At the second restaurant, they serve seafood, asparagus, and squid salad (with whitebait as the appetizer) along with sour cocktails. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant is easy to use, but the chairs are not very comfortable for long stays. However, I think it's a perfect place for a quick stop during a bar hopping session!

I visited the restaurant called "Kigakutei" in Toranomon Yokocho! I wasn't satisfied with just one place, so I decided to visit another one. I arrived on a Friday around 7:30 PM and there were still seats available. The energetic female owner welcomed us warmly. We ordered the following dishes: Special seafood bento, Shirasu and grated daikon (appetizer), Chicken Karaage, Water eggplant with plum dressing, and a trio of delicacies (Tai miso, egg yolk soy sauce pickles, and sujiko). The bento had octopus and tuna with seaweed, which was delicious with rice. The Karaage was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The chicken was tender and well-marinated. The water eggplant was refreshing with plenty of moisture and plum dressing. Overall, the food was simple and a bit on the pricier side, but enjoyable.

It was a counter seat ♩ The restaurant was in a U shape and quite busy with customers, creating a lively atmosphere ♩ I ordered fried chicken and oden ♩ The oden included daikon radish, fish cake, egg, fish cake roll, and konjac. It was just the right warmth and the flavors were well infused, making it a delicious oden ♩ I would like to go back in the winter ^_^ I felt like I would like to try more various menu items next time ♩

I went to the second bar at Tsukishima Yokocho for some drinks. I had sesame amberjack sashimi and grated yam tempura. It's easy to enter here because it's located here, but the carefully crafted authentic flavors make you feel like you wouldn't find them in a regular street shop. I ordered a few other dishes as well, but I don't remember... but I do remember saying "delicious, delicious" while eating. I would like to stop by again casually.

In the past, Kigakutei was associated with sake, but now due to inflation, it has become too expensive to afford. However, I was excited to hear that Kigakutei has opened in the gourmet hotspot Toranomon Hills. Personally, I was a bit disappointed as my expectations were not met. While you can enjoy a variety of dishes, the portions are small and the flavors are just average. The highlight may be the wide selection of sake. This place might be best enjoyed in a small group for a cozy experience.

At the third stop in Toranomon Yokocho, in order to warm up on this cold day, I decided to have oden for my final meal. I also ordered tuna with vinegar miso and fried ginkgo nuts. The oden was quite delicious, but the bill turned out to be higher than expected. I felt that if it was meant to be the final meal, I would have preferred to keep the cost a bit lower.

Located in a corner of Toranomon Yokocho! It was the pre-party so I didn't eat much. I had daikon radish and hanpen in oden, and sesame kamaboko, I think? Citrus flavors were scattered throughout!!! It was okay! They had a lot of sake, so that was great!!

Kigakutei, which was once the top in the izakaya genre on Tabelog, has now changed its name to Ginza Komon and transformed from an izakaya to a kaiseki restaurant. A casual version of its menu can be found at Kigakutei+ in Toranomon Hills. We enjoyed oden, three types of rare delicacies (ikura, soy sauce-marinated egg, squid salted roe), and bakudan (tuna, amberjack, egg yolk, natto) mixed together. These were perfect snacks to go with sake. We also had a tasting of three New Sake Colors (Earth, Viridian, Ecru) with Hiroumi and Tedorigawa. It was just right for a post-work evening drink.

When I visited on a regular night, the restaurant was almost full. There was no wait time, but it was bustling. The oden was almost sold out, so we ordered everything that was left. Starting with the appetizers, including grilled fish and sashimi, the healthy Japanese dishes are recommended for women as well. I may not revisit, but for those in the mood for grilled fish, it's a casual spot to enjoy.

This is a counter where you can easily drink at a shop called Meiten, a famous store (now known as Ginza Komon) in Toranomon Yokocho. There are also table seats available. It's a place to drink with sake lovers and enjoy delicious snacks and oden. I had a strong impression of the delicious snacks when I visited for the first time, so I decided to revisit. It's nice to see popular sake available here. I usually drink wine at home as I am a wine lover. I do enjoy sake occasionally, but I prefer to drink it heartily at a place like this. That's why I come to places like this to try out popular and famous sake brands and expand my knowledge of sake. This time, I was delighted to see a tasting set of Niinoshogun, which I had been wanting to try. The sake was extremely delicious. It was a new experience for me as I had never tried these sake brands before. The snacks are also delicious. I want to enjoy sake and delicious snacks properly, so I like to start my evening here. Regardless, if you drink too much, you end up feeling a bit tipsy. I have also included photos from my first visit. The first time, there was wine on the menu, so I ordered Kenzo Estate. I thought they only had good wine available since only Kenzo Estate was listed, but looking at other reviews, they may have more options if you ask. However, I realized that at Meiten, sake is better than wine. The staff at the counter seemed very busy, probably due to being short-staffed. They were mostly expressionless, which made it a bit difficult to order when it got crowded. I would like to visit again. Toranomon Yokocho gets crowded with people returning from work around 8 pm. If you go early, you can easily get into your favorite shop.

