Located in the area of 2-17-2 Haruyoshi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, a 7-minute walk from Watanabe-dori Station and a 15-minute walk from Fukuoka Tenjin Station, this restaurant is situated near Haruyoshi Park, on the left side after passing the signal towards Sumiyoshi. The exterior resembles a house, with a small entrance similar to that of a tea room, requiring you to bend down to enter, which may feel cramped. Once inside, you will find a spacious interior with counter seats and table seats, creating a casual atmosphere. The menu features aged meat and a variety of à la carte dishes. When inquiring about the aged meat, the staff will bring out the daily aging board and provide explanations. We tried the recommended dishes, including Miyazaki crossbred, female, aged for a certain period, L bone, and ribeye. The crossbred used in the aging process includes rare breeds such as long-term fattened Japanese beef, Holstein, and Jersey, aged through "dry aging" for 30 days to over 100 days depending on the material. We started with the L bone (940g) and ribeye (960g), both with a good level of aging resulting in a rich umami flavor and a delicious taste. The aging process loosens the meat fibers, creating a very tender texture, allowing meat lovers of all ages to enjoy a unique and delicious meat experience. Pairing with white and red wines alternately enhanced the dining experience. To accompany the wine, we also ordered dishes like beef tongue confit cheese and cheese assortment, which complemented the wines perfectly. The highlight was the Chateaubriand cutlet sandwich, which was exceptional. Overall, the meal was satisfying and delicious. Thank you for the feast. Enjoy Meat Life☆

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while. When I arrived by taxi, a staff member was waiting at the entrance to guide me. They were dressed casually, but I already liked their customer service. The restaurant was full and very lively. We couldn't order the aged meat because it seemed like too much for two people, which was disappointing. However, when I mentioned that I prefer lean meat, they were able to accommodate by serving a variety of small portions. Some of the meat was tougher than I expected, but it was authentic and delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful!

After going to the gym, I wanted to eat some meat, so I went to "Akamiya COWSI", a popular steakhouse that offers aged meat. I was able to get in without a reservation even though it was late. I ordered the T-bone steak, but they were sold out, so I got the L-bone steak instead. I also ordered a platter of prosciutto and cheese, and started with a glass of draft beer. The steak was cooked perfectly, not too fatty and very delicious. It went well with wine. I want to go earlier next time! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. There are two floors inside, and we sat at a table on the first floor. It was a bit late, so many items were already sold out, which was a bit disappointing. The salad served as an appetizer was quite generous, which made me happy. The recommended L-bone steak of the day was a concern if we could finish it between two people, but it was so delicious that we finished it easily. We enjoyed it with wine! Thank you for the meal!

Today, I finally visited a shop that I had been curious about for a while! I went to "Akamiya COESI"! The cozy atmosphere and aged meat made the alcohol go down smoothly. They had various types of cheese and it was a stylish shop. I found a place that I want to visit again.

I have used this restaurant for company drinking parties, private gatherings, and entertaining guests, and the atmosphere is great with a good balance of staff friendliness. The T-bone steak is delicious, with a rich meaty flavor, tenderness, easy to chew, and not too fatty. Although the course menu is a bit expensive, it is worth the price. I will definitely use this restaurant again.

Visited with familiar people for the 5th time. Had the T-bone steak course. The portion size was huge. Finished off with garlic rice mixed with the leftover meat, and my stomach was completely full. The all-you-can-drink beer was bottled, with a label called UMAMI by Molt's, and it was delicious. If you want to eat meat, this is the place to go.

I've always wanted to visit akamiya KOWSI! It had a cozy atmosphere with an exciting feeling when opening the small entrance door! The meat I had that day was the spicy pepper and L-bone lean meat, which I love, so it was my first time trying the spicy pepper! If I had to describe the spicy pepper in one word, it would be meat!!!!!!!!!!!! It was truly the meat of meats! As a lover of lean meat, I felt like this was what I had been looking for! As for the L-bone, it had a great presentation and delicious taste, couldn't ask for more. I even wanted to bite into the bone while eating it. Compared to the spicy pepper, the L-bone had a good amount of fat, and the wasabi paired perfectly with that fat. Even as a lean meat lover, I thought it was a sinful combination. And simply put, the seasoning of this restaurant is completely to my liking, and all the other side dishes were delicious too. The pickles and fried rice are must-haves! This is definitely a place I will visit again! Thank you for the meal! ^^

I splurged on a course that included all-you-can-drink for around ¥9,000 at a restaurant where you can enjoy aged meat. The richness and tenderness of the aged meat was amazing. All the other appetizers were delicious too, making it a satisfying course. (I asked the staff and found out that Dennis Rodman, the NBA player, who was the model for Hanamichi Sakuragi in SLAM DUNK, seems to be a favorite of the owner of the restaurant!)

