We visited the restaurant "Nihonshu and Yakiniku Yoshioka Taichi" with three business partners, located a 5-minute walk from Tachikawa Station (North Exit) towards the direction of Kokuritsu (east side). We had made a reservation for seats in advance. The interior of the restaurant is quite spacious and clean, with dim lighting creating a nice atmosphere. When we looked at the menu, we noticed that the recommended dishes were reasonably priced, which was appealing. We ordered some draft beer, recommended dishes, and yakiniku. The yakiniku included not only the basic cuts of meat but also some rare cuts and cooking methods, making the experience enjoyable. In particular, they had Kanjangseu, which is rare to find at yakiniku restaurants. The quality of the meat was excellent and delicious. All the dishes looked visually appealing and the restaurant seemed suitable for a date night. The female staff who served us had a great smile and provided excellent customer service, adding to the overall positive experience. Although the restaurant specializes in Japanese sake, we opted for beer, highballs, and oolong highballs for our business meeting. The bill came out to around 9,000 yen per person, considering we had eaten and drank generously, making it a cost-effective choice. We look forward to trying their Japanese sake on our next visit. Thank you for the delicious meal. We will definitely come back again.

First of all, the food was served slowly, and the female staff had a quiet voice making it hard to understand. The male staff, who seemed to be the owner, had a casual approach that made me wonder if we were friends. The service was disappointing considering the prices. It was a restaurant I had been looking forward to visiting, so it was a letdown.

Reasonably priced yakiniku lunch for around 1000 yen! Be aware that it can get crowded during lunchtime ⚠️ This time, I ordered the Yukhoe set meal. By putting the Yukhoe on top of rice, you can create a delicious self-made Yukhoe bowl. The set meal comes with a generous serving of soup, kimchi, nori, and namul assortment, providing a satisfying amount of food!! Plus, you can have unlimited refills of rice and soup ☺️ The only downside is that the service can be slow. Definitely give it a try! 🚶‍♀️

I met up with my husband during the January holidays when he had to work. We decided to have lunch in Tachikawa, so we visited "Nihonshu to Yakiniku Yoshioka Taichi" located in Akebono-cho, about a 4-minute walk from Tachikawa Station North Exit. The stylish exterior of the restaurant in a back alley resembled Goryaku and Shigoshiku, which are also part of the Mothers group. We sat at the open counter seats as there were two of us, and we looked at the lunch menu. We wanted to have some alcohol, so we planned to order a set meal and add some side dishes. We started with a toast with a draft beer for my husband and a hebesu sour for me. We ordered the cheapest set meal, the Makanaigi Yakiniku Set for 1,100 yen, which included two types of flavored hormone and two types of meat. The meat was delicious, but if I were to go again, I would order the Yakiniku Set for 1,480 yen. The rice was tasty, and I loved the miso soup with plenty of ingredients. The set also came with namul and white kimchi with shredded kelp in cabbage, which were delicious. We also ordered the Miyazaki Wagyu Special Sashimi for 1,280 yen and the Low Temperature Cooking Liver Sashimi for 980 yen. The sashimi was soft and delicious, but I expected it to be more melt-in-your-mouth. We also had the Half-boiled Egg Salad for 560 yen, which was a salad with only lettuce and a half-boiled egg as the main ingredient. We enjoyed some sake, including the delicious Waga Uji 14C served in a tokkuri for 935 yen. The sake had a fruity and fragrant taste that was easy to drink. My husband also had a highball for 550 yen, which he enjoyed. We found out that both Yoshioka-san and Taichi-san were at the restaurant that day. After finishing our quick lunch, we wondered where to go for our next activity.

While walking around Tachikawa, I happened to come across a restaurant that had caught my eye. Finally, I was able to visit for a small year-end party. It was a weekday at 7:00 PM, and the restaurant was not crowded, with only a few groups of customers. The interior of the restaurant was moody with a good view of the whole floor. The tables were spaced out, allowing us to enjoy our meal without worrying about the surroundings. It was quite dark, which would be perfect for a date night as the dishes still looked appetizing. We ordered the following dishes: - Yoshioke's Yuke (beef tartare) - 1,100 yen - Seared fatty tuna sushi - 340 yen - Toro-taku roll - 880 yen - Negitan (beef tongue) - 880 yen - Misuji (shoulder meat) - 920 yen - Katasankaku (outside skirt) - 920 yen - Ichibo (top blade) - 980 yen - Kalbi (marinated short ribs) - 1,280 yen - Harami (skirt steak) - 980 yen - Tsumami chijimi (Korean pancake) - 680 yen - Yukejang soup - 980 yen Every type of meat we tried was delicious, with a good amount of fat that paired well with sake or white rice. The seared one side of the meat, especially the "Kata-men-yaki," had a perfect balance of lean meat and fat, leaving a delicious aftertaste. The Toro-taku roll became our favorite, offering a delightful combination of flavors when eaten. The Yuke was fresh and paired well with a sweet sauce and egg yolk. Rolling it with cream cheese and seaweed was a luxurious treat. The Negitan, Misuji, Katasankaku, and Ichibo were all seared on one side and tasted great with the sweet barbecue sauce. The Negitan, topped with green onions, was a perfect mix of tender meat and rich fat. The Misuji and Katasankaku had a good amount of fat, making them perfect with sake or white rice. The Ichibo, with a balance of fat and lean meat, had a refreshing aftertaste. The Kalbi and Harami were thick cuts that were surprisingly easy to eat. The Kalbi, being fatty, paired well with white rice. The Tsumami chijimi had a crispy texture with small fish inside and a spicy gochujang sauce that made it irresistible. The Yukejang soup had a spicy kick with a rich flavor from the various ingredients. Overall, we had a satisfying experience enjoying delicious meat at this long-awaited restaurant, whether paired with sake or white rice.

