I had seen this restaurant on TV before and wanted to go, but I didn't remember the name. Luckily, a friend took me there and it turned out to be the same place! [Atmosphere] ★★★☆☆ The restaurant seemed to have private rooms in the back, but overall it was small. The space between tables was also tight. There were mostly women, in fact, there were no male customers on the day I visited. [Food] We arrived before 7 pm, so until then we could enjoy unlimited fresh vegetables as a starter. It wasn't a typical salad bar, but rather a variety of about 30 different types of raw vegetables, with each type having multiple varieties. The dressings were also plentiful, with over 10 options including some with vitamins and collagen. They had unique drinks with collagen and hyaluronic acid, which could also be made non-alcoholic. There were many dishes using vegetables, but they also had a small selection of meat. The hot pot looked simple but was very delicious. Even the desserts incorporated vegetables. I wanted to try the avocado mousse, but it was sold out. [Service] The staff were friendly and provided good service. [Value for Money] Considering the amount of food we had, it may seem a bit pricey, but the healthy and satisfying vegetable dishes made it worth it. I recommend opting for a set menu, and reservations are required at least a day in advance.

I used it for lunch and it was very rare and delicious to have so many vegetables at a cafe like Cafe Ranch. The premium dressing was also very delicious with a taste similar to bagna cauda. I would love to use it again.

Casual restaurant with the best vegetable dishes! The vegetable dishes are stylish, delicious, and exquisite! Smoothies and cocktails are also delicious and always a tough choice. A must-try is the mushroom and vegetable cream pasta! The chewy pasta is so amazing that I can never order risotto. Always miss out on the pumpkin pudding, so next time for sure! #KingofVegetables #VegetableDishes #GinzaGourmet #GinzaDinner

I visited this restaurant for the first time during lunchtime. The interior was surprisingly small, with big tables and a raised party room. I arrived a bit late for lunch and was seated at a raised table in the middle of female customers, feeling a bit out of place. The ordering system was tabletop, with rice, soup, and salad being all-you-can-eat, and premium dressing available for an additional charge of 60 yen. The main dish was a daily special, with options like vegetable stir-fry. I ordered the vegetable stir-fry. The plate was filled with multigrain rice, salad, dressing, main dish, and Western-style pickles. I ended up getting a second serving of rice, but the rest was too much for me to finish. Surprisingly, the portions were generous, and many of the women around me left most of the rice uneaten. The salad was delicious as well. Thank you for the meal.

On a regular night, I received a sudden invitation from a friend who had returned to the country. They wanted to eat something healthy since they were eating a lot every day. I was able to make a reservation on the same day at a restaurant located on the 7th floor of a building in Ginza, a bit further from Shinbashi. The interior of the restaurant was small and cozy, with a vibe that would appeal to women. We ordered a la carte dishes such as Avocado and Shiso Fritters, Jumbo Mushroom Ajillo, Awaji Island Onion Gratin Soup, Grilled Whole Awaji Island Onions, Garlic Fried Rice with Watercress and Five-Grain Rice, Apple and Cinnamon Smoothie, and Orange Tiramisu. All the dishes featured fresh vegetables from specific regions and were delicious. The seasoning was light, allowing the natural flavors of the vegetables to shine through. The smoothie was not too sweet and had a strong vegetable taste. I recommend the Apple and Cinnamon Smoothie. The dessert, Orange Tiramisu, was made with soy milk and tofu, so it was not too sweet and guilt-free. There were also plenty of vegetable-based drinks like vegetable beer and vegetable tea. I didn't drink alcohol, so I ordered jasmine tea, but it came in a small glass with lots of ice and very little tea, so I finished it in one gulp, which was a bit disappointing. I should have asked for more tea. I thought a vegetable-focused restaurant would attract mostly women, but there were also tables with four men and groups of men having a party with course meals. Thank you for the meal.

The vegetable dishes at this restaurant are delicious. I visited for lunch this time, after being impressed by the pasta and vegetable dishes during dinner last time. The chicken confit was tender and filling, and very tasty. The white fish with sauce looked delicious too. There were many solo diners. They probably don't have a la carte options for lunch...I wish they had pasta for lunch too. #VegetableKing #VegetableKingGinza #SaladLunch #GinzaLunch #GinzaGourmet

I came for lunch. I wanted to try the avocado fries, but it seems they are only available at night. If you like a wide variety of options, I recommend going in the evening. They have daily specials. The meat portion was generous. It tasted like Nagoya cuisine. It's very helpful that soup and rice refills are free.

