Thank you very much for always reading ✨ If you like it, please try bookmarking it with the "Save Shop" button. This is a restaurant located in front of Hakata Station in Fukuoka, which also uses the rare and sterile Takasaka chicken. It's a popular restaurant that you can hardly enter without a reservation the day before. I was lucky enough to get a reservation by jumping in before the start of business on the day. They handle Takasaka chicken, Amakusa Daioh, Hakata Jidori, and Miyazaki Jitokko. What's changed the most is the wonderful lady who is a grill master (*'▽'*), and there are even 5 handsome men! They bring freshly grilled items to you ✨ I requested to eat Takasaka chicken and enjoyed it. It was completely different from the last time I visited in October last year, and the finish was amazing ✨ Towards the end, the restaurant was full, and I was fascinated by the sight of a female grill master firing nearly 30 skewers all at once (°▽°). It's a highly recommended restaurant (*^▽^*) I ordered the following: - Supreme Yakitori Course (with half ramen and dessert) 4850 yen - Chrysanthemum and shimeji mushroom ohitashi - Cabbage - Takasaka chicken breast meat - Takasaka chicken shoulder meat - Takasaka chicken thigh meat - Takasaka chicken heart - Takasaka chicken skirt meat - Tomato pickled in vinegar - Fried chicken breast part in dashi - Chicken scallion - Amakusa Daioh and Takasaka chicken meatballs - Zucchini - Takasaka chicken red thigh meat - Chicken mince cream cheese toast - Takasaka chicken liver - Pickles - Takasaka chicken wings - Quail - Ramen with salt - Saga strawberries and pink grapefruit Additional: - Hakata Jidori chicken tenderloin - Hakata Jidori chicken gizzard - Hakata Jidori chicken collarbone - Kirin Ichiban Shibori beer x3 - Chita Highball Total bill: 8510 yen Thank you for reading until the end ✨ If you leave a comment, I will reply to it. I hope this information can be helpful for your gourmet experiences. My Instagram is also updated. Hide Gourmand【@hide06_21】

Located about a 10-minute walk south of Hakata Station, this yakitori restaurant has a concept of "eating chicken to the fullest." The restaurant has around 6 tables and a counter, providing a relaxed atmosphere for enjoying the food. We were served with a refreshing kabosu jelly and delicious tofu as a starter, setting high expectations from the start. It seems the rule is to start with ordering 5 skewers. Although the highly anticipated Takasaka chicken skewers were sold out, we opted for the "rare parts 5 skewer assortment." The skewers included shoulder meat, harami (skirt meat), white liver, akasegi (kidney), soriresu (thigh meat), amaou (chicken skin), green pepper tsukune, chicken wiener, and engawa (gizzard). We enjoyed 10 skewers and drinks, feeling completely satisfied. Each skewer was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The "chicken wiener" and "akasegi" were new experiences for us. The akasegi had a rich flavor with a liver-like texture inside, offering a unique deliciousness. The chicken wiener had a spicy seasoning, reminiscent of a chicken chorizo, with a chewy and flavorful texture. The only regret was that the chouchin (lantern) skewers were sold out.

