Located on the basement floor of Hikari no Oka IMA, there is a dining establishment run by the fish market Fishpower. They offer reasonably priced seafood bowls like the Sea Treasure Bowl and luxurious sashimi bowls. After much deliberation, I decided to go with the luxurious seafood bowl. Despite being operated by a fish market, the quality of the ingredients was delicious.

I had a lunch sushi set. It cost 890 yen. It was pretty average, and considering the cost performance, maybe a rice bowl would have been better. The clam miso soup was delicious. The service was fast, maybe even faster than a beef bowl restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

After the gym, I headed to a sushi and seafood bowl restaurant located on the lower floor of the Hikarigaoka IMA building that I had been eyeing for lunch. This place, called Uoriki, has three outlets in the IMA building - a self-service cafeteria, a sushi restaurant, and a retail store. I have now completed visiting all three outlets! I ordered the Uoriki Deluxe Seafood Bowl for 1390 yen with free extra rice using the ticket machine at the storefront. The interior of the restaurant is simple, with counter seats on the right, table seats on the left, and a kitchen at the back. After waiting for about 3 minutes, I was called by the waitress, who seemed to be working alone, to pick up my order at the counter. The Uoriki Deluxe Seafood Bowl was beautifully arranged, with shrimp catching my eye like a rose flower. The bowl included 2 slices each of tuna, yellowtail, red snapper, salmon, and tuna tataki, as well as salmon, horse mackerel, clam, ikura, shrimp, shiso leaves, perilla leaves, and lemon. The quality of the ingredients was good. The shrimp seemed to be raw red shrimp and had a nice sweetness to them. The tuna and yellowtail were flavorful, and the red snapper was blanched. The slices were cut diagonally for a nice presentation, but they were thinner than expected. The tataki was enjoyable with a variety of flavors. The sushi rice was seasoned with red vinegar, giving it a strong vinegar taste. It was firm and slightly dry, but the vinegar flavor was pronounced. The miso soup had clams in it, which was a nice touch. I would rate the Uoriki Deluxe Seafood Bowl 3.5 stars and the value for money index is 1.21, which is good. Next time, I'll try the sushi. I tried the reasonably priced recommended nigiri sushi (890 yen) and the fish market bowl (990 yen) today. The sushi was fresh and the portion size was great for the price. It was perfect to enjoy with cold water on a hot summer day. The clam soup was filled with plenty of clams. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal.

The Market Donburi is 980 yen. It's not your typical seafood bowl scam, this place serves exactly what you see in the menu photo. Being run by a fishmonger, the sashimi is thickly sliced with a variety of fresh fish on top, and it's delicious. There's also a generous portion of vinegared rice, and to top it off, you get miso soup with clams included. The value for money here is amazing!

I often go shopping at Hikarigaoka IMA, a shopping mall. One of my favorite shops there is "Uoriki," a very fresh and well-stocked fish store. It's always crowded with customers. Inside, there is a directly managed restaurant called "Uoriki Shokudo." It's busy around 6 pm for dinner. The menu is not extensive, but the quality of the fish is top-notch and the prices are very reasonable. Since it's a fish store, they have a wide variety of fresh and delicious fish. You can truly enjoy the natural taste of the fish. The sushi and rice bowls are so good that you'll finish them in no time. I ended up buying some to take home because it was so delicious. It's a place where you can really enjoy fish. It's easy to walk in, and I'm looking forward to going back again.

There is a seafood restaurant called "Uomidori" located in a department store, with about 4 other branches in Tokyo. The restaurant is a small space but bright and spacious enough. They serve seafood bowls and sushi. I ordered the recommended bowl for 990 yen, while my wife ordered the market bowl. It is self-service, so you have to pick up your order when it's ready. The recommended bowl looked impressive with large and meaty botan shrimp that was sweet and delicious. The sashimi was thickly cut and generous, and the negitoro had a beautiful color. Everything was so tasty, especially considering the price is under 1000 yen. In a busy area in Tokyo, a similar meal would easily cost 1500-1800 yen. This place is truly a gem for seafood lovers, with a comfortable atmosphere and delicious food.

Even though the Fish Power Diner may have slight differences in content and portion size at each store, if you don't have preconceptions, you can still be satisfied. It might be a bit disappointing if you expect the same value for money as in other stores, but overall, it's still a good experience.

I think the cost performance is low.

The seafood bowl is delicious.
