Visited in June 2023. I went to a city winery & restaurant in Omori opened by a classmate from the Chikuma River Wine Academy where I used to attend until last year, to celebrate and see their new place! Before the meal, I was given a tour of the winery. Despite the challenges with equipment imports due to COVID, they have very well-equipped facilities. The winemaker has trained at various wineries, and I have a feeling they will make wonderful wines. The meal that day was a course menu. I enjoyed a freshly made rosé wine! They are planning to make sparkling wines for the summer, perfect for a refreshing drink on hot days. I am looking forward to seeing what kind of wines they will make in the future. They occasionally recruit volunteers for winemaking, so if you are interested, please inquire.

I finally got to visit a restaurant that I had been curious about for a long time. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get in at 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday, but to my surprise, there was no one there when I arrived. The staff in the dining room were very gentlemanly and had a soft and welcoming atmosphere that was full of love for wine. We ordered a set of three appetizers and one hour of all-you-can-drink wine for 3000 yen. The house red and white wines were so delicious that I was impressed and couldn't believe how good they were for an all-you-can-drink option. We also ordered the pasta of the day (Porcini cream pasta) and the pizza of the day (Margherita). The pasta was incredibly delicious, with a perfect balance of cream and Porcini mushroom flavor that filled my mouth with a wonderful aroma. The best part was the wine, and I can't wait to try something other than the house wine next time. I am looking forward to trying the summer vintage wines at this restaurant. It seemed like there were a lot of men in their 40s, but I heard that some people come alone for a quick drink. They also have a counter, so it seems like a place where you can visit alone. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the delicious meal!

On October 24, 2022, I visited a wine bar that had just opened recently. They will start making wine here from around February next year, which I am really looking forward to! They have a great selection of glass wines and a wide variety of bottles as well! I didn't have much experience with Japanese wines, but I was able to find some wonderful wines here. The appetizer platter included flounder carpaccio, which made me happy. The pork shoulder loin was beautifully cooked, and the mustard paired really well with it, making it delicious without being heavy. The Margherita pizza was thin and crispy, and the owner kindly doubled the cheese for us. It went perfectly with Tabasco sauce! I also had a cheese platter, but I forgot to take a picture of it. They have live music performances from professional musicians sent from a music salon called Salon La Jorona, which has live shows every day. The performance starts at 7:30 pm, and there are 3 sets of 4-person table seats and around 5 counter seats. The counter faces a frosted glass now, but once the brewing equipment is in place, you can enjoy watching the powerful wine brewing process while drinking. It may sound like a PR, but since there were no reviews, I got carried away. I will definitely try more dishes next time! They are affiliated with other restaurants like Tsuki no Komichi (Japanese cuisine) and Chang (Korean cuisine) as well. I have actually been to Tsuki no Komichi before. Definitely worth a visit! ♡
