I wandered into this place on a whim for my second stop of the night. The food here really hit the spot and went well with wine. The oysters and shrimp were incredibly fresh and delicious, especially the oysters which had a sweet taste like soy milk. I was so impressed that I ordered more. The wine is sold in a unique way by weight, which may seem a bit pricey, but the variety and selection available is great. The dishes are on the smaller side, so it might feel a bit lacking if it's your first stop, but it's perfect for a second stop. I wonder if there are other locations besides Tsukishima. I will definitely visit again!

While enjoying a food and drink tour in Tsukishima, I stumbled upon my favorite restaurant, Pasta Vola, and decided to pay a visit! It seems like they recently opened in Tsukishima as well. After eating monjayaki, I opted for a light meal of two types of octopus marinade, shirasu pasta, and some white wine by the glass. The chilled white wine was a perfect match for the hot summer weather and seafood dishes! The octopus marinades were one with green chili peppers for a refreshing kick, and the other with avocado which was simply delicious. As expected from Pasta Vola, the fresh pasta was outstanding - chewy and perfectly balanced in flavor. The shirasu pasta was generously topped with shiso leaves, and the juicy and light flavor of the shirasu was delightful. I even managed to finish it all after eating monjayaki (laughs). This restaurant comes highly recommended! Thank you for the delicious meal! ❤️

The meat and mushroom ragu cream sauce for 1,540 yen is very delicious. The taste, aroma, and texture are all well-balanced. It's the perfect choice for when you want to have a slightly upscale pasta dish. I've tried the chain store in Otemachi and it was also delicious, so I had high expectations for this place as well. Next time, I want to try ordering a la carte.

Today's lunch adventure took me to Tsukishima station, where I stumbled upon a pasta and wine shop called PASTAVOLA. The menu offered a variety of lunch pasta dishes such as Arrabbiata, Carbonara, and Genovese shrimp, as well as tapas like fresh oysters and marinated squid. I decided on the Arrabbiata pasta, which was a spicy tomato-based sauce with garlic and chili peppers served over fresh pasta. The meal was delicious, and I even used the bread to soak up the leftover sauce. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience at PASTAVOLA in Tsukishima.

Today's lunch is also from Tsukishima! A shop that offers chewy fresh pasta and wine by weight! The sign is intriguing, isn't it? A casual drink in the afternoon! Choose your favorite wine in the amount you like! Oh, but I have work in the afternoon today... So, let's go for the chewy fresh pasta! Here we go! Peperoncino with green chili pepper and bacon & Set B! First, the Minestrone soup! It's full of diced vegetables, a hearty soup to enjoy! The taste is mild and gentle on the body! In the center of the peperoncino, there stands a green chili pepper! The thick fresh pasta in the Aglio e Olio sauce is soaked well! The chewy and springy texture is quite nice! The diced bacon with a smoky flavor adds a great taste! This pasta really hits the spot! The remaining oil, of course, goes well with bread! The refreshing spiciness is impressive! The menu is limited but they have Bianco and Rosso, cream-based, and Japanese-style pasta with weekly specials, a good variety! I'll definitely rotate through Tsukishima pasta lunches in the future! Next time, I'd like to leisurely enjoy some wine too!

I happened to pass by and the atmosphere looked stylish, so I decided to go in for the first time. I was in the mood for wine, so I tried various types. It was nice to be able to have a little taste with a glass and they had smaller sizes like the piccolo, which was just right. The food was delicious and the portion size was just right. I would definitely like to visit again.

Thick fresh pasta is delicious. However, I think ordering Uni and Mentaiko pasta was a mistake. Choosing a more standard option like Spaghetti Aglio e Olio might have changed my evaluation. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the service of the staff were excellent.

Visited Pasta Vola in Tsukishima. They have table seats and you can bring in a stroller, so there were many families on Saturday. The salted fish and butter potato fries here were amazing, I ended up getting seconds. The prosciutto and cheese, as well as the chicken, go well with alcohol. I ordered the oil pasta with sausage and zucchini, and the carbonara with shimeji mushrooms and seaweed. Needless to say, they were really delicious, once you eat here, you won't be able to go to other pasta places. I will definitely come back.

I visited this place for lunch on a regular day. I had been curious about it every time I passed by, but I always felt hesitant to go in. Finally, I decided to give it a try. Since I was dining alone, I was seated at the counter. This time, I ordered: - Carbonara for 1,000 yen - B set (vegetable deli + freshly baked bread + soup of the day) for 250 yen - Iced tea for 200 yen. After ordering, the B set and drink were served promptly. The deli and soup were delicious, and I was glad I chose the set. The pasta was also tasty, and I had been hoping to find good pasta in Tsukishima, so I was pleased. I definitely want to come back again.

