Recently, I have been working in Minowa from time to time, and for lunch, I often buy deli items from this supermarket. Although it is a normal supermarket with its headquarters in Kanagawa Prefecture, I decided to register the Nippori store since there were already registrations for Ofuna and Nerima stores. I have visited a few times, and here are some photos of the meals I had:
- Big Mayo Tamakatsu: It's not really that big, but it's a combination of sausage, egg, and mayo which is foolproof. With mayo inside, you can eat it without needing sauce.
- Chicken and Burdock Rice Wrapped in Nori: I forgot the official name, but on this day, I brought simmered bamboo shoots, so I wanted some carbs. I didn't want a plain rice ball, so I chose this nori-wrapped one, which has pickled ginger inside.
- Snack: Fried Horse Mackerel: I know, having snacks during work is weird, but on this day, I had no electricity and no sunlight in the room where I was eating. This fried horse mackerel is perfect for snacking, but since I was working, I had it with tea. I also bought a Negitoro roll and got two soy sauce packets, using one for this snack.
- Negitoro Roll: It's short but has a decent thickness, which I like. I think it was on sale that day, probably for less than 100 yen. The taste of all these items was average. I wish I could have reheated the fried food, but I was in an environment with no electricity. Just to clarify, the fact that I was having my meal in the dark has nothing to do with the fact that there is a morning school near this supermarket.