I came to Fukuoka on a business trip and went out to eat with my subordinates. I had been curious about a steak restaurant in Fukuoka, so I made a reservation through Tabelog and visited at 6:00 pm with 2 people. We were seated at the counter seats where we could see the grill, which was nice. We toasted with Kirin Heartland beer. For the second drink, I had oolong tea. We ordered Miyazaki T-bone steak 620g (aged for 40 days) for 11,200 yen, Kobe beef sirloin 100g for 3,240 yen x 2, mashed potatoes with green onions for 495 yen, Burrata cheese with fresh tomatoes for 1,980 yen, and a fillet cutlet sandwich for 3,850 yen. We had a few drinks and ate a lot of meat, spending a total of 26,600 yen including tax for 2 people. The restaurant's specialty is the T-bone steak. The T-bone steak is a luxurious steak with sirloin and fillet weighing 620g (including the weight of the bone) aged for 40 days and grilled over charcoal. The aged T-bone steak, grilled over charcoal, was fragrant and full of flavor. It was incredibly delicious. All the other dishes were delicious as well, but the fillet cutlet sandwich was especially amazing. The fillet meat was grilled perfectly, the bread was also grilled over charcoal, and the sauce was outstandingly delicious. I highly recommend the T-bone steak and fillet cutlet sandwich. It was so delicious that I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

Thank you for always liking my posts. This time, I visited a restaurant in Fukuoka that my boss reserved for us during a business trip. The entrance is small and has a hidden feel to it. Inside, there is a counter and table seating. It doesn't feel cramped and is quite comfortable. We ordered the Inner thigh steak for 3,240 yen and the Miyazaki crossbred T-bone steak for 12,320 yen. We also had a potato salad with tomato and mozzarella cheese as an appetizer, and a pork cutlet sandwich. The 40-day aged T-bone steak, weighing 620g with the bone included, was shared between two of us and had a satisfying amount of meat. The meat was tender and had a great amount of fat. We enjoyed changing up the flavors with the separate dishes of rock salt, wasabi, whole grain mustard, and soy sauce-marinated garlic slices. Thank you for the delicious meal! We will visit again.

It's a special day, so I splurged on a reservation. Even though I was still eating, the dishes were brought out at a fast pace. They started cutting the steak while I was still eating, and then the fried rice arrived within an hour. I was still eating the fried rice when dessert, ice cream, was served. It felt rushed. I don't think I'll come back again.

The highlight was the Hirekatsu Sandwich for 3850 yen. The red meat was very beautiful and the presentation was also beautiful, I could keep looking at it. The shop's recommended dish is the aged meat! Kumamoto prefecture, female red beef, 30-day aged Porterhouse, 790g for 16500 yen. As expected, it was delicious, and I was full of happiness! The a la carte dishes were also delicious. This is my favorite restaurant. When I want to enjoy thick, flavorful meat instead of yakiniku, I often visit here. My friends also enjoy coming here. The atmosphere is lovely. The salad served as an appetizer is delicious. The garlic shrimp was slightly lacking in saltiness. The marinated celery was tasty. The main highlight, the meat, was delicious! The condiments were also delicious! However, when the meat was brought to our table, I had ordered red wine, but it took a while to arrive. I would have been happier if it had come sooner so I could enjoy it with the meat.

A few days ago, I made a reservation and the restaurant was fully booked! It was selected as one of the top 100 restaurants in 2022, so my expectations were high! I didn't include a photo, but the waiter brought out the steak menu, and I chose the Kagoshima Prefecture L-bone steak, along with an additional order of fried rice. The 900g steak was impressive! The weight of the bone added to its powerful presence! When it was cooked, it was piping hot! The sides included raw mustard, garlic soy sauce, wasabi, and rock salt. I tried them all, but eating the steak with rock salt was incredibly delicious! It was tender, juicy, thick, and satisfying to eat! It was so delicious that I was left in awe! Even when it cooled down a bit, the meat remained tender and didn't harden, so it was still tasty to eat! I also had the fried rice as the finishing touch, and it was also delicious with just the right amount of saltiness and a nice texture! I was amazed by the quality of the meat! This is a fantastic restaurant that you must visit! Highly recommended! I was extremely satisfied! Thank you for the wonderful meal!
