I ordered the chicken curry for 1100 yen, and surprisingly it came with a whole piece of bone-in meat! The meat was cooked until it was tender and easily came off the bone with a fork. I liked it! There were over 10 types of vegetables in the curry, giving it a hearty volume. There was also a hidden boiled egg topping. The rice was chewy and exactly to my liking!

The restaurant operates from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm without regular holidays, leasing the second floor of a mixed-use building next to Honda Theater called "KOGA MILK BAR." The bright second-floor store has a pleasant atmosphere. Feeling the Sapporo vibe with natto as a topping option, I ordered the "Chicken Curry (1,100 yen)" with an additional "natto (100 yen)." The soup, made with chicken broth and 10 types of spices, has a gentle flavor and a nice mouthfeel. The whole chicken leg was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Besides chicken, the curry included 10 types of vegetables and half a boiled egg. Cabbage, Chinese cabbage, baby corn, shimeji mushrooms, burdock, broccoli, carrots, enoki mushrooms, green beans, eggplant, and half a boiled egg filled my stomach and left me feeling healthy. It was a satisfying and nutritious soup curry experience, especially with the natto topping. (Personal opinion) Thank you for the meal.

The taste seems to follow the Magi Spice style, but with lots of ingredients, making it great for snacking during weekend day drinking. This time, I had chicken curry with nori topping. It was fully booked at the end of 2022, but it was delicious and perfect with beer. Next time, I will try the hamburger curry!

While it is reminiscent of Magic Spice, the atmosphere of the shop gives it a different feel. I am tempted to try other items on the menu and will definitely visit again. The shop operates as a pop-up during lunch hours only, with no scheduled days off for now. With the curry options expanding rapidly in Shimokitazawa, the curry scene in Shimokita is becoming more and more exciting.
