You can purchase authentic coffee or enjoy it in the shop. It's a small shop that can accommodate about 10 people for dining in. There are only counter seats, but it's easy to use even for one person. The shop is always crowded with adults because you can enjoy authentic coffee. The atmosphere is calm because there are no windows. This time, I bought beans and also had a coffee shake for dining in. It cost 660 yen including tax. It was a mature shake that was not too sweet and still had the taste of authentic coffee. It was delicious♪ They also have blueberry shakes made with blueberries from Ibaraki, and the menu is quite extensive. The authentic drip coffee and cold brew coffee are also delicious. While I was walking around KITTE, I saw the delicious-looking mille-feuille on the shop's sign, so I decided to enter. It was my first experience with Saza Coffee. I had assumed it would be like Starbucks or Doutor. I ordered a cold brew coffee without milk. After taking a sip, I thought, "Hmm, this is delicious. The taste is gentle, the coffee aroma is very nice. Maybe it's better without milk." It was the first time I had such a thought. My wife had a hot coffee from Ethiopia, which was described as a special bean for the day. We were told to enjoy the changing flavors. Coffee taste is quite complex. It's difficult to describe whether it's bitter, sour, sweet, etc. I realized that I didn't know what makes a coffee delicious. It reminded me of wine tasting. I feel like I want to visit this place again.

Located on the 1st floor of JP Tower at 2-7-2 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, SAZA COFFEE KITTE Marunouchi is a small cafe with limited seating, always seeming to be full. I ordered a hot coffee to go while waiting, and the place was constantly busy with customers coming in. The interior had dim lighting and many African-themed masks on the walls. With only counter seating for about 10 people, there were 5 staff members working. They offered several types of Geisha coffee for straight consumption, including Panama Geisha Esmeralda Mario for 3,000 yen, Panama Geisha Esmeralda Green for 1,400 yen, and Geisha Hunter for 1,000 yen. I opted for the Geisha Hunter, a blend of Panama, Colombia, and Ethiopia. It had a unique fermented liquor-like aroma and hints of orange flavor. Although lightly roasted, the amount of beans used seemed a bit small. I have visited SAZA COFFEE's main store in Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki Prefecture before, and they continue to provide delicious coffee from their own plantations. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Since trying a cafe latte for the first time at Saza Coffee in Shinbashi Station and becoming hooked on its deliciousness, I always make a point to stop by whenever I see a Saza Coffee. This time, I had a latte again. The coffee beans have a nice aroma. When you take a sip, a bitter taste quickly spreads, and then the milk makes it milder. The Kitte store only has counter seats, but it's relatively empty, so it's convenient.

I purchased "Shogun Coffee" beans in search of delicious coffee beans. There were various types of beans, but I couldn't ask the staff as they seemed more focused on cafe service. Saza Coffee Marunouchi store has a special menu to celebrate its 10th anniversary, which I used because I had special feelings about it. This store has been visited a total of 1,000 times, and even the Ambassador of Panama has visited the store for an event. The staff's service was excellent, and the mocha I had was the most delicious I've ever had. I made sure to confirm who made it, thanked them, and enjoyed it with gratitude. I would like to visit again.

I visited a coffee shop in Katsuta, Ibaraki, which has its main store there, but also has an outlet in Tokyo. The location is on the Grand Floor of Kitte, making it easy to find and enter. The interior of the shop is decorated with objects brought from some ethnic group, following the atmosphere of the main store. The blended coffee is delicious, and the coffee jelly is just right in terms of sweetness and bitterness.

While waiting to adjust the time at KITTE, I wandered around looking for a souvenir. I noticed the rainbow colors in the sign and decided to check it out. I asked if I could take the Rainbow Milk Crepe to go, and they said it was okay as long as I could get home quickly since they didn't have ice packs. I reassured them that it was fine. However, they kindly offered to provide a frozen one instead, which I gratefully accepted. The Rainbow Milk Crepe was colored using natural pigments. The actual appearance was a bit softer than in the photo, but it was definitely a rainbow. I cut into it with a fork, feeling the layers of the crepe. It was moist and not dry, with a smooth texture that melted in my mouth. The cream sandwiched between the layers included custard, giving it a light and smooth feel. The right amount of sweetness, good texture, and delicious cream made the fork keep going back for more. It was a delicate crepe with multiple layers that I enjoyed. It's definitely different from the Milk Crepe at D***r (which I also like). The cool urban vibe of the restaurant made me want to come back and enjoy dining in someday.

