*Last time we had a course meal, this time we ordered a la carte. We had beef tongue (upper salted), misuji, zabuton, lamp, cream, upper kalbi, Thai prime rib, sagari, Thai prime salad, meat potato salad, seared sushi, and more. My favorites were the seared sushi, misuji, zabuton, cream, and Thai prime salad. All the meats were beautiful, tender, and melted in the mouth. They offer a variety of options including half portions. Unfortunately, liver and thick-cut tongue were sold out. There were two types of sauces, both delicious. The Thai prime salad was quite voluminous, I thought it might be too much for four people, but we finished it easily. The meat potato salad was good, but nothing extraordinary about the potato salad itself. Overall, the quality was very high and we were very satisfied with the meats. I would love to go back again.
*Atmosphere: The restaurant is not very spacious, but there is a second floor with comfortable seating. Even without a private room, the curtains provide a sense of privacy. The service is polite and the ambiance is pleasant.