I finally had the chance to visit this place that I had been curious about every time I passed by. It's a sister store of Yonroku. I visited on a Saturday afternoon with one other group already there. The interior design is somewhat similar to Yonroku. I started with a bottled beer. The Negi Tan Harami Yuran was enough to satisfy me. The Negi Tan was sliced vertically into long pieces. The first piece was grilled by the staff. They grilled one side and then rolled it up with green onions on top. It was cooked rare, which may be good for rare meat lovers, but I prefer a little more cooking on the other side. The Harami was cut thickly into 4 pieces. It had quite a bit of fat, which made it a bit difficult to eat. My companion wanted to try a crunchy hormone, and the staff recommended something called Coricori, which had a strange shape. I don't eat hormones, so I didn't try it. Lastly, I had some fish roe with a black oolong highball. Even though it's a sake and yakiniku restaurant, I may have already graduated from eating meat. Disappointed...

The taste of the meat was delicious. It wasn't crowded, but it took over 20 minutes for the meat to come out after ordering. Also, when they cleared the plates after we finished eating, they did it without saying anything and without asking, which didn't feel very good.

I always use this place. Today, I ordered the yakiniku set meal. The meat here is top-notch in freshness. They also slice the meat carefully before serving. The lean meat, which is the key to the meat's original flavor, is delicious. The set meal comes with namul and miso soup, and the miso soup is made so carefully that you wouldn't think it's a yakiniku restaurant. There is a highly rated restaurant called O***en nearby, but as someone who has been to both, I can't decide which is better.

I visited this restaurant that I had been curious about as I passed by before. It was before noon, so there were a few customers here and there. The main seating inside was at tables. I tried the yakiniku set meal, which seemed to focus on red meat. It was a sufficient amount of meat and side dishes for lunch. The meat was tender and juicy, and the namul (Korean seasoned vegetables) had a nice flavor. The miso soup was also delicious with plenty of ingredients, which left me satisfied.

Yakiniku set meal for 1480 yen. It included kalbi, harami, and loin. Rice and miso soup were free refills, so I ate a lot. The interior of the restaurant had a calming atmosphere with black as the main color. The thinly sliced loin was delicious with a good amount of salt and pepper. However, I would have been completely satisfied if there was just one more piece of each type of meat.

I was taken to "Nihonshu to Yakiniku Yoshioka Taichi" by a friend who recently moved to Tachikawa and highly recommended it. My friend is an opera singer, but also a semi-professional cook with a passion for delicious food. The restaurant is known for its high-quality meat, thinly sliced using a ham slicer to be enjoyed with sake. Happy hour until 4:00 PM on weekdays offers drinks for only 390 yen, a great deal! We indulged in the delicious food and drinks with a group of foodie friends. We started with a Hibiscus Sour, but the pickled vegetables served as an appetizer made me think sake might have been a better choice. We tried a few dishes recommended by my friend, starting with the "Yoshioka's Special Yukke" made with local Ito poultry farm eggs. The combination of meat, eggs, and cheese was mouth-watering. We also enjoyed dishes like White Cabbage Kimchi, White Beef Tripe Sashimi, Toro Taku, Premium Beef Tongue, and Miyazaki Wagyu Beef. The experience was truly delightful, and we ended the meal with a refreshing Salted Caramel Ice Cream. The thin slices of meat perfectly complemented the sake, making it a memorable yakiniku experience. The outdoor seating also allows you to enjoy the expertly grilled meat prepared by the staff inside. It's convenient for those who prioritize drinking during their visit.

A regular drinking party with my former classmates from school. Today we came to a hidden gem of a yakiniku restaurant in Tachikawa. The restaurant is named after two people, Yoshio and Taichi, not after individual names. The meat is delicious overall, and they have a good selection of sake. However, we got carried away and ended up going over our budget by ordering too much. We'll be more careful with our spending next time.

