Platto, for today's lunch, I took a stroll around the Shibaura-futo Station area. I exited the Yurikamome Shibaura-futo Station ticket gate and went down the stairs at exit 2A. I walked straight ahead towards the direction of the sunrise, crossed the second traffic light, turned left immediately, continued walking, crossed the signal at Urajima Bridge on the Bayshore Avenue, continued straight ahead, crossed Urajima Bridge, walked straight for a while, and on the right hand side, I visited the "Homemade Noodles Uchisoba Shibaura-nichome Store." This restaurant is known for its freshly ground, freshly made, freshly boiled soba noodles, with the addition of freshly fried items. I entered the restaurant at 10:45 on a weekday. Inside the restaurant, I checked the menu at the ticket machine located on the left. The menu includes various soba dishes, set meals, warm and cold soba, toppings, drinks, and breakfast sets. I was in the mood for a hearty soba dish, so I chose the "Two-color Extra Large Soba." I selected it on the ticket machine, received the food ticket, and took it to the order counter at the back. While waiting for my order, I observed one male customer in the restaurant. After 4 minutes, my "Two-color Extra Large Soba" was ready, and I picked it up from the order counter. The dish consisted of extra large soba with two types of soba broth - one for cold soba and one with walnut flavor. The soba noodles were firm with a good chewy texture. The broth was flavorful, with the walnut-flavored one being rich and fragrant. I enjoyed the dish, finishing it quickly and savoring the unique combination of soba and broth. After finishing my meal, I drank the remaining broth and concluded my dining experience. Today, I indulged in the satisfying "Two-color Extra Large Soba." Thank you for the meal.
