Even though it was so hot, after the autumn equinox, it suddenly became surprisingly cooler, so I went to the city to have a meal. I had dishes like Fukahire Yuba Scallop, Fukahire Simmered in Sake, Drunk Shrimp, Fukahire Hot Pot Soba, and Annin Dofu, and all of them were delicious.

Visited on Saturday at 7:00 PM. No waiting. The restaurant has semi-private rooms and table seats, giving off a luxurious and spacious atmosphere. However, despite being a high-end establishment, the service was unfriendly. Ordered the five-ingredient fried rice, which was decently tasty. It had plenty of ingredients and was slightly moist with a mild flavor. Not bad, but with a 10% service charge added, the cost performance is not great. Thank you for the meal!

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. I will also be celebrating my birthday here. We ordered a three-item platter and toasted with beer and champagne. My husband wanted more jellyfish, so we placed an additional order. The shrimp mayo had a unique size and taste that you can't find elsewhere, and it was quite filling. We asked for the boiled whole fish to be a total of 500g as we were sharing it among three people, which was just the right size. We missed the timing to order steamed buns, so we had to skip them this time. I recommend trying the sauce with the steamed buns. For dessert, we had the classic almond tofu, which was delicious and we could eat as much as we wanted. I look forward to visiting again for another celebration.

I wasn't planning on going to two restaurants today, but after having French cuisine, I unexpectedly found myself in front of Ginza SIX. I saw the menu outside and ended up going to "Chikushirou Ginza Store" located underground. The luxurious Chinese-style space spread out below ground, with a wide range of menu items ranging from 1,000 yen to 100,000 yen, all available as individual dishes. I decided to try the shark fin ramen. After ordering the shark fin ramen, a large teapot filled with oolong tea was brought out, along with solid fuel to keep it warm on the table. This was a surprising service, as the amount of tea seemed like it could last for an hour. After about 5 minutes, the ramen arrived. It was served in a bowl with just noodles and soup, and a separate plate of neatly trimmed bean sprouts. In many casual Chinese restaurants, when you order shark fin, it's hard to tell where the shark fin actually is due to the small amount, but in this case, it was clearly identifiable. The dish consisted of small pieces of shark fin and visible chunks of meat. The dish was made by draining boiled noodles and pouring a large amount of shark fin soup over them, so it was ready in just 5 minutes. As for the taste, shark fin itself is mostly flavorless, so I expected the soup to be thickened and seasoned with soy sauce, but it actually had a hidden crab flavor which I personally don't like. Black vinegar was provided as a condiment, but even after adding it, the soup remained sour with a crab-like taste. In the end, I could only manage to drink a small cup of the oolong tea and barely finish the noodles. I feel like Chinese cuisine just doesn't suit my taste, so next time I'll try a rice dish or yakisoba instead.

I went to Chikushiro to eat Fuka-hire tsuyu soba! The interior of the restaurant is gorgeous and has a nice atmosphere. The staff guided me to my seat. I ordered the Fuka-hire tsuyu soba, which was said to be delicious. I couldn't tell where the Fuka-hire was in the soup, but I enjoyed drinking the soup which had a good presence of Fuka-hire. It had been a while since I last had Fuka-hire and it was delicious. The soup was piping hot and stayed hot until the end. It might warm you up in the winter. Thank you for the meal!

I visited this restaurant after a long time since before the pandemic. I chose the cheapest lunch course. The atmosphere of the restaurant, with semi-private rooms, was very nice, but unfortunately, the shark fin soup was not as delicious as before. I remember it having a richer flavor in the past. However, the other dishes were tasty. What bothered me the most was the staff, who seemed like part-time workers. Their manners were lacking, and they handled the dishes like they were in an izakaya (Japanese pub). I think it's inappropriate to reach out to take plates away while customers are still eating. They were also making noise with dishes and seemed tired. I felt sorry for my friends whom I invited, as they didn't enjoy the shark fin soup and left it uneaten. Maybe it would have been more enjoyable to have something simple like casual shark fin ramen instead.

Visited the restaurant on a national holiday (Mountain Day) in the late afternoon (around 2:30 pm). We were seated almost immediately with hardly any wait time. Ordered the set menu and enjoyed the reasonably priced shark fin dish. The other dishes were also delicious. If I had to nitpick, the pace of serving the dishes was a bit fast, so it would have been nice to have a little more time between courses. However, perhaps due to the quiet time, we lingered for over 30 minutes after finishing our meal with just tea, and there was no sense of being rushed.