On Saturday night, I made a reservation and visited the restaurant! I called ahead to reserve the rare cuts such as tsunagi and shiraleba as they tend to sell out quickly. This place was selected as one of the top 100 restaurants in 2023, so my expectations were high! We ordered the omakase course which included 5 rare cuts and 5 types of Takasaka chicken. Here is a list of what we ordered: 1. Chicken broth tofu with jellied sauce - tender and delicious! 2. Chicken sagari breast meat - crispy and flavorful! 3. Tsunagi - soft and bouncy, with a juicy texture! 4. Sori (hip muscle) - crispy skin and juicy meat! 5. Yamaimo (Japanese yam) 6. Tsukune made with Amakusa Daioh chicken - crunchy and tasty! 7. Shiraleba (white liver) of Takasaka chicken - incredibly tender and sweet, absolutely delicious! 8. Vinegared tomatoes 9. Fuwa (chicken lung) - soft and tasty! 10. Kumamoto new ginnan (gingko nuts) 11. Liver pate - smooth and delicious! 12. Shiitake mushrooms from Nagasaki 13. Takasaka chicken thigh meat - firm and incredibly tasty! 14. Chouchin (egg yolk) - overflowing with flavor, incredibly delicious! 15. Takasaka chicken wing tip - firm and tasty! 16. Takasaka chicken wing joint - perfectly paired with mustard sauce, delicious! 17. Salt ramen - light and flavorful salt soup, high-class ramen comparable to ramen shops! 18. Caramel nut mousse - perfect sweetness with nuts adding a nice touch, dessert level is very high! We mainly ordered skewers and they were all incredibly delicious! Especially the shiraleba and tsunagi were outstanding due to their rarity. I recommend securing these two by making a reservation in advance! The quality of the yakitori was also top-notch, I was completely satisfied! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

The concept of "eating chicken to the fullest" is the theme of the yakitori restaurant 'Torikyo Kenkyudan' located near Hakata. It is a popular restaurant selected as one of the top 100 yakitori restaurants in the Eatlog Yakitori Best 2023, and reservations are essential. The restaurant is about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station and has mainly table seating with a row of counter seats, totaling around 35 seats. On the day I visited, the restaurant was almost full. When making a reservation, they suggested starting with a 5-item assortment, so we went with that. The 5-item assortment can be selected from omakase, rare cuts, and Takasaka chicken, and we chose the omakase option. They are willing to accommodate preferences or dislikes within the omakase selection. The 5-item assortment we had was from the "Hakata Jidori" brand. The menu has a playful touch, with illustrations of birds and the names of each part, allowing you to choose the specific type you want to try, fitting perfectly with the concept of eating chicken to the fullest. The appetizer was a chilled tofu with chicken broth jelly, which had a gentle yet flavorful taste. We ordered various skewers, including chicken breast wrapped in shiso leaves, cartilage, heart, okra, asparagus, chicken wings, and meatballs, all of which were delicious. For the finale, we ordered the white chicken broth ramen made with Takasaka chicken. The rich chicken broth soup was flavorful, and the noodles had a nice texture. The addition of meat miso topping enhanced the flavor, making it a perfect way to end the meal. The skewers were delicious, and the final dish was of high quality, justifying the restaurant's popularity!

I enjoyed the exquisite yakitori course and additional skewers at Toritori Kenkyudan in front of Hakata Station, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. The quality of yakitori at this price is truly a bargain. I had three kinds of local Kyushu sake, totaling three cups. This is an amazing restaurant without a doubt.

Today, a colleague and I made a reservation in advance to have some delicious yakitori at "Toritoke Kenkyudan" restaurant. This place offers a selection of carefully chosen chicken such as Takasaka chicken, Hakata jidori, Jitokko, and Amakusa Daio, but this time we went for the Takasaka chicken course, which requires approval for handling. We enjoyed dishes like chicken breast, neck, gizzard, wings, and tail, all served promptly. The grilling and seasoning were done well, resulting in tasty yakitori. The restaurant is a bit large with many seats, and handling all the chicken seems quite hectic. Alcohol orders are taken through tablets. The atmosphere is casual with both counter and table seating. The service is attentive and pleasant. It's impressive to be able to enjoy a Takasaka chicken course, which would usually cost around 10,000 yen per person, at such a reasonable price. I look forward to trying other chicken varieties next time. There are more and more restaurants offering Takasaka chicken nowadays. Thank you for the meal.

I had the premium course. It included rare cuts of meat and rare chicken, which were not only unusual but also very delicious because the grilling was done very carefully. The skin was crispy, and the meat was juicy and flavorful. Everything was seasoned with salt only, which showed a commitment to bringing out the flavor of the meat without relying on sauce. I could feel the seriousness and dedication in the perfectly cooked dishes. The fried chicken and tomato pickles I ordered separately were also very delicious. The noodle soup served at the end of the course was so tasty that I would come back just to have the noodles. The course, which also included homemade pudding, felt like a great deal! I would like to try the oyakodon next time.

