Seasonal cake, chestnut tart! I saw it on Instagram and was curious, so I'm happy to have been able to eat it. The crunchy tart, moist almond cream, chestnut cream, large chestnuts (said to be from Mitaka), whipped cream... Each element has a taste and texture that I love, so eating it all at once brings mouthfuls of happiness♪ The chestnuts are big and fluffy!! The simple sweetness is fully felt, and I was amazed at how delicious chestnuts can be! I think a lot of effort went into making it. One whole chestnut is even embedded inside the cake. I also bought various brownies and other baked goods, so I'm looking forward to eating them.

It is a small and cute pastry shop. It seems that they opened in June last year, and they are having a first-anniversary gratitude festival from June 16th to 19th with giveaways of baked goods. I bought two types of baked goods: Chocolate Chip Sablé (2 pieces for ¥200) and Financier (¥200). The sablé does not contain eggs and has a crunchy texture, while the financier is fluffy. Both were delicious. I also noticed a seasonal fruit tart with plenty of fruits on top that I would like to try.

The shop is located far from the station and is not well known due to the lack of reviews, but the baked goods here are truly delicious! The scones have a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness, with just the right amount of moisture, a crispy and fluffy texture, and a buttery aroma that spreads gently in your mouth! The owner, who is a man, was very kind and accommodating. I would love to go back again.

I bought a few items that caught my eye. The scone I tried was plain and had a crunchy texture with a dense interior. It had a simple taste with a satisfying rustic flavor. The pineapple muffin had a crumbly texture and a slight heaviness to it, but it wasn't greasy and had a gentle sweetness. The various cookies were all crispy and delicious, especially the Florentine which had a unique firm texture and a sweet and bold taste. I would definitely like to go back again.
