One of the top 3 yakiniku restaurants in my life, a hidden gem called Yakiniku Sakaba Denden in Tsukishima. The owner grills the beef tongue perfectly, resulting in a tender and juicy texture. The fresh misuji can even be eaten raw and is delicious with wasabi. The upper mino and horumon have no unpleasant smell or taste, even those who usually don't like them enjoyed it. The zubuton was so good that I couldn't stop eating it, especially when paired with rice and egg. The harami was as big as a steak and incredibly tender. The seasoning matched perfectly with the meat. The tare, salt, and sesame oil provided a unique and delicious flavor. The tegutan soup was made extra spicy but still retained a rich and mellow taste. The staff was friendly and the overall experience was satisfying. I can't wait to go back with my friends, as they are all eager to visit after hearing my stories. The restaurant is called Yakiniku Sakaba Denden in Tsukishima. I found their blog and saw that even Ryuta Sato had visited recently. It's definitely worth a trip to Tsukishima for this amazing yakiniku restaurant.

It's a high-end restaurant where you have to stretch a little to reach. The way they cook the negi-tan (green onion) is unique, but it always falls off the plate when you try to pick it up. The meat is delicious, but it's also quite pricey. It's not somewhere you can go regularly, but I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

A yakiniku restaurant located in a narrow alley off Monja Street. It was relatively empty on the day of our visit, so we were able to get a table at our preferred time even with a same-day reservation. The salad was divided into individual portions, which was very thoughtful. The premium beef tongue was incredibly thick and satisfying to eat. The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm and relaxing. They also provided recommendations on sauces and how to eat each type of meat, which was helpful.

Located about a 10-minute walk from Kachidoki Station and about 5 minutes from Tsukishima Station, I visited this restaurant after making a reservation on a Saturday night. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor and a bit hard to find, which may explain why it was only about 30% full when I arrived. The atmosphere inside was very calm and it was nice that the layout made it hard to see other customers. I ordered the premium 3 kinds of meat platter with harami, loin, and yukkejang noodles. The platter cost 5,000 yen, which is quite pricey. However, I found the quantity and quality of the meat to be a bit lacking for the price. The platter consisted of kalbi, nakaochi kalbi, and misuji, which were all fatty cuts and tasted more oily than meaty. The pieces of meat were also on the smaller side. The harami and loin were too heavily marinated and had an overly strong flavor. The freshness and taste were not up to par. The yukkejang noodles had a strange smell and did not make me want to eat more. While the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, the food itself left much to be desired.

On August 23, 2022, amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, I reunited with my subordinates after over half a year. We made reservations at this yakiniku restaurant to coincide with a business trip. Opting for a well-ventilated place like this gave us peace of mind. We arrived at 6:30 pm, unsure of the number of prior customers. There was hand sanitizer at the entrance, no temperature checks, and the indoor ventilation seemed adequate as the entrance was open. The tables had no partitions, and it was unclear if they were spaced out differently. After informing them of our reservation, we were seated. We started with draft beer and ordered dishes a la carte. We ordered the following: ultimate limited thick-cut tongue, ultimate loin, chicken thigh, kimchi platter, and Korean seaweed. We enjoyed bottled drinks like draft beer, makgeolli, and special makgeolli. My subordinates also did a comparison tasting of barley shochu. We focused more on conversation than eating, but the tongue and loin were exceptionally delicious. The thick-cut tongue, in particular, was a delight in terms of texture and taste. The staff explained the differences in makgeolli varieties without being intrusive, which was great. The atmosphere was calm, allowing for meaningful conversations. It was a satisfying and filling dining experience. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The other day, I tried the yakiniku at Den Den Kagurazaka and it was quite delicious! The prices were reasonable and the menu was extensive. I plan to go back again to try more dishes. This is a yakiniku restaurant located a 2-minute walk from the No.10 exit of Tsukishima Station on the Yurakucho Oedo Line. They have a high-quality menu called the "Ultimate Series," which I had tried before with a friend and found it to be very delicious. This time, I visited with another friend while we were in Tsukishima. Although my friend had boasted about bringing us to a delicious yakiniku restaurant, we couldn't afford to just order from the Ultimate Series, so we mixed it up with other menu items. We started with the grilled beef intestines, which had a nice chewy texture and paired perfectly with the spicy miso. The Ultimate Limited Skirt Steak was indeed a high-quality meat with beautiful marbling, the fat melted in the mouth and was deliciously sweet. It was worth the price, especially when eaten with wasabi soy sauce. The cold noodles at the end were smooth and had a good texture, overall we were very satisfied with the meal.

I eat out every day to conquer 100 famous restaurants. Today, I visited Yakiniku Sakaba Denden in Tsukishima. I arrived at the restaurant around 6:00 PM on a Sunday night. I had made a reservation, but it seemed like there was still plenty of time available. I ordered Negi Negi Salad for 600 yen, Senmai Sashi for 1,000 yen, Tan for 1,450 yen, Samgyeopsal for 1,800 yen, Kimchi platter for 1,000 yen, Harami for 1,450 yen, limited Misuji thinly sliced for 2,800 yen, Red Yukkejang for 1,000 yen, Hachinosu Sashi for 1,000 yen, and Pig's Feet for 800 yen. I'm glad there are side dishes like Negi Negi Salad to balance out the meat. The meat tastes like it could be served at a high-end yakiniku restaurant, very delicious. The limited Misuji lives up to its reputation as a rare and delicious cut of meat. It's sliced so thin that it disappears quickly, which is regrettable. The Tan is so tender that it doesn't even feel like Tan. The staff is friendly and chatting with regular customers, but they were firm when taking our order, saying it will take time. They probably want customers to order all at once. It's better to remember to order everything at once when you go.

