Finally, a new addition to the "Ore no..." series, "GrandMaisonORENO by Ore no French," has opened. This restaurant offers a dining experience where you can enjoy flambe, croche, and other iconic French dishes right in front of you. Of course, at a reasonable price as expected from the "Ore no..." series! Located on the 2nd basement floor of the Sankei Building in Otemachi. The restaurant aims to provide the ultimate eater-tainment experience by combining "top-class cuisine, hospitality-filled service, and entertainment." The stage in front features a large screen, creating a theater-like setting where live performances are held daily for about 20 minutes, elevating the dining experience to a whole new level. The restaurant's ambiance reminds me of overseas restaurants and entertainment clubs, offering a unique dining and entertainment experience. The menu includes three course options (4800 yen/6800 yen/12000 yen) and a la carte dishes. The service is flexible, and the staff, with their service experience, are accommodating to various requests. The service quality at GrandMaison is top-notch. I ordered the "Course Oreno 6800 yen" and started with the signature "Namimami Sparkling" drink from the Ore no series. The wine selection is impressive, with a range of Grand Vin options and a lineup of champagnes. The wine list, ranging from 2800 yen to 17000 yen, offers a unique experience where you can taste wines from around the world in a departure, transit, and arrival format. The restaurant also offers fun attractions, such as harvesting shiitake mushrooms at the table and serving truffle pie, reminiscent of the childhood favorite "Pai no Mi." The dishes, such as the lobster consomme tomato mousse cocktail and the truffle cream pie, were delightful and rich. Overall, the dining experience at GrandMaison was fun and enjoyable, with surprises and delicious dishes at every turn.
