I went to a banquet. All the dishes that came out were delicious and I had a good time. I would like to go again if there is another opportunity. Fukuoka has a lot of delicious food, so I always look forward to coming here. Thank you very much.

I received it at the counter. Since it's non-smoking, smoking is allowed outside. - Chilled Chawanmushi with Plum Flavor: Very delicious. - Kawahagi (Thread-sail filefish) wrapped in Plum: Soft and fluffy. - Shine Muscat and Fig with White Miso Dressing: A unique taste combination. - Uni (Sea Urchin) - Sashimi Platter - Dobin Mushi (steamed soup): Finally in season. Goes well with sake. - Simmered Pacific Herring: Rich flavor without any fishy smell. - Grilled Matsutake Mushroom: Fragrant with a firm texture. - Beef Yukhoe with Sakura Smoke and Truffle: Delicious enough to finish all the soup. - Kejan (Korean spicy marinated crab) - Noodle Soup: Gyokotsuya's noodle soup. Consistently delicious. - Pudding: The dessert pudding was carefully crafted. Thank you for the feast.

It is a fantastic restaurant that offers authentic Japanese cuisine. When I visited, I was amazed by the variety of dishes and beautiful presentation. The assorted appetizer platter was a great choice with fresh sashimi, rolled sushi, and delicate tempura. In particular, the fatty tuna sashimi had a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a wonderful flavor.

I have visited Hakata for the first time, over 20 times, but I never noticed such a wonderful restaurant before. I sat at the counter in front of the head chef. I asked to add one more person on the day of the reservation, and they kindly accepted, thank you. The head chef talked to me in a friendly manner, and I had a great time. Each dish had a rich dashi flavor and some clever additions, creating a deep and delicious taste. This time, I had the middle course, but I'm interested in trying the other courses as well. I would like to visit this restaurant again, the atmosphere is just so cozy. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I enjoyed a traditional Japanese course meal at "Wappoku Ajibi" in Nakasu, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. The restaurant has received a Michelin star in the past, so I had high expectations. The food was delicious and I was able to enjoy a bottle of local sweet potato shochu from Kyushu.

During my business trip to Fukuoka, I visited a restaurant where the blowfish and crab dishes were delicious. The staff spoke broken Japanese, so it was a bit hard to understand, but it made the experience even more enjoyable. To finish off the Fukuoka experience, I had Hakata ramen. #Ajibi #FukuokaGourmet #MichelinOneStar #KappoAjibi

There used to be a place called Mishuran in Nakasu. The hot karasumi mochi with ikura was really good and delicious. The somen with tonkotsu broth was also delicious! There are counter seats and tables in the back.

This is my third visit. I wanted to eat matsutake rice, so I made a reservation in advance and went. The chef is very friendly and funny. I enjoyed both the meal and the conversation!! The dishes are made to bring out the original flavors of the ingredients and have a gentle taste. It was delicious. I will go again.

The restaurant is usually bustling with activity, typical of Nakasu. If you enjoy that atmosphere, this place is recommended. However, if you find noisy accompanying customers bothersome, you may want to choose a restaurant in the Hakata area. The course meals made with seasonal ingredients were all delicious and paired well with flavorful Japanese sake. The Yang Guifei hot pot included softshell turtle, shark fin, and pig's trotters. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I visited the restaurant for the second time. I wanted to eat bamboo shoot rice, so I requested it and went. The seasonal food was deliciously cooked. The chef's stories are very interesting! I said I ate matsutake rice next time, so I think it's time to go to Taste Mii's place to eat.

I was invited to a gathering and had a great time. There were delicious dishes like dobin mushi and more, and everyone was having a great time. There were so many amazing dishes that I didn't even have time to take photos. I would love to visit again in the future! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

This is my first time visiting. It's a traditional Japanese restaurant in Nakasu. Starting with the seasonal persimmon salad. It includes bamboo shoots, enoki mushrooms, and shimeji mushrooms. The flavors are fresh and delicious. Next is the deep-fried monkfish. It has a rich taste. The fugu kelp-wrapped dish is also very flavorful. The fugu skin is surprisingly tasty! There's also a simmered fish head dish and a turnip and eggplant stew. The fish head dish is elegant with no fishy taste. Grilled sazae in a flounder shell with miso sauce. A kind of Japanese gratin? Also, a dish of clams and vegetables with vinegar miso dressing. Boiled peanuts with salt. A rich soup with fugu and mushrooms. Hairy crab. Beef with sea urchin and egg. Lots of truffles. The aroma is wonderful. For dessert, there's noodles in a broth flavored with shrimp and fish. Homemade pudding. This Japanese cuisine is full of rich flavors. It's a Kansai-style cuisine featuring delicious seasonal dishes. The wine pairs well with the Japanese flavors. However, due to the location, the accompanying customers can be noisy. Oh well, it can't be helped.

