After finishing my errands at Shinjuku Gyoen, I took a break here. My stomach is weak from excessive eating and drinking, so I ordered a soy latte for the first time in a while. There are many coffee chain stores like Starbucks, Excelsior, and Doutor, but personally, I like Tully's coffee the best.

This cafe located in front of Shinjuku Gyoen Station has a stylish and relaxing atmosphere. Paintings on the walls have QR codes attached, allowing you to purchase your favorite artwork. After securing a seat, we placed our order. It was a relief for us, tired from hanami, to be able to relax here. The coffee we ordered had a nice aroma, perfect for taking a break. We also ordered a ham and egg muffin. It was warm, gooey inside, just the right amount of sweetness, and paired excellently with the coffee. Spend a relaxing moment at this cafe in front of Shinjuku Gyoen Station. The delicious coffee and muffin are sure to provide comfort to your tired body.

Shinjuku Gyoen was crowded for hanami. Normally closed on Sundays, but today it was open, so I got a Honey & Oats Royal Milk Tea to go. The honey, barley, and dried fruits on top were delicious! The terrace seating allows dogs, which is great for a dog-friendly cafe experience!

Tom and Jerry are so cute! I usually go to Starbucks, but when they collaborate with Tom and Jerry, it's always Tully's for me. The cups and paper bags are too cute. The designer is a genius. The coffee beans are shaped like cherry blossoms. The font is cute, and the color scheme is too adorable.

I was expecting a high level cafe at Shinjuku Gyoenmae Station, so I decided to go to Tully's this time. It is located on the Shinjuku Gyoen side across the main street. This Tully's is also quite spacious. Since it was at night, I ordered a decaf coffee. They said it would take about 5 minutes. Well, that can't be helped. I was hoping for a freshly brewed coffee, but it took more than 5 minutes. I only had 20 minutes to spend at this cafe. Finally, it arrived, hot but I drank it eagerly. When ordering decaf coffee, be aware of the wait time. The atmosphere is better at the Sanmark Cafe across the street, which is more spacious and to my liking. Thank you for the meal. The cherry blossom cup is a nice touch.

During the cherry blossom season, I ordered a new drink - a cherry blossom scented tea latte, in hot only! I was excited because it was also featured on the sign. It was nice to see the staff making it. The taste was milky with a strong cherry blossom flavor. The combination of milk and cherry blossom acidity was amazing! The packaging was cute with a Tom and Jerry design.

I ordered an Irish latte with caramel sauce and a hint of liqueur, without whipped cream. The combination of caramel's bittersweetness, sweetness, and the subtle flavor of liqueur added complexity to the latte. The strong sweetness of caramel makes it a good choice for when you want a sweet drink.

Staff meeting over lunch♪ It's always crowded, but this time we were able to sit next to each other at separate tables, which was perfect! I was debating on what to order, with the limited-time menu options and all...but in the end, I couldn't resist the Bolognese pasta. It had lots of meat and the pasta was cooked just right, so delicious! Usually, I go for a warm drink, but it was really hot this time, so I went with a cold iced tea♪ It was so refreshing and tasty◎ Thank you for the meal^ ^

When I visited around 3 pm, the place was almost full with a diverse crowd, including many foreigners. It seems to be popular among smokers as well. The seating options include round tables for two facing each other and counter seats located near the terrace, the register counter, and at the back of the store. The store has around 30 seats in total. Inside, there is a spicy aroma, probably from the food menu, which stimulates the appetite. I ordered the Pizza Salad plus Herb Chicken with Sicilian Lemon Sauce set, priced at ¥803 (tax included). The set drink options include today's coffee, iced coffee, and hot original tea or cold-brewed iced tea. I chose the hot tea on this day. The staff asked if I wanted to dine in or take out, and then if I wanted the drink in a cup or a paper cup, which was a bit surprising. The kitchen was busy, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for the food to arrive. While waiting, I noticed a notice that the WiFi was temporarily unavailable, which was a bit disappointing as I expected most chain cafes to have WiFi. - Surprisingly, the counter seats facing the back wall are good for focusing on work The back of the store was lively with women chatting and people having business meetings. The counter seats at the back have narrow tables, making you feel like you're facing the wall. However, this setup allows for better concentration as there are fewer distractions. Many customers using the counter seats were either working on their laptops, studying, or reading books. Power outlets are available at every other seat, so it may be challenging to secure one if the nearby people are using them. - The chewy pizza dough provides a satisfying bite! Pizza Salad series The Pizza Salad was served warm as described on the menu. I initially imagined a panini, but it turned out to have a thick pizza dough with plenty of lettuce overflowing on the plate. The dough was very chewy and delicious, reminiscent of the chewy naan from an Indian curry restaurant that I enjoy. The cheese inside was gooey, and the chicken meat didn't have much texture, but it was juicy and flavorful. The taste was quite intense with a good amount of saltiness, although I didn't notice much lemon flavor. It paired well with the drink to keep my throat moist. - Original brand honey "TULLY'S HONEY" and self-customization options available The hot tea was a Tetra-shaped tea bag extraction, with a normal taste. I decided to try adding Tully's own brand honey, which was placed next to other condiments on the counter. Despite adding it after the tea had cooled down, it provided a gentle sweetness that was more enjoyable than syrup. There was also cinnamon available for self-customization, making it easy to personalize your drink. The store seems to encourage customers to experiment with their orders. Additionally, there were other products displayed near the register for purchase.

