I ordered liver with salt, kalbi, sagari, horumon, and some vegetables. The good thing about dining alone is that you can cook at your own pace and focus. I ended up having three beers and extra rice. I will definitely go back again.

The Megajock was really big and heavy to hold, perfect for those who love alcohol. The famous "Jiro set" includes 3 types of meat with 4 pieces each, a great deal. I couldn't order anything else because I was so full after that. The assortment included sagari (beef diaphragm), liver, and pig cheek. I don't like liver, so they kindly switched it to mino for me. Despite being a weekday, the restaurant was full of male customers. I was surprised to see many celebrity signatures displayed.

Holiday, around 2:00 PM, there were about two groups of customers already inside. They have the ultimate set called "Senbero Set". It includes 3 drinks and 1 appetizer or an assorted hormone set. We ordered two Senbero Sets with draft beer, liver, and cartilage arrived. The pleasure of grilling the beautifully shining internal organs mercilessly over charcoal. Thank you, pork meat. The unlimited cabbage appetizer is also amazing. With 3 drinks included, it's natural that we ran out of hormone. I don't remember well, but we added harami or something, as expected for the second bar. I remember the bill, but it seems like the memory leaked out of my brain since we visited a few months ago. We were able to drink cheaply and were very satisfied. We paid with PayPay.

We didn't stay for more than an hour, but we quickly drank three glasses and were pleasantly tipsy. It was a very satisfying Senbero Set. The staff's service was good, and we enjoyed our meal comfortably! I would definitely want to visit again when I come to Sugamo.

Ordered liver as an extra and finished with sagari (skirt meat). This was delicious. A dish I would want to order again next time. Finished eating and drinking, feeling full and satisfied. I became addicted to eating "shiro" with white rice, which I had playfully named the "Adult Happy Set." I wanted to eat it in Tokyo as well, but most places seem to season the pork horumon to mask its unique taste. However, I found a place that doesn't do that - "Horumon Jiro." The special thing about "shiro" is that it is significantly cheaper compared to other parts. "Horumon Jiro" is open from 1 pm on days with the number 4, so I decided to visit for a lunch drink. I ordered the "Senbero Set," which includes 3 drinks and assorted horumon, a great deal. I started with a glass of beer and ordered the "shirokoro" to try it out. It was grilled over charcoal, but the flavor was somewhat lost in the process. Undeterred, I ordered an additional two servings of "shirokoro" and white rice to recreate the "Adult Happy Set." It was a satisfying meal.

They also offer a Senbero set with drinks and hormone included, as well as all-you-can-drink courses starting from 3,500 yen, which seem like great deals. Personally, I recommend the spicy Nanban.

Also, the inside of the restaurant smells and feels oily. The meat gets 100 points! The only downside is that at the counter, the kitchen is fully visible and the staff talks too much without a mask. The shirokoro was still a great value for money, but the kopuchan was also satisfying for its price. However, the grill was curved upwards, making it difficult to cook the shirokoro, which unfortunately fell off the grill and was lost. I had a beer, which was not my favorite, so I switched to highball. I tried some meat dishes like the rare misuji (limited to 5 servings) for 990 yen, top loin for 790 yen, and zabuton kalbi for 890 yen, but they were disappointing. The misuji came with wasabi, salt, and sauce, but it was not worth using them for just 3 slices. It seems like it's better to stick to eating hormone here. I was a bit disappointed as I had high expectations.
