Fukuoka Nikko Hotel has a restaurant where they prepare dishes right in front of you on a teppan grill. They make fried garlic from garlic in Tako Town, Aomori, and the aroma is amazing. Each dish incorporates seasonal ingredients and is beautifully presented. Today's main dish was Saga beef fillet, which was flavorful and tender with a strong presence. I was thoroughly satisfied from start to finish and would definitely visit again if given the chance.

I used it with my family of three. We enjoyed lunch at a counter kitchen with a nice view. We had delicious dishes from appetizers to main course. It was nice that they explained each dish briefly. After the meal, we moved to a separate room for afternoon tea (?) and enjoyed a birthday cake on a sofa. The food, service, and atmosphere were all perfect! However, it is quite expensive for our usual lunch, so we will only use it for special occasions like anniversaries. But it was definitely worth the price!

First visit. Teppanyaki restaurant located in Hotel Nikko. Visited for lunch. Forgot the name of the course, but it was seafood-based. I ordered the fillet, and my companion ordered the sirloin. We asked for it to be cooked blue. It could have been a bit more rare, but I understand there may be hygiene concerns for the restaurant. The chef's handling of the meat didn't seem very smooth, so they might be a new employee. However, the taste of the beef was a bit weak...

I finally went to the teppanyaki restaurant that I've been wanting to try since last year! I was able to make an early reservation, so I went there! Instead of a course meal, I ordered a la carte. I had a lot of seafood and meat. Surprisingly, the standout dish was the shellfish (*・∀・)ノ゛ They had a wide variety of wines and champagnes, and I even had a bottle of red wine from my birth year ⭐︎ I want to go there again!

I used it for dinner time. This time, I used a private room. Since there is only one private room, I made a reservation early. The dinner course menu starts at around 10,000 yen. The price varies depending on the amount of meat or seafood you choose. It was possible to decide on the menu on the day, and it was also nice that you could order your favorite course, not the same menu for everyone. The appetizer was quiche, which was unusual for a teppanyaki restaurant. The salad, which was full of volume, had tuna in it. The abalone was very fresh and still moving! The meat and lobster were also excellent, and you could also have garlic rice as an option. We surrounded a large teppan, and a chef attended to us with meticulous service. It was nice to have a private feeling in the private room and relax.

I get unnecessarily excited watching the chef cook right in front of me on the hot plate. It's a luxury to have the dishes served to you immediately. The fish and meat were all cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Don't forget to try their special garlic fried rice!

It was Friday night, so we had almost a full table. We chose a course where we could enjoy Chateaubriand. The marbling of the Saga beef was excellent and we were very satisfied. They had a wide selection of popular drinks, so you can also enjoy the alcohol.

The hospitality was exceptional. They even tied my apron for me. I came here for the meat, and the 150-gram steak was the best I've ever had. It was so tender, I could almost drink it without chewing. The vegetables were delicious too, even though I usually don't like eggplant. The crème brûlée for dessert was also crispy and tasty. The prices for teppanyaki are similar everywhere, but the hospitality and quality of the meat here make it worth coming back. I felt like I was in a TV drama.

It's about a 5-minute walk from JR Hakata Station, on the 2nd floor of Hotel Nikko Fukuoka, there is a teppanyaki restaurant called "Gingko". I use it for lunch about once a month due to work. In the Gingko steak lunch course, you can choose either fillet or sirloin of domestic beef. The steak is a special selection of black-haired Japanese beef "Saga beef". The choice is excellent, and of course, it is delicious. Come to think of it, I have never been for dinner, but during lunchtime, there are many young chefs. That's a little concerning... (There are few chefs who seem like veterans...) Cooking on a thick iron plate requires a lot of skill. Thank you for the meal as always.

This is a teppanyaki restaurant located on the 2nd floor of Hotel Nikko Fukuoka. There are two teppanyaki grills in a U-shape with 8-9 seats each, as well as private rooms that can accommodate 6-7 people. The main course features Saga beef with seafood such as lobster incorporated. The service from the staff is refined, and they even provide aprons (laughs). The chef cooks in front of you without using hands, peeling tiger prawns and flambeing, making it a sight to see. The chef engages in lively conversation, making the experience enjoyable. After the meal, you can enjoy dessert in the dessert room at a leisurely pace.

The stay at Nikko Fukuoka included meals, but the prices were generally high. The chef cooked in front of us on a teppan, but the taste was average overall. The meat was also just average in terms of flavor. Drinks were not included in the price, so the cost performance was not good.

In front of Hakata Station, there is a teppanyaki restaurant at Hotel Nikko. This genre is a staple in famous hotels. It's difficult to evaluate these kinds of restaurants... They are expensive, and it's hard to differentiate from other similar places. Personally, I wouldn't visit unless it's for a work-related gathering. This time, I had the Koishibara course for lunch. On the table, there was dashi soy sauce, salt, and ponzu. The seafood of the day was wild sea bream from Genkai and homemade shrimp balls. They were topped with a fresh tomato sauce that was a bit too sour, overpowering the delicate taste of the sea bream. The meat was sirloin, although they didn't specify where it was from... Of course, it was tender, with good meat quality and fat. The food aside, this unique experience is unmatched, so it might be suitable for special occasions like anniversaries. Thank you for the meal.

