I have visited this place several times and the 2 hours here always fly by so quickly until the last order. Even with two people eating and drinking to our hearts' content, the bill usually comes to around 5,000 to 6,000 yen per person. Besides our usual order, this time we tried some new dishes like tomato salad, Morioka cold noodles, Kagoshima black pork, premium beef intestines, loin, skirt, and hormone, etc. We enjoyed trying a variety of dishes, but my favorite was the Yama-gawa harami. We tried it with miso sauce, soy sauce, and salt sauce, and it was delicious. I would like to try "solo yakiniku" someday if I have the chance. Once again, I left satisfied with this visit.

Visited with my family. Reservations are only available for the opening time on weekends at 4 pm. It's recommended to make a reservation at this time as there can be a wait on weekends. The prices at Yamako are really cheap, making it a great value for the whole family. The food is also delicious. The recommended menu items on the wall are especially tasty and affordable. A great yakiniku restaurant with good cost performance, claiming to be directly managed by the wholesaler. It is located right in the middle of Tabata and Komagome. You can make reservations starting from the opening time at 4 pm (2-hour limit). It is popular among families and locals, so it's often fully booked and you may not get a seat without a reservation. On weekends and holidays, there are usually people waiting in line outside. They offer a variety of meat options, including Matsutake, and the side dishes are also delicious. Highly recommended!

Located a bit of a walk from Tabata or Komagome Station, this place doesn't have much around it except for a supermarket. I've been to a few drinking spots on the way from the station, but never walked this far. As I got closer, I saw a bright sign and the prices of meat were posted at the entrance. It was a bit embarrassing, but I came here late as a preview visit (couldn't make a reservation). Upon entering, I was quickly seated in a booth. Looking around, the long table in the back was empty. I sat down and ordered a beer first, a Super Dry draft (462 yen tax included). The amount for the price was quite satisfying. I ordered the Namul assortment (418 yen tax included) which had three types with a generous portion. Even though I usually order salad, this was enough for me this time. I also ordered the Yamakawa Kalbi (528 yen tax included) which had a decent thickness and a good amount for the price. The Yamakawa Harami (528 yen tax included) looked decent, but some pieces had a slight aged taste, which could be hit or miss. The Yamakawa loin (528 yen tax included) was aged meat, which I'm not a fan of, but it was still good. I also tried the thick-cut tongue salt (1078 yen tax included), which was delicious for the price. I was curious about the Morioka cold noodles (638 yen tax included) that others were eating, so I ordered it. The noodles were decent, but the soup could use a bit more flavor. Overall, the meat portions were generous, and I wanted to try more, but I was already full. I also liked that the wine decanter was around 500ml (858 yen tax included), which paired well with the meal. It would be nice if they had a bottle of shochu as well. I will definitely visit again.

Located in the outskirts of the capital area, this meat wholesaler's direct store offers incredibly cheap prices! Not only are they cheap, but the meat is also delicious! It's rare to find a place where you can eat so affordably. Usually, cheap means bad quality or tasteless meat, but here they manage to keep the prices low while maintaining good quality and taste! They must be making a profit from their main meat wholesale business and using it to create a shop loved by locals. The staff are polite, and the atmosphere of the shop is cozy, like a family restaurant. The Wagyu short ribs are slightly on the pricier side within this shop, but even so, the quality at this price point is hard to find elsewhere. You can really taste the umami, so I'm satisfied. I love the beef tongue, which is also cheap, so I end up eating a lot of it! Some places offer only the tip of the tongue at low prices, but here, they serve the part with good marbling, making it tender and full of flavor.

This is a great yakiniku restaurant located a 10-minute walk from Komagome Station. It's incredibly cheap! The food is delicious and the staff is polite, creating a relaxing atmosphere. You can leave fully satisfied with just 3000 to 4000 yen per person. Highly recommended!

Middle-cut Kalbi: The price is double what you would normally pay at a regular yakiniku restaurant. The quality is high and the price is reasonable, making it a great example of good value for money. Yamakawa Kalbi: I was knocked out by the overwhelming tenderness. It's not often that you come across such high-quality kalbi. Yamakawa Roast: It was a bit tough for a roast. I don't think I will be a repeat customer.

My family comes here at least once a month. Initially, there were tatami seats, but they have been removed, perhaps for the convenience of customers or to improve the service level of the staff. The prices are cheap and reasonable, and there is good quality meat that satisfies adults while also offering affordable options for children. The hormone meat is excellent, so delicious that it could stand alone as a meal. It would be nice if the beer, sour, and highball drinks were a little cheaper or came in larger quantities, but overall, it is a highly satisfying restaurant.

Unlike some yakiniku places that have a unique grime feeling, this one doesn't. The menu might surprise you with the wide price range, from around 400 yen to about 2000 yen, depending on the meat grade and cut. I haven't ordered anything too expensive, but you can definitely enjoy a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. You can go there with peace of mind, considering your wallet. The meat is delicious. It leans towards a slightly sweet sauce, more than my personal preference. I usually only eat the well-seasoned meat at all-you-can-eat places, so I can't comment on the meat quality, but I thought it was good. I will definitely visit again. The only downside might be that it's a bit far...

During the third state of emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I visited a restaurant for dinner. Despite avoiding crowded areas, about 60% of the seats were filled at 5 o'clock. They didn't serve alcohol, but they had non-alcoholic beer, highball-style drinks, and Chardonnay wine-like soft drinks. By the time I paid around 5:40, about 80% of the customers had arrived.