Old-established Japanese cuisine restaurant with delicious flavors, this was my second visit. You can enjoy seasonal creative dishes, the chef's character, and the smile of the proprietress at this place. The menu is course-only, with prices varying depending on the season. You can just let them know what you don't like, as it's an omakase style. If you're lucky, the chef might recommend something like, "Oh! We just got some fresh sea urchin, would you like to try it? We only have 2 left, and you can eat it raw with the shell cracked open." One particular standout was the noodle dish served as the finale. It was a seafood-based soup that was surprisingly delicious even when you're already quite full. I was so impressed by the taste that I had to express my wish for them to open a branch where you can order it separately. Haha, I will definitely go back!

I heard there is a delicious traditional Japanese restaurant in Nakasu, Fukuoka ☺️ They select seasonal ingredients and the chef prepares dishes differently each time. This time, they had matsutake mushrooms because it's the season...!!! The aroma of the matsutake mushrooms being grilled right in front of you was delightful, and the luxury of being able to immediately savor the freshly grilled mushrooms was amazing! It was incredibly delicious (*´ω`*) Also, when in Fukuoka, you can't miss out on motsu (offal). I'm not a fan of organ meats, so I was contemplating how to pass on it, but they convinced me to try it. One bite changed my perception of motsu completely. The motsu I had in Tokyo was not motsu...! The ramen as the finishing touch was uniquely Fukuoka, and it got me really excited (´・ω・`)♡ We were able to enjoy a leisurely dinner in a semi-private room-like setting. This is a renowned restaurant that I would love to visit in different seasons ☺️

I visited with friends from Fukuoka on a trip from Tokyo, and our hotel was in Nakasu Kawabata, so we could easily walk to the restaurant. The counter was crowded with many people, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant, where Hakata dialect was flying around, conveyed the feeling of being loved by locals. We had a lot of food on the course menu, and everything was delicious. The winner was the appetizer of thinly sliced meat topped with truffles.

After the state of emergency was lifted, I had to go to Fukuoka for work and I panicked because all the popular and Michelin-starred restaurants were fully booked. With the help of a regular customer in Nakasu, I managed to secure a reservation at this restaurant. The standout dish of the day was the blowfish. A young chef skillfully prepared a huge blowfish, maybe around 5 kilograms, in front of us. The large shirako (milt) was also served, and the blowfish was deliciously grilled and served with karasumi (bottarga). The meal ended with ramen and rice, both with excellent broth. Mixing the ramen broth with the rice was a delightful experience. It's no wonder this restaurant has a Michelin star. I definitely want to try the chef's omakase course next time!

I happened to visit a traditional Japanese restaurant in Nakasu. The counter was filled with fresh matsutake mushrooms, and the aroma inside the restaurant was delightful. Despite the pandemic, the place was bustling with many customers. It seemed they only offered set courses, but I was able to enjoy seasonal dishes. The dish that stood out was the one with plenty of shaved truffles on top of Japanese beef. It was delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I paid 15,000 yen for the evening course. The lively chef and beautiful hostess at the restaurant, Ebimi, have a wonderful combination of conversation. The luxurious ingredients and well-seasoned dishes were all delicious, and I feel like I gained energy from them. It's reassuring that all seats are non-smoking. Even during the pandemic, the restaurant was bustling.

Well, Mr. Ajimi. On this day, after dinner at SOLA, we stopped by for a light meal and ended up devouring everything that was served one after another. It was delicious and we enjoyed the food. T-sensei, who was introduced by T, wanted to visit this traditional Japanese restaurant Ajimi. It had a charming Hakata-style atmosphere and was very enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the chef's personality was very comforting. The grilled fugu (pufferfish) was particularly interesting and the homemade yann-yom sauce was delicious. As always, the fish bone soup served at the end made us feel happy in a very Hakata-like way. For lunch, we visited the Fukuoka City Museum where we saw treasures like the gold seal and the ship Japan Maru, as well as wonderful blue and white porcelain. Back at home, I plated a cheesecake from the cheesecake specialty store KAKA that we bought in Hakata on the blue and white porcelain. This cheesecake has a nice balance of flavors. The Miyazaki's famous shochu Hinata Musume fits perfectly into the gaps, creating a wonderful taste. The bread from YAKICHI is still amazing. I highly recommend the cream bread.

Now, Mr. Aji. The night of arrival in Fukuoka. Dinner with friends at the famous restaurant Aji. The cuisine, as rumored, was skillfully prepared and the atmosphere in the restaurant, including the master and the hostess, was truly that of a high-class establishment. The hamo, rice bowl, and fish ramen on this day were all very delicious. I am grateful to Mr. T for not only coming all the way to join us, but also for treating us to delicious wine. I feel a bit guilty for being taken care of so much. I am truly thankful for the recommendation. In summary, you can experience the refined Kyoto-like ambiance and the hearty Kyushu cuisine in a great way.
