This place is a hamburger and steak restaurant, even though it's part of a yakiniku chain. It's located by the canal. The restaurant has only table seats, which are spacious with a high capacity. The atmosphere is stylish. I ordered the sirloin steak from today's menu. It came out surprisingly quickly. The 200g portion was quite filling. It came with rice, miso soup, and salad. The salad was refreshing and tasty. The meat was tender with good quality fat, and it had a sweet taste. You can enjoy changing the flavor with salt, sauce, soy sauce, and wasabi. Being able to enjoy delicious black wagyu beef at a reasonable price is unique to their own production.

The restaurant is located in the basement of Canal City, and it is spacious and calm. There are many foreign customers around. I ordered the yakiniku and hamburger combo, while my son wanted steak, so he chose the Hiyuchi steak from today's specials. It was quite juicy and delicious! If this is the price, then it's a good value for money.

It was Sunday lunch and we entered at the perfect time. We ordered the red meat steak bowl, limited to 20 servings a day, and the hamburger lunch. The meat was thick and cooked just right, with a refreshing ponzu sauce. The sweet and savory sauce also seemed like a great match.

Depending on the day, the recommended meat varies, so today I had pork shoulder with three types of sauce: yakiniku sauce, salt, and wasabi soy sauce. I usually go for yakiniku sauce, but today the pork shoulder tasted better with salt and wasabi soy sauce. The miso soup and salad dressing were also to my liking, so when I want to have a luxurious lunch, I end up coming here.

I visited during lunchtime on a regular day! There were a few empty seats in the restaurant. I ordered a set of 200-gram hamburger and 100-gram diced steak with cheese topping! The hamburger sauce comes in three varieties: demi-glace, salt, and soy sauce-based original sauce! The black wagyu hamburger is slightly pink inside and when eaten with salt, it is fluffy, tender, juicy, and delicious!! The diced steak is also meaty and has a strong umami flavor, very tasty! I tried all three varieties, but I think the salt one is the best! It's refreshing and allows you to fully enjoy the natural flavor of the meat! The sweet miso soup is a little bit of a concern, but other than that, everything is good! Thank you for the meal!

Located on the 1st floor of Canal City Hakata North Building in Sumiyoshi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. This restaurant offers Kagoshima black wagyu steak and hamburgers. It's a great place to enjoy meat for lunch. The service and the taste of the meat are consistently good. I had the hamburger, and the steak cut was tongue.

First day of my business trip in Fukuoka. I got tired of motsunabe, yakitori, mentaiko, and Hakata ramen, so today I went to a steak and hamburger restaurant in Canal City. I couldn't decide between the 200g hamburger for 1300 yen or the 100g cut steak combo for 2200 yen, but I ended up choosing the cut steak combo. It looked delicious and came with salt, soy sauce, and steak sauce. The steak was so tender and flavorful, it was really delicious. The hamburger was not rare but rather soft, and when I cut into it, the juices flowed out, and it went well with the soy sauce and salt more than the steak sauce. Personally, I prefer the Hungry Tiger style in Kanto, but this was also good. If I have the chance to come back on another business trip, I would like to try this set again.

In the city of Izumi in Kagoshima, "Yasumoto" offers meat directly from livestock farmers, raised with care and without compromise. They provide hamburgers and steaks for lunch, with a variety of cuts available such as fillet, Chateaubriand, sirloin, rump, and more. I tried the Zabuton steak, which was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of marbling. The quality of the meat was evident. Only selected cows, about 1 out of 10, are chosen by the farmers for the restaurant, making it even more special. The rice and salad were delicious, but I particularly enjoyed the mashed potatoes as a side dish. I would love to try other cuts of meat as well, as everything was so tasty.

I visited a yakiniku restaurant called "Beef Tai Gen" in Fukuoka city today. The restaurant is run by a livestock farm and has two locations in the city. I had previously visited a related restaurant called "Tai Gen Shokudo" about 10 years ago, but it had unfortunately closed down. The interior of Beef Tai Gen had a variety of seating options, including box seats and bench seats, catering to families and groups. I was intrigued by the "Adult's Lean Beef Bowl," but ultimately decided to try the "Hamburger & Yakiniku Combo," which came with a plump 40mm hamburger, juicy and flavorful, and tender yakiniku with a hint of sweetness from the marbled fat. While the sausage served was shorter than the one in the menu photo, it was still delicious and satisfying.

