Silver Week can also open the store & I solved the mystery of the stainless steel in front of the counter, so I'm re-UPping m(_ _)m After posting last time, I visited once and started taking pictures, and then visited for the first time (*^o^*) I visited after 1 pm with one previous customer☆ Previously, there were many reservations or it was always full for some reason... It seems to have calmed down a bit ♬ The master who loves to talk as usual ♡ In this stew, there were two big pieces of small Kurume beef, and while eating that, we talked about various things♪( ´▽`) I suddenly had a question this time, what should I call the area in front of the counter? I noticed the stainless steel groove-like thing and asked, "Master, what is this groove-like thing?" He said it was originally supposed to be for washing hands. Even though he had paid the waterworks contractor, they still hadn't finished the work even after six months of opening. When I said that's not good, he said to wait patiently... The master was too kind (^O^☆♪☆★☆★☆〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜☆★☆★☆ This review is a thank you for the apology and the delicious food I received m(_ _)m(_ _)m(_ _)m(_ _)m(_ _)m The other day (mid-April), I went to a motorcycle shop in Kamitotsu to change the engine oil of my commuting bike, Hyper~, and passed the intersection where Sakae-ya is located (I pass in front of Kazamidori-san) and turned right from the intersection where "I'm lovin' it!" is located. When I was waiting at the traffic light in Hadaemae Higashi, I looked to the right and saw a new-looking shop with "Stew Shop" written on the wall! The sign was still out, so I read it and saw "Beef Stew ¥1,080 Same as lunch"! I visited several times, but it was always full with reservations (I always make a reservation if I find it delicious, so I never make a reservation until I can visit←Stupid) or I couldn't enter because it was always full. I finally managed to enter today o(^▽^)o There are many curry shops (I haven't written a review myself, but) I have been disappointed after entering highly rated shops... So the stew set was not heard of as the main stew (There is only one Western-style restaurant I love in Fukuoka♫ But there are days without stew, and sometimes I have hashed beef or hamburger instead ( ̄▽ ̄))... So the hurdle was raised〜〜( ̄▽ ̄)〜〜 This will be a slightly reflective review. After finishing my business, I really wanted to visit this shop before going to Fukuoka, so I went to the shop as quickly as possible and entered at 14:11 (lunch is until 14:30). It was very rude of me to be late, and I felt sorry, but I had lunch. I received a salad and was told it was "on the house," and I received pumpkin simmered in soy sauce and rolled omelet, which reminded me of the taste of a sushi restaurant ♩ I always wonder why rolled omelets taste so delicious? Miso soup→rice and finally the long-awaited stew♬ I had a conversation with the master while eating, and as expected of a former sushi chef! The rice is delicious (⌒▽⌒) As expected of a chef who mainly handles rice, it's nice to have delicious rice♪ The stew was also made with small Kurume beef that I had only heard rumors about, and it was cooked very tenderly o(^▽^)o The stew itself was not the thick type of white sauce or demi-glace sauce, but a tomato-based one with a strong vegetable flavor and a light taste (I'm sorry if the expression is hard to understand, but I can't find another way to say it...) and it was very delicious (⌒▽⌒) The master said that it is easy for older people to eat, as there are many older customers. As expected, with over 40 years of experience as a sushi chef! (≧∇≦) The customer service is good (⌒▽⌒) By the way, he said he is now 73 years old (he looks a bit younger) He said that there are more adult customers than students when talking, students: adults ===========