At Tully's Coffee, I often use the wifi and enjoy their Chai Royal Milk Tea, which has just the right amount of sweetness and a perfect taste. Especially in winter, I always find myself wanting to have this hot drink! The store has a lot of seats, which is also great. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Shinjuku Gyoenmae Station. ❤️

Since my usual spot was closed, I decided to take a coffee break here. I ordered a pizza toast-like dish with tuna on toast along with a coffee set. I wanted to drink a lot of coffee, so I upgraded to a tall size for an extra 100 yen. I used to avoid coming here because the terrace was always crowded with smokers, but I noticed a no smoking sign and decided to stop by. Smokers might not be happy about it, but I think it's better for them to smoke in a designated area where the smoke won't bother non-smokers. Everyone has the right to smoke, but it would be nice if more people understood that it can be unpleasant for those who don't smoke. Thank you for the meal.

In front of Shinjuku Gyoen, there is a Tully's Coffee shop with a cool outdoor terrace and very polite staff, making it a comfortable place to be. Tully's Coffee usually provides good customer service, but the Shinjuku Gyoen branch left a particularly good impression on me. My go-to drinks at Tully's are the Honey Cafe Latte and Chai Milk Tea. The Chai Milk Tea has just the right amount of sweetness and is very easy to drink. Unlike other chain coffee shops where the sweetness can be overpowering, Tully's is a good choice when you want something refreshing. There are many chain coffee shops around this area, including several Tully's branches nearby, but personally, I recommend this one, so if you get a chance, please visit. Located at the corner of a crossroads, this cafe stands out with its terrace seats, but it's a shame that smoking is allowed. If you sit at the counter seats facing the window, aiming for an outlet, you can see Saint Marc Cafe across Shinjuku Street. I tried the following item: - Caramel Chocolate Cream Swirl with Salty Caramel Sauce Short 530 yen This is a dessert-like drink with chocolate sauce coffee frozen drink topped with cream and salty caramel sauce. It's sweet but delicious. I didn't stir it, so there was quite a bit of cream and salty caramel sauce left at the end. The staff was friendly and greeted me with a nice smile. The restroom is located to the left of the entrance and offers both unisex and women-only options. There were many cute Valentine's bear dolls on the shelf. The brown "Milk Chocolate" bear had white angel wings on its back, and the pink "Strawberry Milk" bear was wearing a tutu-style dress. The Milk Chocolate bear had an embroidered arrow on the sole of its foot, while the Strawberry Milk bear had an embroidered heart with an arrow through it on its foot. When you bring the two bears together, they hold hands, a bit too romantic. I managed to resist taking them home, but they might just end up at my house one day... a bit spooky...

This is a chain cafe I visited while wandering around Shinjuku Gyoen. The interior is clean, spacious, and has a calming atmosphere. They offer a wide variety of drinks such as coffee, tea, and cafe au lait. I will definitely visit again!

I was looking for a cafe near Shinjuku Gyoen where I could smoke. There are not many places around here where you can smoke, so I was at a loss. "Balzer" nearby is non-smoking, "Saint Marc" has smoking booths but no seats, "Starbucks" is out of the question, and I couldn't find "Renoir". I saw a "Tully's" on the corner of Shinjuku 1-chome Nishi intersection, so I decided to go in. The store I visited was "Tully's Coffee Shinjuku Gyoen Station Front Store" with a Christmas theme (visited on November 22nd). As a fan of Seattle-style coffee chain cafes, I dislike "Starbucks" because it's non-smoking, and I like "Seattle's Best" and "Tully's" because they have smoking areas. This particular store was non-smoking indoors, with smoking allowed only on the terrace. I had coffee and a ballpark dog on the terrace while checking my documents on my MacBook Pro. I felt embarrassed sitting on the terrace at a busy location like the Shinjuku 1-chome Nishi intersection with my MacBook open, as I didn't want to come off as showing off at all. It was just before a meeting, so I had no choice. It was kind of embarrassing.

I stopped by to adjust the time for an appointment with a client. Although the terrace seats were attractive, the cool interior with air conditioning was comfortable in the lingering heat of September. The iced coffee was delicious in the cool environment. Instagram ID: kuidaore.8.