The izakaya located at the entrance of Toranomon Yokocho, which is always bustling, offers summer menu items such as ginkgo nuts, green peppers, and eggplants. The green peppers are filled with a delicious broth that oozes out from the inside, making you want to order more. The ginkgo nuts and eggplant with plum sauce are also delicious and go well with alcohol. Thank you for the meal.

Potato salad ¥500, deep-fried taro ¥600, beer ¥500. This place is a branch of the Ginza ryotei "Kigakutei." They offer a wide variety of delicious drinks and dishes that pair well with alcohol. The food was delicious. Thank you for the meal. It was really good. 5.6

I went to Toranomon Yokocho and tried a place at the entrance of the alley. It gave me the impression of a normal, unremarkable shop. The menu was limited, with few meat options. The oden and sashimi were delicious. It's not a place to linger, but good for a quick drink.

Oh, after a long day of work during the pandemic, I decided to have a drink without holding back. I came to the Yokocho (third floor) at Toranomon Hills. There is a gathering seat at Toranomon Yokocho where you can order takeout from various shops through an app and enjoy it at the gathering seat. I didn't use this service, but it seems interesting to be able to try out menus from different shops and enjoy them at the gathering seat! First stop, I visited this place. I was intrigued by the black dragon droplets, but for now, I ordered a tasting set of Aomori sake that caught my eye the most. I was already feeling happy just by encountering a lineup of sake that is said to be hard to find. The appetizers were hanpen, konjac, and ganmo from oden. They served the oden with a rich broth poured over it. Sake and oden are a perfect match. I also ordered some eggplant later on, which paired quite well with the sake and was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Visited with 3 people on Sunday at 4:30 PM. It's nice to find a place where you can drink at this time. We sat at the counter and asked for the wine list. There were about 4 bottles displayed, and we chose from there. We ordered a bottle of Cote de Beaune red wine, as well as fried chicken with miso, thick fried tofu, and natto. The total came to 9230 yen. We enjoyed the meal.

In April 2022, I had dinner at Toranomon Hills. I first had ramen at Takichan Ramen on the basement floor of Toranomon Hills Business Tower, then went up to the 3rd floor to visit Toranomon Yokocho. I decided to stop by a shop that had caught my eye before, called Kigakutei+. This place is a branch of the authentic Japanese restaurant Kigakutei in Ginza, known for its delicious dishes and a wide variety of sake. I sat at the counter and enjoyed some dishes and drinks, including delicious shirasu daikon, oden radish, pork lettuce, red egg, and a platter of three delicacies. I also had some Kabosu sour and Kiku drunk. The total bill came to 3,960 yen, and although it was a bit pricey for a casual drink, I had a great time.

I wasn't very hungry, so I could only order snacks, but everything from the appetizers had an exquisite flavor. It was a taste that went well with alcohol. I couldn't try the sashimi or oden, but I would like to try them next time. Maybe because I didn't order much, the staff were a bit cold, but next time I'll go when I'm hungry.

I visited the izakaya "Kirakutei+" located in the popular "Toranomon Yokocho" directly connected to Toranomon Hills Station. This izakaya is a spin-off of the renowned restaurant "Kirakutei" which was relocated from Kugayama to Ginza, and it focuses more on casual dining with a wide variety of dishes to pair with drinks. The menu, although focused on izakaya-style dishes, still maintains the same level of quality and attention to detail as the original restaurant. The "Drunken Shrimp" for 250 yen per piece, marinated in Shaoxing wine, is a must-try with its firm texture and addictive miso flavor that pairs perfectly with alcohol. The "Egg Yolk Soy Sauce Pickle" for 500 yen is a rich and creamy delicacy that goes well as a side dish or with drinks. Other menu items such as oden, crab miso salad, and juicy fried chicken are perfect for the upcoming colder season. I couldn't stay long on this visit due to prior commitments, but I definitely plan to revisit and enjoy the food at a leisurely pace. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Visited around 17:00☺︎ It's part of the Kigakutei group located in Ginza. Apparently, high-end restaurants like those in Ginza originated from this kind of izakaya style. Truly Kigakutei♡ The quality is excellent even in this alleyway izakaya setting ( ー̀֊ー́ )✧︎ Every dish we ordered was delicious, and the drinks were great too♡*. ゚However, it really feels like a place for serious drinkers, so it might not appeal to those who don't like alcohol much٩( ¨ )ว=͟͟͞͞♥ Drunkard shrimp/250 yen♥ Yuzu-flavored tofu with condiments/600 yen♥ Assorted delicacies (salted natto, homemade salted fish roe, salted herring roe)/1,000 yen♥ Fried ginkgo nuts/600 yen♥ Otoshi (baby sardines) Considering it's in Ginza, Kigakutei is quite reasonable. Plus, since we were drinking quite a bit, this amount of food was satisfying! The yuzu-flavored tofu was sweet and addictive. The assorted delicacies were a good value for 1,000 yen, considering each item would cost over 500 yen individually (I think the portions were larger though). The drunkard shrimp and ginkgo nuts were sizable and satisfying ( _..)_♡ The interior of the restaurant, even in an alleyway, is stunning, typical of Toranomon Hills. It's so beautiful that even women can enjoy it stylishly. Good stuff.