I chose a restaurant with a vegetable-rich course for a girls' gathering! It was all-you-can-drink, and we started with a sparkling wine and a vegetable platter, followed by fried burdock, paprika hamburg steak, gratin, and dessert. We had plenty of vegetables and enjoyed the meal!

After work, I went to Ginza☆ I chose a vegetable restaurant. I opted for a course meal with all-you-can-drink option. The dishes included salad, burdock chips, mushrooms, paprika hamburgers, and dessert. The all-you-can-drink menu had a variety of beer options, and the lemonade and vegetable beer were delicious.

Located on the 7th floor of a building about 8 minutes from Shinbashi Station, this shop specializes in vegetables. The burdock chips were crispy and delicious. Personally, I thought the mushrooms were especially tasty. It's a healthy option, making it a great choice for farewell parties or other gatherings with colleagues.

Visited around 1:30 pm on a holiday. There were seats available and we were seated promptly. Unfortunately, the lunch special of the day looked delicious but was sold out. I ordered the Rich Beef Tongue Stew Plate for 1,780 yen. The beef tongue stew had lots of meat and was tasty. However, it didn't quite go well with the rice. The salad was generous, mainly consisting of sprouts and mizuna. There were two types of dressings. Additionally, the meal came with multigrain rice, consomme soup, and two side dishes. You can have unlimited refills of rice, soup, and salad. Orders and refills are done through a touch panel. This place might be good for those who want to eat a lot of vegetables, but the portions are too much for those who get tired easily, so it doesn't keep you full for long.

It was a wonderful shop where you can enjoy fresh vegetables at a relatively reasonable price!! They also had vegetables that you can enjoy with just salt, which is a true sign of deliciousness. Every single dish was really delicious and unforgettable ✨ Vegetables are currently quite expensive, so it may be challenging in some ways, but I really hope the shop continues to do well! I would love to visit again soon ✌️

I ordered the course with a sparkling wine toast and 2-hour all-you-can-drink, which came with a unique vegetable specimen salad and our restaurant's popular whole paprika hamburger. The sweetness of the paprika and the juiciness of the hamburger were delicious. I recommend adding an order of bread to go with the mushroom ajillo!

Vegetable specialty restaurant in Ginza. Enjoy fresh vegetables delivered directly from their own farm ✨☑︎ Cheers sparkling wine included with 120 minutes all-you-can-drink. Vegetable feast course with their own farm vegetables and tender bone-in chicken. ¥4980 includes: ・10 kinds of vegetable salad ・Spicy burdock chips ・Roasted Fuji-Shizuoka vegetables from their own farm ・Grilled Hasegawa Farm mushrooms ・Low-temperature cooked tender bone-in chicken grill with Japanese-style truffle sauce (baguette) ・Tiramisu ・Even the dessert for all-you-can-drink uses vegetables. It's a vegetable-packed course except for the chicken. The portion size may be a bit small, but since it's vegetable-focused, it might not be very filling.

I have gained quite a bit of weight due to my busy work schedule and indulging in excessive eating and drinking. To bid farewell to those lazy days, I had a solo meal at "Vegetable King Ginza". This restaurant offers safe and delicious vegetables grown in their own farm or contracted farms, making it a valuable place for those who eat out frequently. Despite being located on the 7th floor of a building, the restaurant was packed with customers before noon, with over three-quarters being women. The bright and clean interior creates an inviting atmosphere, perfect for dining alone. They also focus on take-out bento boxes at the storefront. I noticed colorful fruit decorations hanging from the ceiling, but upon closer inspection, they were actually carrots. Orders are placed through a tablet on the table, making it easy to order and refill. I ordered the "Chicken Confit with Ginger Onion Sauce for 1,000 yen". The lunch plate was surprisingly filling, with a salad featuring plenty of leafy greens. The chicken confit was tender and easy to shred with chopsticks, paired with a slightly sweet ginger onion sauce that went well with rice. The plate also included a variety of vegetables such as arugula, bell peppers, onions, lotus root, sweet potatoes, turnips, and beets. The miso soup of the day was also filled with cabbage, carrots, and other vegetables. This restaurant is perfect for those working nearby looking for a casual lunch spot. If they expand their lunch menu, I may visit more often.

