I had the thick noodle grilled ramen with rich dipping sauce. The rich dipping sauce contained pork bone and back fat, giving it an authentic seafood flavor. The noodles served on the hot plate were very thick and topped with crispy grilled chashu. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I ordered cabbage on a whim, and it was delicious with miso. The salted fish roe was also incredibly tasty, and the okonomiyaki was excellent. The cost performance is too good. I will definitely go again.

The cost performance of the Kotetsu set is amazing. (Drink + Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki or grilled tsukemen) On a slightly tired Friday, I can't help but come for a chilled Premium Malt and sauce, where I can relax and drink for about 2 hours.

This is a restaurant located south of Sakurajosui Station on the Keio Line. I entered around 10:45 pm on a weekday. There were about 7 counter seats, 2 two-person tables, and 3 four-person tables inside. There were around 5 customers already there. I had to wait a few minutes because the staff didn't notice me when I entered. I had to call out to get their attention, and since I was dining alone, I was seated at the counter. I ordered the specialty "yaki" tsukemen (780 yen). The dish arrived in about 10 minutes. I paid by credit card. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Grilled Ramen with Dipping Sauce - 780 yen
This dish is a collaboration between the famous Keisuke and the restaurant. It's a unique dish that is hard to categorize as either tsukemen or ramen. The dipping sauce is rich and thick, with a slightly sweet and creamy pork and seafood broth. The noodles are chewy with a crispy charred texture. The dish has been around for about six months now, but it still tastes delicious. Overall, it's a tasty and enjoyable meal, with room for further improvement.

I went to "Kotetsu" in Sakurajosui Station on the Keio Line in Setagaya, Tokyo. It's a teppanyaki restaurant that started serving "dipping ramen" at the end of October. Although not many people may be watching TV at that time, it was featured on the show "newsevery" last month (18:30~). I was also interested in the "tantan mazesoba", but I decided to order the dipping ramen again. The dipping ramen (780 yen) is a collaboration with "Keisuke", and it actually uses "TETSU" noodles, which is quite a big name involved in this menu. The noodles are cooked on a teppan and served with a thick dipping sauce in a small dish. There are no toppings in the sauce. The noodles have a slightly crispy texture from being cooked on the teppan. When you dip the noodles in the thick and rich tonkotsu-seafood dipping sauce, it becomes really delicious. It's like eating yakisoba dipped in sauce. The pickled ginger served with the noodles adds an interesting touch. As the dipping sauce runs out, towards the end it becomes like a cold noodle dish. You can also add soup to the remaining sauce, but mine ran out (^^ It was delicious.

I was taken there by a friend. The place is located a little off the main road from the station. "Kotetsu" is the name of the restaurant, with a familiar atmosphere that seems like a place known to locals. It's not very spacious inside, giving off a cozy vibe. It feels like a place where regular customers visit, and there were a few regulars there that day. I sat at the counter and ordered the pork okonomiyaki. It was delicious! I could see them casually chatting and cooking in front of me, which was nice to see. The laid-back attitude of the owner was also great.

I was taken to a restaurant that serves okonomiyaki but also has a variety of regular izakaya menu items. We ordered the classic pork okonomiyaki as well as a few other dishes. The specialty here seemed to be the grilled noodle dish, so my companion ordered that too. The prices for alcohol were reasonable for this type of place, and the food was decent overall, but nothing particularly stood out. The grilled noodle dish was quite tasty though. However, towards the end, we ran out of dipping sauce for the noodles, so we ended up leaving some behind. The whole experience felt a bit mediocre, like dining at a restaurant on the rooftop of a department store that serves soba, ramen, hamburgers, tempura, and other similar dishes.

Located a short walk from the south exit of Sakurajosui station, this restaurant serves Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki and teppanyaki. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, but it's a bit unclear whether it's a true okonomiyaki restaurant or a teppanyaki place. The menu selection doesn't quite fit either category, making it hard to determine the concept of the restaurant. I tried the soba nikutama okonomiyaki (780 yen), which is notable for its use of medium-thick noodles. The noodles are actually quite tasty, but they don't quite match the typical Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki noodles. Perhaps it's just a matter of personal preference, but I found the noodles to be a bit out of place. The dish ended up tasting more like Osaka-style modern-yaki rather than Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, which left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. It's not bad as a modern-yaki, but falls short as a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki.