I went to this restaurant for lunch. The regular lunch starts at 1800 yen, while single items are priced from 2000 yen and up. The luxury lunch options begin at around 8,000 yen. Since it was my first time there, I decided to go with the regular lunch. I had the shumei rice, which was beautifully presented with steamed chicken, roasted pork, and stir-fried vegetables. It reminded me of khao mangai, but the taste was light. The restaurant's interior was luxurious, just like Ginza. I look forward to trying the luxury lunch next time now that I know what the food tastes like. Overall, the taste, quantity, appearance, and cost performance were all satisfactory. Thank you for the delicious meal today.

I love Chikushiro, but this time when I tried to make a reservation, I found out that I had to order the 6500 yen course to secure a table for lunch. In the past, I was able to reserve a seat with the 4500 yen course. So, I ordered the 6500 yen course, but it was a bit disappointing. I will try going back again sometime in the future.

I made my first visit for lunch and ordered the 8500 yen course! Both the shark fin soup and Peking duck were truly delicious ❤️ I also had rice with the shark fin soup, and indulging in a luxurious lunch like this once in a while is nice ☺️ Thank you for the exquisite feast.

I visited the restaurant for a late lunch with a friend who loves shark fin. We were able to enjoy our meal in a relaxed semi-private room, as we avoided the peak lunch hour. The main dish was the shark fin stew, which had a delicious texture and flavor. While I didn't intend to compare it to the shark fin stew I had previously enjoyed at night, I couldn't help but feel that it lacked a bit of richness. Overall, the food and service were at a high level, and we had a pleasant dining experience. We ordered a bottle of beer and white wine, although the prices for alcoholic beverages were a bit high. The restaurant's location, atmosphere, and delicious food make it suitable for various occasions, and I felt reassured by the high level of quality.

Tsukishiro Ginza is a stylish restaurant that has been selected as one of the top 100 restaurants by Tabelog. You can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine for under 2000 yen at lunch, making it highly recommended. It is a great choice for those working in the Ginza area or planning to visit the area for lunch. You can have a luxurious lunchtime experience.

You can walk the same distance from both Ginza Station and Higashi-Ginza Station to the luxurious Chinese restaurant Chikushirou Ginza. As you enter from the underground, you will see a futuristic mystery box where fish are being chilled, giving you a sense of entering a different world. Despite the underground location, there is Wi-Fi available for your convenience. The waiting area is elegant, and when a table becomes available, you will be amazed by the high ceiling. The lunch menu offers options for under 2,000 yen, including various course menus suitable for special occasions. During lunchtime, you can also enjoy alcohol, such as the half & half beer and Chinese beer. The Szechuan-style hot and sour noodles are flavorful and filling, with a rich soup base. The water-cooked beef is a perfect match for beer, and the almond tofu dessert has a luxurious texture. Credit card payment is accepted at the restaurant.

Located next to GINZA SIX, in Ginza 7-chome, this is a high-end Chinese restaurant specializing in shark fin dishes. It exudes the image of a luxurious Chinese restaurant in Ginza, making you feel like you've wandered into a palace under the sea. Lunch prices start around 2000 yen. A must-try dish is their unique "Shark Fin Noodle Soup". While it may not be the most photogenic dish, the noodles coated in a rich shark fin broth are incredibly addictive. The dish also contains generous amounts of shredded shark fin. The service is top-notch, fitting for a high-end restaurant, making it perfect for a luxurious lunch in Ginza. Their almond jelly dessert is also a popular choice. They have branches in Ebisu and Marunouchi as well.

I always eat at a specialized 'Fukahire' restaurant in Ginza. This day, I had a late lunch and an early dinner, so I ordered the 15,000 yen course with the fewest dishes and added my favorite single item. The Fukahire cold dish in the course was delicious! The creative salt stir-fried shrimp was also delicious! Although the course came with cold tantan noodles, they gladly changed it to my favorite Fukahire noodles, and I was completely satisfied as always. Thank you always ♡