Visited a restaurant with business associates. It's not far from Hakata Station, just past KITTE along the railway tracks where foot traffic is light. Despite that, it was packed. They had a variety of rare cuts of yakitori and the staff were fantastic, answering all our questions without hesitation. The quail eggs were perfectly cooked and I ended up getting seconds. The ramen for dessert was so delicious that I would come back just for that. They also had craft beer, which was nice, but they only had three rotating options so it would be even better if they had more variety.

I was taken here by my boyfriend! This izakaya is named after chicken, with various parts that you can't taste at other restaurants. The recommended skewer set of 5 pieces was surprising, as each one was something I had been curious about. The flavors were just as good as any other restaurant. I was particularly impressed by the "aka" part, which is the red meat of the chicken. It has a rich flavor like beef. If it's not sold out, definitely try it! Lastly, we also had ramen. They offer a "mini size" for those like me who want to eat but also want to stay slim. We tried the soy sauce ramen and the white soup? ramen. The soy sauce ramen was classic but not too heavy, with a light taste. The white soup? was more like a soup, but still had a hint of ramen flavor. All the other dishes were delicious too. Thank you to my boyfriend for always taking me to delicious places!

I made a reservation by phone right after the store opened that day. They said they could seat us outside, so we went straight there. We started with the recommended 5 items, which were a must, and then we could order freely. We ordered 5 rare cuts and enjoyed them all. They were all delicious, cooked perfectly. I could see why this place is popular. It was constantly busy with customers, so the drink service was a bit slow, but that's understandable for a popular restaurant. I would recommend this place to anyone, it's a great restaurant.

I made a reservation two weeks ago after being quite intrigued by various reviews, and visited the restaurant alone on the day. I had reserved for the opening time at 5pm, so there were no other customers except for me. I had a rough idea of what I wanted to eat from reading various reviews, so I quickly ordered about 10 skewers using the touch panel in front of me. I started with a beer and waited for about 10 minutes for the first skewer to arrive. The skewers were not all brought out at once, but were served one by one, carefully timed based on when I finished each one. Personally, I enjoy leisurely drinking and savoring freshly grilled yakitori, so I really appreciated this approach. There was a lovely female grill chef who engaged in friendly conversation with me, which warmed my heart. The atmosphere was great, the yakitori was of high quality, and I thought the cost performance was excellent. It seems that popular cuts sell out quickly as the night goes on, so I recommend making a reservation for an earlier time. I will definitely visit this restaurant again when I go to Hakata. Everything was truly delicious! Thank you for the meal.

I only feel their dedication! Anyway, it's delicious! Not only the chicken, but even the cabbage that comes with it is juicy, and I suspect they pay attention to how they store it. The dessert pudding and ramen are also delicious! They even have local chicken sausages. Whenever I recommend this place to my friends, they always become repeat customers.

Ordered the chef's choice yakitori along with a few additional skewers, potato salad, edamame, and fried chicken. The chef's choice included 5 skewers of tenderloin, thigh, red meat (intense flavor), wing, and chicken skin, all delicious. The additional skewers, including rolled skewers, were all cooked perfectly. However, the pork belly felt a bit lacking compared to the amazing yakitori. The potato salad was simple with just cucumber and a generous amount of mayo. It also came with chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli. The fried chicken was simply delicious. It was great to have ramen as a closing option, with choices like salt, soy sauce, tantanmen, and chicken broth. Additionally, they offer a wide variety of craft beers. This popular restaurant requires reservations.

I made a reservation again, I visited about a month ago and the food is delicious even after multiple visits. It was so delicious that I went with my wife and daughter today. Since there are limited rare cuts like chouchin, it's better to order early. I always think that it's a shame that it's a 2-hour time limit, so you can't fully enjoy the lingering taste of the delicious food before leaving.

