(2022.09.24) #ItabashiBar 25th visit #OyamaStation 5 minutes walk away #AndalGoya @izakaya.andalgoya.tokyo The owner, originally from Nagoya, serves Spanish cuisine at this restaurant. ●Spanish omelette + drink (additionally, Spanish-style stir-fry) The freshly baked omelette with a slightly spicy tomato sauce is delicious. Surprisingly filling and satisfying. Add a Spanish-style stir-fry with tender dried squid and crunchy onions. Simply delicious, with white wine, pepper, garlic, and other Spanish ingredients. Perfect for drinking. The restaurant has 8 counter seats and 3 tables for a total of 16 seats. The white exterior walls, blue decorations, and colorful exotic atmosphere inside the restaurant recreate the sunny atmosphere of Andalusia. Of course, you can also enjoy Nagoya's local specialties. Let's go back to enjoy Spanish beer. (※I don't know why the photo is tilted. I fixed it.) #Oyama #OyamaGourmet #OyamaStationGourmet #ItabashiWardGourmet #IzakayaGourmet #SpanishBar #ItabashiWard #EatDrinkBar #SpanishStyleBar #SpanishOmelette #SpanishStirFry #SpanishBeer #CraftBeer #izakaya #spanishomelette #spainbeer #gourmet #spainbar #ooyama #ohyama #itabashi

Swinging Great Mountain Happy Road. The residents continue to oppose the construction of a new road, urging not to turn off the lights of the arcade. I entered a unique bar from the arcade and into a side street. I don't know the origin of "Andaru," but it seems that "Koya" comes from Nagoya, although I have not confirmed this. However, looking at the menu, Nagoya's soul food is lined up, so the Nagoya theory seems likely. The bright interior is lively with everyone drinking. I decide to quietly enjoy my drink at the counter. Several male staff members are managing the place. A pleasant aroma comes from the kitchen.
- "Fluffy omelet with lots of ingredients" (half) - I see, this could be related to the origin of the shop name. It's a Spanish-style dish. The omelet, full of potatoes, is covered with plenty of tomato sauce. It is shaved with a spoon like a cake. It is certainly fluffy. The sauce goes well with it. It seems like it would go well with various types of alcohol.
- "Nagoya specialty Dotenikomi" - It's pitch black. Like squid ink. It's a Nagoya specialty dish, but it's not this black in Nagoya. The only ingredient is motsu (offal). Is it small intestine? It is soaked in a thick miso soup with no off-putting smell of motsu. Although it is a Nagoya specialty, it could also be called a Spanish-style stew. It seems like it would be even more enjoyable with vegetables added. It's delicious. It seems that there are already many regular customers, but it is a welcoming place at first glance. I am disappointed that I couldn't order more from the extensive menu since it's a night of bar hopping. I imagined that the chef excels in Spanish cuisine and the owner is from Nagoya. Am I mistaken? Thank you for the meal. I would like to come back again.

Visited on a Tuesday after 8 pm, with no other customers present. The interior of the restaurant had around 7 seats at the counter and 10 tables, all very clean. The owner, who is from Nagoya and loves Spain, has created a Spanish atmosphere in the restaurant. The Motsu Nabe stewed in Hatcho Miso was generously filled with plenty of tripe, served with bread (probably as a complimentary side). Unlike traditional Motsu Nabe, the sweetness of the Hatcho Miso takes the spotlight and pairs well with the tripe, making it delicious. The Spanish-style omelette was beautifully layered with potatoes and eggs, complemented by the tomato sauce. The Hiroshima-grown oysters marinated in olive oil had a firm texture with a burst of flavor that matched well with the olive oil. The black truffle potato chips had a unique flavor, with a strong saltiness and a burst of black truffle aroma. While more suited as a snack with drinks rather than a standalone dish, the black truffle flavor might be a bit overpowering. Overall, although the prices were a bit high, the quality of each dish was excellent, and the enjoyable conversation with the owner makes me want to come back again.
