Lately, I've been really into kimchi fried rice. The best way to make it is by using the juice that collects at the bottom of the package of kimchi pickles, which gives the fried rice a rich kimchi flavor. I always try to add as much kimchi as possible since it's not always easy to get that juice. It's delicious to eat, but the smell of kimchi that rises up while cooking is also amazing. You could say I'm a kimchi enthusiast. Kimchi goes well with eggs, so it's no surprise that kimchi fried rice and kimchi pork with egg are so tasty. Today, I couldn't help but have a second serving. I didn't know about this store until I saw a poster at the Life Nishi-Koiwa store. I decided to stop by after work on Saturday. Unfortunately, there were hardly any ready-to-eat items like side dishes or sashimi. There was only one pack of leftover swordfish saku at half price, which felt a bit disappointing. I also bought some Smile Life cotton tofu and shredded cabbage. It was a healthy and delicious meal. The swordfish saku was better tasting than it looked. Thank you for the meal.
