I wanted to visit the restaurant that I saw on TV, but when I went the next day, it was already late and they were sold out of skewers, so I had to give up. I decided to try again on Friday around 7:30 pm with a friend. There was already a line, but we were able to get in after waiting for about 30 minutes. The staff explained the rules before we entered. It was exciting to see the guy who was on TV explaining the rules. Inside the restaurant, there were various notes posted along with the menu, which was interesting. Some of the rules included: first-time customers only, order a minimum of 3 skewers per person, do not order less than 3 skewers at a time, non-alcohol drinkers please refrain, no solo diners, extra charge for diluted alcohol, etc. The rules were unique, but since we knew them beforehand, it was not a problem. We ordered simmered chicken, white liver with green onions, chicken meatball skewers, lemon highball, Kinmiya plum cocktail. The simmered chicken was recommended by the staff and it was served quickly and split into two portions. The chicken liver was very tender and delicious, and it paired well with the alcohol. The skewers were generously portioned and flavorful. The white liver was not gamey and very tender, while the chicken meatball skewers were perfectly cooked. The prices were a bit high per skewer, but considering the portion size, it was worth it. The highball drinks were served with frozen shochu instead of ice, so they did not get diluted quickly. The Kinmiya plum cocktail was very strong, and we understood why there was a limit of 3 drinks per person. We initially planned to visit other places after, but we ended up getting too drunk and went straight home. The atmosphere was lively with salarymen enjoying drinks. I would like to visit again in the future. Thank you for the meal.
