize ambiance. Thank you for the meal.

I had been curious about this place on Twitter for a while, but never had the chance to visit Sangenjaya. However, this time I had some business to attend to, so I decided to definitely come here! From the outside, you couldn't see the inside, making it a bit intimidating to enter, but there was a sign saying "Please come in freely", and since I'm used to visiting small shops many times, I gathered my courage and went in. The interior was small, with half of it being a miscellaneous goods space and the other half a cafe space (7 seats). I originally planned to have lunch, but also wanted to have cake, so I ordered the tuna avocado bowl (980 yen). There was also a tea set (around 1000 yen?), but I thought if I could also have cake, I might as well go for the cake and tea set (550 yen for the cake alone, around 800 yen for the set?). The tuna avocado bowl had a bit less sauce, but the taste of the tuna and avocado ingredients was delicious and I didn't feel unsatisfied at all. I ended up getting quite full from the tuna avocado bowl, but I wanted to relax, so I thought about ordering tea and cake, but then I thought maybe the tea set with lunch would be cheaper than the cake and tea set (probably) (laughs). I had more errands to run afterwards, so I decided not to order the cake and just looked at the miscellaneous goods before leaving. Small shops are cute and have a homely feel, but when it's your first visit, it's hard to feel settled... (^-^; The chairs I sat on were quite rickety too (laughs). Because of that, I initially thought of just leaving after eating, but the staff (I thought from Twitter that it would be a cute woman, but it was a man!) was very polite and kind in their service. They gave me a postcard and candy for the next exhibition during the checkout, and it made me feel warm, so I definitely want to come back! (*´꒳`*) Customer service is really important. Next time I come, I want to try the pumpkin soup and hot sandwich set that I was considering, and come for the cake. Also, in these small shops, it's nice to come with friends and chat about how cute and delicious everything is. It's a bit hard to linger when there are few seats, especially during lunchtime.

Sancho is full of stylish cafes and shops. The streets are lined with a variety of small cafes and stores, making it impossible to explore the entire city in just one day. It's easy to see why so many women live in this city - everything feels harmonious and surrounded by a gentle atmosphere. I visited a shop called LUPOPO, which is small with only two tables and three seats at the counter. Despite the limited menu options, the lunch crowd was almost full. I ordered the pork shabu salad and the hot sandwich, both in small portions perfect for dieting. The meal also came with coffee or tea. Most people also order cakes separately, but I decided to skip that since I had plans for another meal later. The felt animals sold in the shop are worth seeing and can soothe your heart.

I visited this shop in March this year because my friend sells her work in the rental box here. The shop is small, with about 3 or 4 table seats and 4 counter seats. But it's already cute and fairy-tale-like from the entrance, and just being inside made me happy♡ There were rental box galleries on two walls, and my friend's work was power stone accessories, but there were also bead art and small stuffed animals, so you can enjoy looking around and of course buy something if you like! When I went, there were people who came just to see the miscellaneous goods without using the cafe. As a cafe, the seats are small, so it's recommended for 2 or 3 people with friends or couples, but I enjoyed it alone♪ I chose a cafe latte and a chocolate brownie for drinks! The taste is delicious, but personally, I would be happier if there were a few more types of sweets (^^;) I want to go back to this shop when I go to Sangenjaya again♪

On a regular afternoon, I visited a cafe in Sangenjaya, a place I first visited 15 years ago. It's a place that I have some connection with, but surprisingly, I don't know much about this area. I stumbled upon a cafe while strolling around, and it had a familiar feel like something I had seen in a cafe magazine. I hesitated a bit about visiting alone as a man, but I went in by myself. Excuse me. The exterior and interior of the cafe were almost the same - a natural and retro atmosphere with cute natural decor. I ordered an iced latte. The walls, floors, stained glass, chairs - everything was natural and gentle. Just being there made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and warm. Even if you had a fight, coming here would make you reconcile. That kind of cafe. After a while, my iced latte arrived. The espresso was strong, but the taste was gentle, just like the cafe - naturally sweet with plenty of milk. Does it turn out like this when you brew it with a gentle heart? Thank you for a relaxing and gentle time.

The small cabin is divided into half, with one half being a miscellaneous goods store and the other half a cafe. There is a sign at the entrance saying "Feel free to come in", but since you can't see inside the store, it takes some courage to enter. The miscellaneous goods section consists of rental boxes where multiple artists sell their creations. This time, I looked at the miscellaneous goods while using the cafe. Since I hadn't had lunch, I ordered the "Tuna Avocado Bowl". While waiting, I looked around the charming interior of the shop. The dish was served quickly, even before I finished looking around. The bowl, served in a quaint dish, had lightly seared tuna that was very tender and paired well with avocado. The taste was delicious, but the portion was not enough for a full meal. I wouldn't recommend it for a full meal, but it's perfect for a coffee break while shopping for miscellaneous goods. Be careful of the narrow aisles to avoid snagging your clothes.