This time it's Geisha coffee drip. From the Esmeralda farm in Panama, known worldwide for its origin and farm. The moment you open it, you can smell the unique brandy-like or rich red wine-like aroma of Geisha. With many coffees, there is a big difference between the smell of the beans and the smell when brewed and drinking, but with Geisha, this difference feels minimal. Despite being a drip coffee, you can fully enjoy the charm of Geisha in every step, and yet the price is less than 1,000 yen, so the cost performance is amazing. However, Geisha is not a coffee that is typically talked about in terms of cost performance. I am grateful to Saza Coffee.

Among them, Saza Coffee from Panama is known for its dedication to Panama's Geisha, and they have been winning the highest-ranking Geisha every year. Intrigued by this dedication, I ordered a Geisha tasting set. I also ordered the popular menu item, coffee jelly, which is said to be the best coffee jelly in the world. The refined store in Marunouchi, the brisk and efficient staff, and the overall great dedication to coffee make it a fantastic coffee specialty store. After the tasting, I chose 6 types of Geisha drip coffee to enjoy at home. During the selection of drip coffee, I was allowed to taste Mocha, and I could clearly smell the Mocha aroma, experiencing the high level of coffee other than Geisha. I definitely want to visit this coffee specialty store again.

I tried the Christmas blend and the world's most delicious coffee jelly M. I initially wanted to order today's drip coffee, but was told that the Kenyan beans for the day had quite a strong acidity. So, I was recommended the Christmas blend instead. It cost 570 yen, which was 50 yen more than the daily coffee. Since I don't like acidic coffee, it was just right for me! The Christmas blend was slightly bitter and quite dark roasted, giving it a satisfying taste. The shop also had the world's most delicious coffee jelly and the world's most delicious coffee jelly, but I chose the delicious one. The delicious one seemed to use Geisha coffee and cost 1000 yen, which was a bit expensive. The coffee jelly I chose was really delicious! It had a firm coffee jelly layer topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and almond chips. When I scooped it up, a milk portion-like liquid flowed out from under the cream! It seemed like it was intentionally hidden. The balance of bitterness and sweetness in the jelly was just right. Both the coffee and the coffee jelly were quite generous in portion size, so the price and taste were both great! However, if you want to try Geisha coffee or something similar, it might be a bit expensive at over 1000 yen. I would like to try it someday. *I lined up around 2:30 pm on Saturday. There were about 3 groups in front of me. It seems like there will be a line at any time on weekends.

Kitte's 1st floor is a long and narrow shop. The main store is located in Katsuta, and recently they have opened a shop inside JR stations as well. Each store has a different atmosphere, which makes it an interesting place. For coffee jelly, bitterness and firmness are essential. In that sense, Saza Coffee's coffee jelly is perfect. The combination with the cream on top is also wonderful. It's a step up from the sweet coffee jellies you find in stores, a slightly higher quality coffee jelly. Surely even Saiki Kusuo would recommend it.

There is a SaZa Coffee in KITTE. Several years ago, I had Geisha coffee at the main store in Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and it was delicious. The store inside KITTE is not as elegant as the main store, but I enjoyed a delicious coffee. Thank you very much. Itadakimasu.

Located on the first floor of KITTE near Tokyo Station, this shop has a high-ceilinged space with counter seats lined up. The "world's most delicious coffee jelly" is served in a flute glass, giving it a special feel, but at ¥1,000, I opted for the "world's most delicious coffee jelly" at ¥520 (medium size). This one is served in a plastic cup. I'm curious if there is a difference in taste between the "world's most delicious" and the "world's most delicious." I ordered the decaf latte in a red cup, which was rich and mellow with a strong coffee flavor. The latte cost 700 yen. Saza Coffee was established in 1969, and the name "Saza" comes from the tea ceremony of the Urasenke school, meaning "sitting and enjoying tea." I remember being excited by the lovely atmosphere of the beautiful house restaurant. The other day, without knowing anything, I happened to come across it while passing through KITTE on my way to Tokyo Station. I was delighted to find that this coffee shop originally from Ibaraki Prefecture was also here. So, I decided to try their "Shogun Coffee," which had a dignified feel to it. It had an elegant and transparent taste, with a good balance of richness and drinkability. I don't know much about coffee, but I choose coffee shops based on my own preferences and whether I find the coffee delicious or not. The interior here is a dim, adult-like space with only a counter. It's a perfect setting for quietly enjoying a delicious coffee alone. Highly recommended.