After the previous article, I went to Ginko on the 2nd floor of Nikko Hotel Fukuoka for teppanyaki. It's been a while since I had teppanyaki! I was excited even before entering, my heart was dancing. Let's start with a toast with beer. Delicious! The meal started with a chicken breast spring roll appetizer, refreshing and appetizing. Next was a rich foie gras without any unpleasant smell, paired perfectly with the well-cooked pineapple. The prawn and scallop with butter sauce was a great combination of the mild seafood and the richness of the sauce. The abalone was luxurious, and the abalone liver was surprisingly tasty. I was smiling throughout the meal, constantly expressing how delicious and luxurious it was. The chef even complimented me on my enthusiasm. The grilled vegetables, Ginko salad, and the main dish of Saga beef sirloin and fillet were all incredibly delicious. I opted for garlic rice instead of the regular rice. The meal ended with cake and coffee, a perfect way to show gratitude to my mother. It was a wonderful dining experience with top-notch food and hospitality. Dining in a first-class setting like this is truly a special experience. Thank you for the delicious meal.

This is a teppanyaki restaurant located on the 2nd floor of Hotel Nikko Fukuoka. My wife and I visited for dinner after receiving an invitation from the hotel for the pufferfish and shark fin cuisine fair that will be held in February and March. We ordered the Takumi course for 8,000 yen as recommended. The meal started with garlic chips grilled on the teppan, accompanied by a beer toast. The first dish was pufferfish chawanmushi, which had a light broth and a texture similar to egg custard. The second pufferfish dish was a hot pot with pufferfish, seafood, and vegetables cooked on the teppan. We also enjoyed a salad made with fresh vegetables from the hotel's farm in Itoshima. The highlight was the Hida beef steak cooked on the teppan to a perfect medium rare. We also added foie gras to our meal, which my wife loves. We enjoyed wine with our meal and ended with rice topped with spicy mentaiko. For dessert, we had Amaou strawberry sherbet. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, although the additional wine and foie gras made the bill a bit higher. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of Hotel Nikko Fukuoka.

Located inside Hotel Nikko Fukuoka, I visited this restaurant for lunch as it is close to my workplace. The interior was smaller than I expected, with three teppanyaki grills providing a private dining experience. I was looking forward to the chef's performance, from seasonal vegetables to steak. However, this time the chef was quiet, making the meal feel a bit dull. The warm vegetables were delicious, especially the sweet onions. I ordered the fillet steak cooked medium rare, but it was slightly overcooked on the plate, which was disappointing. Treating yourself to a luxurious lunch once in a while to boost your energy is a great idea.

I cannot register the main number for Hotel Nikko, so here is the banquet department's number. Sorry about that. Hotel Nikko is quite close to our company, so we use it for lunch quite often. Oh, dinner? No, it's too expensive, so we don't go (laughs). When we went for a meal at the mixi offline meeting in March, the food was delicious, but the seats are a bit cramped here, right? Do we need a private room (laughs)? Well, if you're looking for something decent to eat at lunchtime, I would recommend this place and Le Celebrite. They might be a bit pricey, but that's just how it is because of the location. (*^-゚)b

This is a teppanyaki restaurant located on the 2nd floor of Hotel Nikko Fukuoka. I used JAL coupon vouchers that I had accumulated with my miles. I made a reservation about a week ago and visited on Saturday afternoon around 12 o'clock. The restaurant has a luxurious atmosphere with a spacious interior and three teppanyaki corners. I ordered the "Blissful Lunch - Truffle, Foie Gras, Live Canadian Lobster, Wagyu Fillet" (6500 yen). First, they served crispy sliced garlic grilled on the teppan. The aroma of the grilled garlic was very appetizing. They also served a starter of firefly squid marinated in vinegar miso, which was refreshing and delicious. The fresh foie gras was next, with a smooth texture and served with a truffle sauce. The dish also included grilled pineapple, which paired perfectly with the rich sauce and foie gras. The live Canadian lobster was steamed on ice and served with a homemade butter sauce. The lobster was fresh and juicy, and the sauce was flavorful. Grilled vegetables such as eggplant, fu, and tofu with miso on magnolia leaves were also served. The Kyushu-produced Wagyu fillet steak was cooked to perfection, served with British rock salt or soy sauce and fresh wasabi. The steak was accompanied by stir-fried bean sprouts with sesame seeds. The meal also included a salad with homemade dressing, garlic fried rice, red miso soup with tofu, and pickled vegetables with spicy cod roe. For dessert, we were served almond Bavarian cream in a separate room. The smooth and refreshing dessert was a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, the quality of the ingredients and the price were satisfying, and the staff's service and atmosphere were excellent.