There is a new tower apartment on the Monja Street side of Tsukishima Station, where this restaurant is located on the 1st floor. Recently, there have been various types of shops opening on Nishi Nakadori Street, not just monjayaki restaurants. I often dine in Tsukishima, so I am happy to have more options. I visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch. It opened in Tamachi in 2010, and there are 5 stores in Otemachi, Gaienmae, Nihonbashi, and Tsukishima, as well as one store under a different concept. Pasta Vola's specialty is chewy fresh pasta, and I ordered the Peperoncino with green chili peppers and bacon. With the B set for an additional 250 yen, bread, soup, and a side dish are included. The pasta was certainly chewy, almost too chewy, and I got full quickly. It was like thin udon noodles. Thank you for the meal!

This is a pasta restaurant located on the first floor of a new apartment building in Monja Street, Tsukishima. The wine selection is interesting and the menu is varied, making it a very comfortable place to dine. The Cheese Pasta Cacio e Pepe was delicious. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

We had a year-end party with our neighbors. The drinks and food were reasonable and very delicious. The marinated tuna and carrot was so tasty that I had seconds. The Caesar salad with bacon was very fragrant and voluminous, and the pasta was incredibly delicious, so I had two kinds. Since they are our neighbors, I would like to visit for lunch as well. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I was thrilled to find that Pasta Volare is in Tsukishima! I visited on my day off and enjoyed the delicious fresh pasta and wine that I loved when I lived in Shibaura. I chose the "Basil and Mozzarella Tomato Sauce" from the lunch pasta menu (10 types + weekly recommendation). The texture of this pasta, the skillful use of oil, it was truly Pasta Volare! My seafood-loving companion was delighted with the "Sea urchin, spear squid, and mentaiko" pasta. Next time, I want to sit at the counter and try the Bolognese.

PASTAVORA, known for its locations in Tamachi and Pasta Yantico, has opened a new branch in the Italian food desert of Tsukishima. I visited for lunch on a weekday during the pandemic and tried the daily pasta special (snow crab and dried baby sardines, green pepper and okra fresh pasta) and the daily deli special (balsamic-marinated roast chicken) with bread set A. The pasta is fresh, so it may be a matter of personal preference, but ordering different pastas to share with a group of two or more could be a good idea given the portion sizes.

(2021.07.10) It's been a while since I felt the scorching heat of the sun like this... I hope the speed at which we are heading towards the peak of summer can be optimized. With its main store in Tamachi and branches in Otemachi, Gaienmae, and Nihonbashi, "Pastavola" opened its new location in Tsukishima on June 28th. When I visited around 1:00 PM, the small restaurant with about 20 seats, labeled as "Fresh Pasta & Wine," was fully packed. After a 10-minute wait, I was graciously allowed to have a table seat even though I was dining alone. The lunch menu offered on weekends includes 10 classic pasta dishes and a weekly special. While I was torn between "Classic Carbonara," "3 Types of Mushroom Porcini Cream," and the weekly special "Octopus and Celery Ragu Sauce," I decided to go with the "Bolognese." I ordered Set A, which came with two deli dishes and freshly baked bread. The set included Caponata and Scallop Carpaccio, with the sweetness of the scallop carpaccio being truly impressive. The Bolognese, although different from the rich wine-infused sauce I expected, was incredibly delicious with the tomato flavor standing out. The homemade fresh pasta, which was perfectly cooked, had a unique chewy texture that was enjoyable. While many restaurants offer fresh pasta to cut down on cooking time, the quality of the fresh pasta at this place is exceptional. On a side note, I find it curious that the "Bolognese" on the menu is written in French instead of Italian.

A newly opened restaurant on the 1st floor of a new apartment building has caught my attention. Pasta Vola seems to have a few locations in Tokyo with the same logo font. Although I have not visited the one in Mita, it has high ratings on Tabelog. It's a straightforward Italian restaurant, which is not common in Tsukishima, and despite its small size, the stylish interior stands out. I recently visited for lunch since I missed the chance to go at night. I ordered the Amatriciana, which is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for some reason. You can see the kitchen from the counter, and the chefs working there seem energetic. The pasta is fresh and has a chewy texture, with a distinct wheat flavor. It's not homemade, but it might be the New Oak Bo brand from Kashiwa. The acidity of the tomato sauce gives it a summery taste. While I usually prefer spicy dishes like Arrabbiata or Aglio e Olio, I also enjoyed the Amatriciana. They offer set menus where you can add a vegetable deli and freshly baked bread for an extra 150 yen (A set), soup for an extra 250 yen (B set), or soup, bread, and salad for an extra 600 yen (C set). It's rare to have the option to add a single piece of fresh oyster as well, which seems to be quite popular.

It seems like you can't enter the restaurant until everyone is present. I wish they would let us in even if we're not all together... The pasta and noodles were chewy and very delicious. I want to try all the pasta dishes!

When I used to live in Tamachi, I used to visit Pasta Vola, and now that it has opened in Tsukishima, I went to check it out. The taste of the oil pasta was probably the best when the owner was there during the early days, but the other menu items were still delicious. The staff who used to work in Tamachi also seem to be working in Tsukishima, and I hope that Pasta Vola will become a popular spot in Tsukishima as well.