Yesterday's lunch was at a yakiniku restaurant after a long time. The restaurant was spacious with counter and table seats. I ordered the "Yoshioka's Special Yakiniku Set" with a special feeling attached to the restaurant. As soon as I placed my order, they lit the table grill, which was perfect for a cold day. In about 5 minutes, the set arrived, which included 4 types of meat, rice, miso soup, namul, and kimchi. The best part was that rice and miso soup were refillable. The meat slices were thin, harami was thick and delicious, and the hormone was soft and chewy. I even had a second helping of miso soup. The Yoshioka's Special Yakiniku Set cost 1100 yen. Thank you for the meal. They accept PayPay. #TachikawaLunch #Yakiniku #FreeRefillsAreGreat

Sake and Yakiniku Yoshioka Taichi (JR Tachikawa Station, 4-5 minutes on foot) I wonder if lunch can lead to dinner 2021/12 (Sat) Fine weather Lunch with my husband after music practice 12:30 (store opens at 11:30) No waiting line upon entry 1 group upon entry, about 3 groups after entry <Order Items> (including tax) "Yakiniku Set Meal" 1,480 yen "Beef Tongue Set Meal" 1,600 yen "Draft Beer" happy hour 390 yen <My Impression> Taste: ★★★☆☆ Atmosphere: ★★★★☆ Service: ★★★☆☆ Cleanliness: ★★★★☆ <Customer Profile on the Day> Male-female duo, male group, female duo <Comments> Lunch after music practice. It's necessary to explore new places rather than going to the same place every time! So, this time we visited "Yoshioka Taichi". It can be seen by turning one more corner from the alley where our favorite "Wakayama" is located. There are also three tables outside. When you pass through the straw curtain, there is a round counter in the center and table seats along the wall. A popular restaurant where we were able to enter with the condition of being within 2 hours. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. Although it's yakiniku for lunch, this time we chose from the lunch menu. The staff wore plastic mouth shields instead of masks. The first staff member removed it later. A glass of cold water was served along with a towel, and it was thin and nice. Soon after, draft beer was served. The size is perfect for lunch. I wonder if "Happy Hour" is only during lunchtime? I don't know until what time it is, but it's nice to have a reasonable price setting for a little drink during the day (*´∇`*) It feels very cost-effective! I chose the "Beef Tongue Set Meal", and my husband chose the "Yakiniku Set Meal". Although there are no photos on the menu, the "Beef Tongue Set Meal 1600 yen" during lunchtime. The "Black Wagyu Yakiniku Set Meal around 1600 yen" that I had a while ago at "456" consisted of kalbi and harami. The beef tongue this time is extremely thin. I found out later by looking at the restaurant's website that extremely thin beef tongue is also available as a single item menu. It doesn't feel like it's exclusively for lunch. Setting this as the second most expensive menu item during lunchtime is honestly quite bold. Since it's so thin, it cooks quickly. It was so thin that almost all of it tore off when I tried to pick it up from the plate > < The generous portion of negi shio dare served with it allows you to enjoy the taste of the negi more than the beef tongue. I wish they had written "Extremely Thin Beef Tongue Set Meal" on the menu. If they did, I definitely wouldn't have chosen it (laughs) It's not that it's bad because it's thin. It's just that it's so thin and small that you can't really savor the taste (´;ω;`)ウゥゥ The namul side dish was refreshing and delicious. I mixed it with rice at the end (*´∇`*) And the kimchi. It had finely chopped kombu in it, adding a nice umami flavor. The kimchi was the most delicious part of the "Beef Tongue Set Meal". The miso soup had plenty of vegetables in it. The large pieces of daikon and other vegetables added to the deliciousness both in terms of taste and texture. As for my husband's "Yakiniku Set Meal," it included the same extremely thin beef tongue, harami, and loin. He also received a piece of loin, which was tender. In his case as well, if it's extremely thin beef tongue, he would have preferred to have one less and receive an extra piece of harami instead (laughs) When I asked about the taste, he said, "Everything except the beef tongue was normal." By the time we finished eating, there were also group customers who had made reservations. I think the individual meat dishes are delicious (*´∇`*) Although this is just my impression based on having lunch, unfortunately, it seems that it doesn't lead to dinner in the evening (´д`ι) I later realized that both the earlier visited "456" and this "Yoshioka Taichi" are part of the "MOTHERS" group of restaurants. So that's why the atmosphere is nice (*´∇`*) However, it seems that the Tachikawa MOTHERS group is not a good fit for our family...