I visited the "Toritokei Kenkyudan" in Fukuoka, located about a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station's Hakata exit. I went on a weekday night and tried the highly anticipated Takasaka chicken five-piece assortment (1900 yen), which includes: 1. Dakimushi (chicken thigh), 2. Negima (chicken and green onion skewers), 3. Hatsu (chicken heart), 4. Ponjiri (chicken tail), and 5. Soriresu (rare chicken part). All five pieces are made from Takasaka chicken, a rare and popular choice. The last piece, Soriresu, is particularly sought after as only two pieces can be obtained from one chicken. It was a delicious and satisfying meal.

There are many rare cuts available and I fully enjoyed my time. The perfect balance of the lanterns, it's the best. Indulging in luxurious yakitori once in a while won't hurt. I kept ordering rare cuts, but unfortunately some were sold out. I'll make sure to order early next time, although I'll probably forget.

Near the hotel, there is a chicken research group that serves dishes like seseri, chicken skin sauce, cabbage with freshly squeezed lemon sour, bonjiri, assorted pickles, and highball with Solarese. They offer rare cuts of meat, such as thick shiitake mushrooms from Nagasaki and white stone lotus roots from Saga. I was a bit late, so many items were sold out, but there are various rare cuts available. I want to go earlier next time and enjoy a leisurely meal.

There are rare chicken skewers available, and they are incredibly delicious!! The staff at the restaurant are also very nice, and there is nothing to complain about. It's a must-visit restaurant for me when I'm on a business trip to Fukuoka. It might be better to make a reservation beforehand because the restaurant tends to get quite crowded. It's best to go early because some items may sell out. They offer various dishes such as chicken wings, chicken gizzards, chicken white liver, bacon-wrapped cheese, chicken mince with cream cheese, chicken liver pate, chicken prosciutto potato salad, prosciutto and avocado carpaccio, and salt ramen. I may have forgotten some names, but this is the general idea.

After the live performance, it's always refreshing to have a drink and a nice dinner, right? We arrived at this place around 10 o'clock with a party of 4 and didn't have to wait long to be seated. We started with some draft beer and then indulged in a luxurious assortment of grilled chicken skewers, including akagai, sand liver, soriresu, bonjiri, and tebasaki. The high-quality Takasaka chicken did not disappoint in any way. We wanted to try more, so we ordered another round of beer and tried different cuts of Takasaka chicken, as well as Amakusa Daio and green chili pepper tsukune. We thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious grilled chicken course, and for dessert, we had a half portion of light and savory salt ramen with a golden soup and a soft-boiled egg. The staff were friendly and the cost performance was also good. Overall, it was a great find!

The shop handles rare parts such as Takasaka chicken, Miyazaki Jitokko, Amakusa Daio, and Hakata Jidori. It seems that the selling point is that rare parts can be eaten. I tried Takasaka chicken's red, Elf France, Frisode, and Chouchin. Although there were rare parts available earlier, half of them were sold out when leaving the shop, so if you go after 8:00, it seems better to ask for a reservation in advance. Personally, I highly recommend Takasaka chicken's red, as it has a strong umami flavor. The sasami was firm and the tsukune was delicious with the sauce and egg mixture. The ramen at the end was also delicious, so you have to leave some room to eat it.

We visited this highly rated restaurant as a couple. It is close to Hakata Station but requires a short walk. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely, giving off a high-class Japanese dining vibe. We had made a reservation for a course meal and sat at the counter. Everything we ate was delicious, surprisingly so. The chicken dishes were particularly outstanding, with a focus on the natural flavor and juicy texture of the chicken. I was amazed at how delicious chicken could be! It's clear that the quality of the chicken here is different from what I've had before. The seasoning was rich in flavor, gentle yet robust, creating a deep taste. The taste and atmosphere of the restaurant were elegant and top-notch. Even though we were already full, we couldn't resist trying their ramen as a finale, and it was bursting with the amazing flavor of chicken. A ramen that is so delicious you can't resist, even when you're full... The best! This is a place you'd want to visit for a date, business dinner, or any special occasion with someone special. I can't wait to go back again!
