On a certain day in September. Sushi delivery! Today, we decided to have lunch at home with the family, so we decided to order something for delivery. After discussing, we decided on "Gin no Sara"! When we called, it seems it will take about an hour and a half! It can't be helped, but we placed the order. It's Sunday lunchtime, so it's understandable! The fish is fresh and very delicious. The rice is a bit firm (feels like it's been sitting for a while) but it's totally fine! The sushi for four people is of high quality and the cost performance is really good. Actually, it was my first time ordering delivery sushi. In fact, it might be my first time ordering any kind of delivery sushi. This time, I ordered from here for the first time. However, unlike other households, my wife is not a fan of raw fish, so we mainly focused on rolls (laughs). Surprisingly, the sushi pieces were quite thick. Compared to conveyor belt sushi restaurants like Kura Sushi in Shinagawa, the ingredients were much thicker. The sea urchin and salmon roe were also very substantial. Not bad for a change!