Passing by a stylish open terrace restaurant around 2 p.m. on a holiday, I couldn't help but peek inside. Oh, this is "Yoshioka Taichi," I thought to myself as the staff invited me to a seat. Even though I had already eaten lunch, I decided to try their 3000 yen lunch course. - Kimchi and Namul assortment - Caesar egg salad - Miyazaki Prefecture "Tomen Gyuu" premium raw beef sashimi - Tongue and seared fatty tuna meat sushi - Iberico pork, beef cheek meat, beef tongue grilled on one side - Karatsu mentaiko, Changja, cream cheese - Thick-cut Galbi of Tomen Gyuu - Nagoya miso pork skewers - Shinoshima Shirasu rice bowl By the way, the peculiar name "Yoshioka Taichi" is a combination of the surnames and names of the chef Yoshioka and the front staff Taichi. They introduced themselves and seem to be good friends! As for the food, with this variety for 3000 yen, how could one not be satisfied? Each dish was of high quality and I especially recommend trying the Miyazaki Prefecture brand beef "Tomen Gyuu" sashimi for its perfect balance of marbling and lean meat. The thick-cut Galbi was also delicious. I feel like I understand "Yoshioka Taichi" a bit more after this course, so I'll try ordering a la carte next time. The spacious and open atmosphere inside the restaurant, along with the refreshing service, made it a comfortable place to dine. I hope they can hang in there until we can gather in larger groups again. Thank you for the meal.

Recommended by a friend, it was my first visit to this sophisticated restaurant. Even though it was lunchtime, I decided to order from the dinner menu. I ordered the assorted platter which included grilled meat, seared meat, appetizers, and sushi. Each dish was meticulously prepared, and the accompaniments like the spicy radish with the grilled meat were also delicious. The beef tendon appetizer was excellent as well. Of course, the sushi was top-notch too. The quality of each dish made me nod in approval. The recommended sake was also very good. Looking at the lunch menu items ordered by other customers, they seemed to offer good value as well. In terms of portion size, it was just right, leaving me feeling satisfied. As I was contemplating what to add to my meal, I noticed the words "limited quantity" on the lunch menu. A hamburger sounds good, I haven't had one in a while. So, I decided to order the set meal as a finishing touch. It was delicious, and even my companion kept saying "this is so good" multiple times. I've found a great restaurant after a long time.

I was drawn to the restaurant by the sake selection in the name, and I was excited to see a variety of options, including some I had never tried before. (I tried the Kanbokume sake! It was a bit spicy, refreshing, and delicious!) I started with the beef yukhoe, which was incredibly tasty with the smooth egg on top. I also ordered a combination of grilled meat and sashimi, and the texture of the grilled meat was so memorable that I ended up getting more! The oxtail soup I had as a finale was hearty and delicious. The staff was cheerful and made the experience even more enjoyable. They were attentive and noticed when my water was running low, which I appreciated. While I focused on meat this time, the other appetizers looked tempting, so I definitely want to go back!

I used it for lunch after the movie. I ordered namul, low-temperature cooked liver, yakiniku lunch, and two Heartlands. The low-temperature cooked liver was moist, had no odor, and was particularly delicious. The meat in the yakiniku lunch was decent. However, I was satisfied with the shirasu side dish, the vegetable-rich country-style miso soup, and everything else.

The restaurant I visited had just opened in September. I had a hard time choosing between two yakiniku restaurants, but I decided on this one because it is a new establishment and its sister restaurant is known for its delicious food. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was only one other group of customers. The seating area was not very large, but the tables were spaced out nicely, so we could sit comfortably. The staff recommended the meat sashimi, sushi, and yukhoe, and we ordered the tongue and heart meat sashimi and yukhoe. The tongue and heart were cooked at a low temperature, making them tender and free of any strong flavors. The tongue had a taste similar to roast beef, which was delicious. The yukhoe was soft and flavorful, with a refreshing taste that made it easy to eat a whole plate by myself. After enjoying the appetizers, we ordered some grilled meat - loin, ribs, skirt steak, and miso-marinated pork intestines. The grilled meat was not mind-blowing, but it was definitely delicious. My favorites were the skirt steak and miso-marinated pork intestines. I had a great time enjoying the food today. Thank you for the delicious meal. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

I was thinking of going to the restaurant next to it after reading the comments from Mr./Ms. 202010. It's a bit difficult for me because it's on the opposite side of the house. The restaurant has an open kitchen, which is really nice. The counter around the open kitchen seems very convenient for solo diners, and the four-person tables around it also look easy to use. Outside, there are four large tables for four people each. As the name of the restaurant suggests, I guess sake is their specialty? Sorry, I don't drink, so I'm not sure about that... The menu is mainly divided into "sashimi and sushi" and "yakiniku". The sashimi is made from meat. There are also other side dishes available. There was only a mixed kimchi dish available, but the squid-like kimchi in it was delicious! The yakiniku is divided into regular yakiniku and seared yakiniku. The seared yakiniku is thinly sliced meat quickly seared and then eaten. The restaurant is still new and the operation is not running smoothly yet, but I hope they will improve. I would like to come back again.