The shop in Ginza was truly impressive! The place was full of female customers of all ages. It's definitely recommended to make a reservation before going. There are quite a few lunch options available, but they are all over 1,500 yen. You can get plenty of vegetables that you wouldn't normally eat, so it feels like your body is happy (^^) lol You can have seconds of vegetables, rice, and soup, but I was already full and couldn't get any more, which was a shame... The main dish, the hamburger steak, was delicious♡ I would like to go back when I have time. *The menu item is the hamburger steak with tomato sauce.

I couldn't resist the fact that you can have up to 2 free refills of salad, so I had to revisit. On weekdays, the lunch comes to 1000 yen including tax. In addition to salad, you can also have free refills of soup and rice. On weekdays, you also get two types of dressings. The main dishes are average, but the side vegetables are all sweet and delicious.

I visited the restaurant around 2 pm on a weekday for lunch. The place was almost full when I arrived. I ordered the grilled mackerel with vinaigrette sauce using a tablet. First, the set soup arrived, followed quickly by the main dish on a plate. The salad came with two dressings, Japanese-style and Southern-style, and it was a generous portion with kaiware, mizuna, paprika, and lettuce. I wish there were tomatoes and daikon in the salad too. The restaurant focuses on vegetables, so I was happy with that. You can have refills of the salad, soup, and rice (with some restrictions on the salad). The main dish was well-seasoned and went well with the rice. ☺️

Tomorrow is my friend's health check-up, so we decided to find a healthy restaurant. We chose this place and ordered a la carte instead of a set course. The salad had unique vegetables that were crunchy and fresh, which was delicious. We also ordered beef stew and mushroom ajillo, but the taste was just average. The portion size was half of what was shown in the menu photos, and the prices for drinks were expensive, like in Ginza.笑

I have been interested in the vegetable king for a long time! Sunday in Ginza was calm and the interior of the restaurant was quiet. 1. A unique salad made with various rare vegetables like Galapagos lettuce, tree kale, jumbo mushrooms, mini carrots, ayame kabu, sweet potatoes, yellow zucchini, edible flowers, red core daikon, red Andy deep carrots, onions, and celery. The homemade dressing made by roasting and blending the vegetables is delicious and allows you to taste the natural flavors of the vegetables. 2. Spicy burdock chips - they have a texture like sweets but are actually burdock chips! They are incredibly delicious! 3. Roasted zucchini, bell peppers, and sweet potatoes from their own farm in Fujinomiya. 4. Mushroom ajillo from Hasegawa Farm - the sweetness of the mushrooms is delicious, but it feels a bit lacking. 5. Whole bell pepper hamburger with onion pepper sauce - the combination of bell peppers and juicy meat in the hamburger is irresistible. It goes perfectly with the onion sauce! 6. Seasonal vegetable gratin. 7. Purple sweet potato tiramisu. Since we were still hungry, we also ordered pasta. It was creamy and probably the most delicious dish. The staff were all a bit unfriendly, which was a shame. It felt a bit pricey, but it seems like a good place for a girls' night out. Thank you for the meal!

Today's lunch was Hamburg Tomato in Ginza - delicious! I found this place by chance on social media, and decided to check it out because they offer unlimited salad (up to 2 servings), rice, and soup. I arrived at 11:30 AM and was the 4th group to be seated. I ordered the Hamburg Tomato using the touch panel, and after about 10 minutes, they served the soup followed by the Hamburg on a plate. The salad portion was huge with 2 types of dressing, and there were also 2 side dishes next to the Hamburg. The dressing was not too sour and the salad was really delicious. The Hamburg was easy to cut and went well with the tomato sauce. The soup was a miso soup with lots of vegetables, very tasty. Everything was packed with vegetables, so I feel like I got my 3 days worth of veggies in one meal. It was a very delicious meal once again. Thank you. On my way out, there were 4 people waiting in line. The vegetables used here are very fresh, sourced from their own farm and contracted farmers. #You can have up to 2 servings of salad.