I wanted to take a coffee break, so I went to the coffee specialty shop "Obscura," but it was full, so I walked towards Sangenjaya Station. Then, I happened to stumble upon a very cute looking place. They had a lunch menu sign outside, so I thought it might be a café. I quietly entered and found lots of adorable accessories welcoming me. It seemed like a café and a zakka (miscellaneous goods) shop. The café space was small but cozy. I ordered a coffee, and the menu was cute with photos for each item. I decided to get the cheesecake set. There was a guestbook where customers left messages while waiting for their coffee. The owner was really shy! I could hear the sound of grinding coffee beans, which was mesmerizing. They grind the beans after you order, which was nice. The coffee had a good balance of acidity and bitterness, with a lovely aroma. The cheesecake had blueberry sauce on top, and it was a soft type of cheesecake with a strong cheese flavor. It was delicious. I was able to relax and enjoy my time there. I would recommend this café to anyone who loves the forest girl aesthetic.

That day was blessed with good weather, a warm spring Sunday afternoon. I had lunch at Cafe & Gallery Lupopo. Every time I walked down the street in front of this shop, I couldn't help but notice the southern French atmosphere that surrounded it, making me curious about what kind of place it was. I had looked up the name of the shop and knew that it was a cafe serving lunch, so I decided to go in that day. The exterior and interior walls of the shop were boldly painted with lemon yellow plaster, giving it a unique design. The furniture was all made of natural or white-painted wood, creating a sense of nostalgia. There was something familiar about it, almost like déjà vu. The shelves lining the wall used as a gallery displayed small art pieces for exhibition and sale. Despite the small space, I felt at ease. It was a nice environment. I ordered the Tuna Avocado Bowl for 980 yen from the lunch menu. For an additional 20 yen, I added an iced coffee. The bowl was elegantly presented, typical of a cafe meal. The taste was Japanese-style, with vinegared rice and a soy-based dressing-like sauce. The lunch menu was limited in variety, and the taste was average. However, there are different kinds of deliciousness. This shop is visually appealing. I took photos of the shop and the delicious atmosphere I felt. It's a space I want to have all to myself. It might be even better on a summer day. "I feel like I could sense the wind of Provence from that time," Kazuo thought as he sipped his iced coffee after the meal. To be continued...

☆ Heading towards the direction of Showa Women's University from Sangenjaya along the R246, there is a curry restaurant called Tongarashi at the corner of the first traffic light, so turn right and walk a while on the right side. It's right in front of the waterworks bureau. ☆ Lunch time: 11:30-14:30 ☆ Lunch price: 1000 yen with a drink ☆ Non-smoking Cute little shop with lots of handmade goods for sale inside, creating a soothing atmosphere. There are 7 seats available, creating a cozy atmosphere. This time, I ordered the avocado tuna bowl with a drink for 1000 yen. There are also options like hot sandwiches with soup. The avocado tuna bowl consists of vinegared rice sprinkled with white sesame, vegetables, avocado, and tuna. The tuna is marinated in soy sauce beforehand. Personally, I usually only put a drop of soy sauce on sashimi, so it was a bit too much for me, but I think it would be delicious for most people. The portion might be a bit small for men. I would rate the bowl around 3.10 out of 5. After finishing the meal, I waited a bit and then was served a carefully brewed coffee using freshly ground coffee beans. The coffee was so good! As I enjoyed my coffee, I was the only customer left, and I had a relaxing and peaceful time. The lunch was average, but I thought it would be nice to explore the gallery and enjoy some coffee or cake next time. I'd like to try the cake next time. Thank you for the meal!

Second round of exploring new lunch spots in Sangenjaya! The interior of the restaurant is mainly a miscellaneous goods store. They sell various works on consignment from different artists. While waiting, you can browse the store. There is a dining area tucked away in a corner of the store! However, you don't have to worry about the other customers in the store. The seating arrangement is well thought out. The lunch set comes with a hot tea drink. I was able to have two cups from the pot. It's quite nice to have that for a leisurely lunch. The lunch menu had about three options, but it would be great if they added more. The avocado tuna bowl I had was simply delicious!

It is a shop located a little off the main street. As soon as you enter the store, there are many small galleries displayed, which can be purchased. The handmade feel is very warm. There is a cafe space right next to it. There are tables and a counter, with seating for about 5-6 people. The tables are small, so those with large luggage or big men may feel a bit cramped. It takes a little time from ordering to serving. There are about 2 staff members? The exact number is unknown as the kitchen is not visible, so it seems best to have some extra time if you plan to visit. The menu has about 3 types of cakes and meals. I ordered the tuna avocado bowl and drink set (¥1,180 including tax). The drink was brought first, followed by the meal after a while. It had vinegared rice with lots of salad and seared tuna on top, which was refreshing on a hot day. It has a taste that appeals to women and a good balance with plenty of vegetables. I ordered grapefruit juice for the drink, but I felt the amount was a bit small. Overall, the cost performance may not be great, but I think it's a place where you can relax and take a breather in a spacious environment.

I had been curious about this shop for a while because of its cute appearance. When I entered, I found that the inside was just as cute as the outside. They sell a lot of cute handmade goods. The cafe space has two small tables and a counter. When seven people are seated, it's full. My husband ordered coffee and a brownie, while I ordered Earl Grey tea. The drinks were served in large cups with generous portions. The cups and plates had a nice design. I thought that this was a shop run by young people with a good taste in decor. Despite the normal taste of the coffee, tea, and brownie, the place was always full of customers, which made me a little impressed by this business model.
