厚木あんちち
Hi! "Garlic-packed stamina dish" ... Huh? Stand in the hallway? I was wrong, it's "endangered dish" ... Correctly, it is a gourmet dish that is on the verge of extinction due to a lack of successors and the aging of the owner. The "Karasu Mori Endangered Dish Dining" aims to eat this endangered dish in Tokyo and support endangered dish restaurants with a portion of the sales. It's not just something that looks like it, but it's actually passed down from authentic endangered dish restaurants. From my youth in Karasu Mori, one, two, three... The restaurant is located about 200 steps from the main street of Karasu Shrine, with a white curtain fluttering in the wind with black letters saying "Welcome! Thank you for coming." The most popular dish may be the pork sauté from "Taishu Shokudo Tomi," which has also appeared on the Endangered Dish Road. However, as a fan of rice bowl dishes, I ordered the "Yakiniku Don" for 1,100 yen from "Fuji Hisa Shokudo." The Yakiniku Don from Fuji Hisa Shokudo, one of the oldest restaurants in the endangered dish category, is truly amazing. When the covered Yakiniku Don arrived, I opened the lid and the smell of grilled meat and sauce immediately invaded my nostrils. When I took a bite, it exceeded my expectations. The rice under the grilled meat was soaked with Fuji Hisa Shokudo's secret sauce, which was rich, sweet, and savory, similar to eel sauce. The main attraction, the grilled meat, had a charcoal aroma and was topped with crunchy onions. Each bite was incredibly delicious. The grilled meat was plentiful, and the rice was generously portioned. You can also ask for a free extra-large serving. With the bowl covering it, every bite was satisfying. Thank you for the meal. "It's not a secret menu, but many customers order a raw egg to pour over it." Please tell me sooner! The endangered dish restaurant is not only "on the verge of extinction" but also "popular yet on the verge of extinction," which is understandable. The menu also includes dishes like "Liver and Chinese Chive Stir-Fry" from Kaiou, "White Omurice" from Karasaki Shokudo, "Pork Sauté" from Taishu Shokudo Tomi, and "Minced Cutlet Set Meal" from Kitchen Beaver. The menu seems to change occasionally. Endangered Dish Road on the brink of extinction! The taste of that restaurant is here ↑ even though I didn't know about it before ===========