The restaurant has a luxurious atmosphere, making it suitable for dates or special occasions. It is also family-friendly, as there were many families with young children dining there. The Ultimate series is a bit pricey, but the meat is thick, chewy, and tender. However, I found the cost performance to be not so great. One dish I would recommend is the hot pot. It comes out piping hot, so be careful not to burn yourself! The broth is rich and it's perfect for finishing off the meal. There were various types of hot pot available, but I forgot which one I chose this time... (sorry) Overall, I thought the cost performance was not great, but the taste was delicious!

Yakiniku TOKYO, one of the top 100 restaurants in 2019-2021. They serve high-quality yakiniku in Tsukishima. I revisited because it was delicious. Looking back, it was really tasty! They offer special cuts like tongue. Tsukishima is not just about monjayaki. It's a bit pricey, but delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I called to make a same-day reservation at a popular restaurant on a Saturday evening and was lucky to get a table. I arrived at 7 pm and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere with black wallpaper and a touch of luxury. I was seated at a sunken kotatsu table on the right side, but there was no one else around. I ordered kalbi, harami, loin, hormone, large rice, and cold noodles because I was looking forward to a hearty meal. Each meat dish was priced at 1500 yen. However, I was disappointed as the water and food took a long time to arrive. The portions were small, the flavors were bland, and the service was lacking. The rice portion was also small for the price of 8000 yen for the meal. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant.

I visited with a friend! It is located on the 2nd floor of a building about a 5-10 minute walk from Tsukishima Station! This time, we ordered the course with plenty of meat for 5,500 yen. As the name of the course suggests, there is a lot of meat! A platter of salt, sauce, and hormone comes out, along with other dishes like chijimi, kimchi, namul, and a choice of finishing with kupa or curry. We were very satisfied! Tsukishima has many famous yakiniku restaurants, but this one is highly recommended!

I went there for the first time in a few years☺︎ It was delicious and I used to go there often in the past, but when I went back after a long time, I felt like something was different, so I drifted apart. But I started craving yakiniku again and since they were open late, I visited as a second stop. It was delicious like it used to be!! The photo is of negi-tan, which was around 1,800 yen. All the meat was delicious♡ Negi-tan was great, harami suji was good, harami was excellent. I also had other dishes but this is all I noted. The manager, who seemed like the owner, had a slightly intimidating tone. He seemed nice to regular customers though. Even though it was just our second stop, we ended up spending 35,000 yen for four people. Is the meat expensive? Did we drink too much? The meat was so good that I want to go back again♡

I made a reservation after seeing reviews and TV shows. The ultimate thick-cut tongue and ultimate thin-cut tongue were especially crispy and delicious. The prices are a bit high, but I felt they were reasonable. I will definitely go back. The ultimate thick-cut tongue, ultimate thin-cut tongue, seared Yukhoe, and Copcham with sauce are recommended. I ended up getting seconds of the misji ✨✨ Egg soup with lettuce and kalbi, and seaweed was light and easy to drink. Stone bibimbap is sweet and they mix it for you when they bring it out.

The restaurant in Tsukishima is also listed in the Yakiniku Hyakumeiten on Tabelog. As mentioned in other reviews, I felt that the price did not match the quality. The pricing is quite high for the amount and quality of the meat. While eating, I couldn't help but feel unsure about it, and it cost around 8,000-9,000 yen per person. As for the service, it may be a matter of personal preference, but I didn't think it was bad.

Located in Tsukishima, our yakiniku restaurant stands out among the various gourmet options in the area. Despite its slightly shabby exterior, the interior on the second floor of the building is chic and predominantly black. The dim lighting and somewhat intimidating atmosphere add to the experience. The yakiniku is solid in terms of taste, but considering the price, it's just average. The portions are not very generous, so the prices are a bit on the higher side. The soy sauce garlic that comes with the lean meat is really appetizing. And the leek kimchi is incredibly delicious.

This is a restaurant I used to frequent 10 years ago. I happened to find a group photo taken here and felt nostalgic, so I visited for the first time in 11 years. Despite the restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, such as shortened business hours and limited alcohol sales, they are working hard. However, even considering these limitations, the recommended course lacked in both quality and quantity of meat, which was disappointing. The pancakes, salad, kimchi, and namul were delicious. I ordered additional meat separately, and the ultimate limited thick-cut tongue was exquisite. The curry rice and yukgaejang soup at the end were delicious dishes that enriched my soul. I enjoyed the meal very much and felt nostalgic. I will visit again. Keep up the good work!

I arrived around 6:00 PM, but there were no other customers... completely empty. Is this place okay? Until I finished eating, there were no other customers. The menu is typical of a yakiniku restaurant, with nothing particularly innovative or unique, just the classic options. The taste and quality of the meat were average. It's understandable why there were no customers. What exactly does it mean to be selected as one of the top 100 on Tabelog?
