The 2022 TOKYO tour of the Super Star Reviewer continues *\(^o^)/* Leaving Sakadachi behind, we head towards Shinbashi once again, walking to burn calories, sightseeing in Tokyo, and saving on train fare - a three birds with one stone strategy (lol). Of course, we can't skip checking out the standing bars along the way Σ੧(❛□❛✿) The next destination we chose is the Haneda Market Ginza Direct Sales Store. Haneda Market is a venture company aiming to build a new fish distribution system centered around air transport, with Haneda Airport as its base. They provide services to clients such as hotels, restaurants, retailers, markets, and wholesalers, utilizing a network of producers from all over Japan, a logistics network based at Haneda Airport, and IT as strengths. They prepare for shipment as soon as fishermen and contracted producers from various regions in Japan land their catch. By handling live fish on board ships and adjusting fishing times, they ensure that even fish that can only be enjoyed locally can be enjoyed with the same freshness as at the production site. By transporting directly via various means such as airplanes, high-speed buses, trucks, and Shinkansen, without going through local markets, they can procure fresh fish even on days when central markets are closed. You can enjoy the flavors from all over Japan, from Hokkaido to Kyushu and Okinawa, as well as fast-moving fresh fish that could only be enjoyed locally before, at restaurants or at home. It's the perfect place for reviewers who love sashimi *\(^o^)/* As soon as we entered the store... there were lots of dishes and glasses scattered on tables in front and in the back Σ( ̄。 ̄ノ)ノ I was confused about where to stand, but then the male store manager appeared from the back and started wiping and tidying up the tables... It seems like the store is being run single-handedly by this manager. In the surprisingly spacious store, it seems impossible to run it alone, right? σ^_^; The only other customers were a solo female diner on the other side of the table and a group of two businessmen at the neighboring table. We ordered draft beer first (^o^)/ and chose a sashimi platter as our side dish (=^▽^)σ After a while, it arrived *\(^o^)/* The lineup was... bonito, amberjack, horse mackerel, sea bream, scallop... Huh? It said there were 7 types with 2 pieces each, but there are only 5 types? Maybe bonito and sea bream with 3 pieces each offset each other? Hmm, the sashimi itself is not bad, but isn't 1500 yen for this assortment a bit expensive considering the brand of Haneda Market? The total bill was 2100 yen. It seems like it's better to visit for lunch rather than for drinks. Next time, we'll finally review the sacred land of salarymen, Shinbashi *\(^o^)/*