I had some free time so I went shopping at Canal City. I decided to have lunch and then head back, so I ordered a steak bowl at Beef Tai Gen. I chose the limited 20 servings of the adult lean meat bowl for 1870 yen and the Creamy Steak for 2090 yen. The Creamy Steak, 150g, was surprisingly voluminous, but the slices were too big and difficult to eat. The lean meat bowl had good meat, but it was served with ponzu sauce, which was a bit tough for a bowl. It's a shame because the meat was delicious.

Today's visit was to Beef Taimoto. Beef Taimoto is a hamburger and steak specialty restaurant located in Canal City in Hakata, Fukuoka. Beef Taimoto operates yakiniku restaurants in Fukuoka city, with sister stores in Akasaka, Imaizumi, and Gofukumachi, totaling 6 stores. They provide black Wagyu beef directly from their own livestock farms, offering truly delicious meat quality without relying on rankings. As a fan of hamburgers, I ordered the hamburger made with 100% Taimoto beef this time. The hamburger, served with original sauce, salt, and demiglace sauce, came out in a beautiful shape, and when I tried it, the inside was very hot. The texture was fluffy and very delicious. There are three types of sauces, but the original sauce, while soy sauce-based, does not overpower the taste, allowing you to enjoy the main deliciousness of the meat. The hashed potatoes were delicious with a firm filling, and the rice was tasty. There was a slight disappointment in terms of hygiene, which is a deduction, but they handled it sincerely, so that was good as well. Thank you for the meal.

I came to Canal for shopping and had a late lunch. The interior of the restaurant was playing nostalgic music, which made me want to sing along (lol). I was really hungry so I was eyeing the hamburger & steak, but they were sold out. I hesitated between the steak and hamburger, but ended up ordering the hamburger and a beer. When I first saw the hamburger, I thought it looked tough because no juice came out when I stuck my chopsticks in it, but when I took a bite, it wasn't dry at all. It was different from what I expected. It wasn't too meaty, which matched my mood today. It was delicious and filling. I want to try the steak next time. Thank you for the meal! (^^)

We went for lunch before, but it was our first time for dinner! Three of us had a meal together. Before that, we had some sweets at Hoshinoya Coffee, then we shared different dishes at Beef Tai Gen. The Marushin had juicy red meat that was full of flavor. The Kurimi was a bit overcooked or maybe it was because it was on the edge, so it was just okay. The Akami Misuji had a good amount of marbling, making it tender and delicious. Next time, I might go for the Misuji again!

I came because I wanted to eat meat. The brochure shows a picture of a hamburger, but this restaurant is actually more recommended for steak than hamburgers. You can enjoy steaks from various cuts. It's a shame I couldn't show it in a video, but the water show at Canal City Hakata was really beautiful ♡

This time, we went to the restaurant zone in Canal City Hakata in search of lunch. It is located on the basement floor of North Ville. They offer hamburgers, pasta, tonkatsu, udon, bistros, seafood, cafes, a specialty beef tongue shop, and omurice, among others. We were undecided, but we decided to go to Beef Tai Gen for hamburgers and steaks. It is a hamburger and steak specialty shop. The interior has a calm atmosphere with partitioned sofas and what looks like a kitchen in the back. Since it had just opened, we were the first guests. Hamburgers or steaks... There were many nice cuts of meat recommended to us. This time, we ordered the hamburger (200 grams) with rice, salad, and miso soup for 1296 yen. We ordered a large portion of rice for an additional 54 yen. It was served without much of a wait. However, I imagined that since it was teppanyaki, it would sizzle, but it did not. We enjoyed it with salt, demi-glace sauce, and three kinds of sauces. Maybe next time, I'll try the steak. Thank you for the meal.

We visited the restaurant with our family of 5 during the New Year holidays. There was a line outside the store, so we waited for over 30 minutes. Once inside, I ordered the "Steak of the Day" and the "Wagyu Burger". The meat was delicious! I wish the portion size was a bit bigger though. I shared the Wagyu Burger with my children, and it was really tasty. Thank you for the meal.

Both the hamburger and steak at Taigen are excellent! The taste of the meat is top-notch. There are three different dipping sauces available, and even eating the hamburger with just salt was delicious. I told the staff that I prefer steak with lean meat, but unfortunately, I was served a cut with a lot of fat. If they emphasize different meat cuts on the menu, the staff should be more knowledgeable. The prices are a bit high. While I understand that the location in Canal City may play a role in this, a price adjustment may be necessary.
