On this day, we had yakiniku. My friend made a reservation for us and we visited the restaurant. The location is a 3-4 minute walk from Sangenjaya Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line and Tokyu Setagaya Line. Along the street, there are popular shops concentrated in a redevelopment area that has been discussed and withdrawn. There is also a coin parking lot along the street, but the road is narrow so you need to be careful not to hit people. If you are confident in your skills, you can go there. Please note that there is no parking service. When you go to the entrance, you will see a slightly gallery-like exterior. It's stylish and cool. The entrance has a slight step, but you can enter smoothly. Inside the restaurant, there is a standing bar seat in the front where you can also grill yakiniku. As you move towards the back, there are box table seats. At the very back, there is a semi-private space for about 10 people that can be separated by a door, which is very relaxing. Wi-Fi is also available, so there are no issues with the signal. Although it is not on the menu yet, there are courses available, and we opted for a course with all-you-can-drink for 6500 yen. The drink menu includes beer (draft only), Hoppy, Kakubin, Yamazaki, Hakushu, sour drinks, shochu highball, makgeolli, plum wine, shochu, cocktails, and soft drinks. As for the food, the basic yakiniku items are available, as well as various visually appealing menu items. The restaurant's specialty horumon dishes are quite extensive, and there are also items that can be eaten as sashimi. As always, I started with a Hoppy Shiro (^ ^) / U ☆ U \ (^ ^) Kanpai. The food was served in a course. The first items were Chorogi salad (salted), Chinese cabbage kimchi, and seasoned bean sprouts. It's nice to start with vegetables. The kimchi is spicy and flavorful. The Chorogi salad is easy to eat with a mild seasoning. The seasoned bean sprouts are also well seasoned. The overall taste is refreshing and easy to eat. For grilling, they use charcoal. The staff brings a shichirin, and the heat is quite strong! It's exciting. The first grilled item was beef tongue. It was thickly sliced and they recommended squeezing lemon juice on it. The tongue was thick and tender. For thick slices like this, it's recommended to grill well for a crispy texture. Next, we had harami and kalbi. The harami was flavorful and easy to eat with no strong taste. The fat content was good. The kalbi was also flavorful and easy to eat. You can eat as much as you want. There was also a combination of rare cuts such as chuck flap, top round, and rump. The chuck flap and top round were firm and full of flavor. The rump was lean but had a strong meaty flavor. At this point, I switched to a refreshing sour drink. It goes well with yakiniku. The grilled sukiyaki arrived. A large thin slice of sirloin was lightly grilled on the net and then mixed with raw egg yolk. It makes you want rice. For the finale, we had horumon. You can choose from miso or salt flavor. This time, we chose miso. There were various types of horumon including mino, hachinosu, horumon, shimacho, and geara. They were all delicious without any unpleasant smell. For the finale, you can choose from Morioka cold noodles, comtan kukpa, or comtan soup. It seems that you can't order the stone-grilled bibimbap because there is no small size available. I chose Morioka cold noodles. The dish came with Chinese cabbage kimchi and vinegar. It was delicious! The noodles were smooth and chewy, and they went well with the flavorful broth. For dessert, we had soft serve ice cream made with rich Hokkaido cream. It was incredibly delicious. The combination with cornflakes was also great.