This place is famous for its shark fin dishes. For lunch, they offer set courses, so I chose the weekly lunch set C. This week's special is black vinegar pork. First, I had the appetizer soup. It was a Chinese-style soup with minced meat, egg, tofu, corn, and thickened broth, and it was surprisingly delicious. Usually, soups are just okay, but this one exceeded my expectations. The main dish, black vinegar pork, was also amazing. It consisted of pork, bell peppers, onions, sweet potatoes, and chili peppers. The chili peppers were round and sneaky, so be careful. The meat pieces were large and substantial, and there were about 5 of them, so with the additional fried vegetables, it was quite filling. The strong flavor of the black vinegar paired well with the meat. The curry bread was also tasty. However, with the amount of oil from the pork and bread, I could only finish about half of the rice. The dessert, almond tofu, was also generous in portion size. The jasmine tea served in a unique teapot was also a lot for one person. I was worried that eating such a full lunch would make me sleepy, but I left the restaurant completely satisfied.

I had some business in Ginza on this day, and it was lunchtime, so I decided to have lunch here. When you think of Chikushisei, you think of shark fin! For lunch, the mini course or the "Shark Fin Stew Soup Soba (2800 yen)" is a must-try. However, I try to avoid eating shark fin as much as possible because I once saw a video of shark fin fishing where only the fins were taken and the sharks without fins were released back into the sea, looking weak and pitiful as they swam away... So on this day, I chose the Lunch Set C with Black Vinegar Sweet and Sour Pork (1800 yen) instead! The restaurant has a luxurious and wonderful atmosphere. It was still quite early, so I was seated in a semi-private room at the back of the restaurant, which was very calming. The soup and pickled vegetables that came with the set were served, along with a pot of Chinese tea, which was almost unlimited, making it fantastic. And here it is, the Black Vinegar Sweet and Sour Pork! It's huge! Each piece of pork is incredibly large! I was thrilled! The onions and green peppers were also cut into big chunks, making it easy to enjoy each bite. Instead of pineapple, there were deep-fried sweet potatoes, which was also good! The rice portion was small, which was nice. I focused on enjoying the sweet and sour pork to the fullest! The sweet and sour pork was delicious and had a great texture! And don't forget about the deep-fried bread. There's curry inside! Of course, I dipped it in the remaining sauce from the sweet and sour pork. The almond jelly dessert was also authentic, with a mild sweetness and delicious taste. The high-class restaurant's service was excellent, and the authentic sweet and sour pork had a rich taste. The pork steak was so big that it could be called a pork steak. Furthermore, the unlimited Chinese tea, dessert, the wonderful location in the heart of Ginza, and the fantastic atmosphere of the restaurant, all for 1800 yen, was quite a cost-effective deal! Of course, the value may vary depending on what you order, but at least the lunch set menu seemed to be a great deal! It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

Entering July, the heat in Tokyo has become intense. I decided to choose something that would lift my spirits from my saved Chinese cuisine options on Tabelog. I visited "Chikushiro Ginza Store," a high-end Chinese restaurant in Ginza, where the lunch menu is in the 1000 yen range. It felt like a treat. I arrived at 11:50 and was informed that the restaurant was full. I decided to wait inside the restaurant, although there appeared to be empty seats, it seemed that there were many reserved guests. As it is a Chinese restaurant, there didn't seem to be many inbound tourists. There were many leisurely ladies. I ordered the "Hong Kong Shumai Rice (1800 yen)," which is shumai, a grilled and seasoned meat dish, served on rice. They served jasmine tea right away in a pot, which had a refined taste. Even though I was dining alone, they kept the teapot warm with a mini stove. The "Egg Soup" was delicious, with ingredients like egg, meat, tofu, corn, and green onions. The soup was flavorful. The "Cold Winter Melon" was refreshing and had a ma la flavor. The texture and refreshing sensation were pleasant. The "Hong Kong Shumai Rice" had thick, moist char siu with a nice chewy texture and a meaty flavor. The seasoning was sweet, reminiscent of Peking duck. The steamed chicken had a moist texture and elegant taste. The green onion sauce on top had a ginger flavor, adding an accent without overpowering the steamed chicken. The egg yolk sauce offered a rich and sweet flavor, pairing perfectly with the char siu. I was instructed to pour it over the rice a little. The "Almond Jelly" was served chilled, even the spoon was cold. Rather than the usual gelatinous texture, it had a tofu-like crumbly texture. It was delicious. The staff at the restaurant had to move systematically due to the large number of guests, but whether it was due to the high-end Chinese restaurant's mindset or genuine consideration, I continued to feel well taken care of throughout my visit. It is rare to finish a meal with such a pleasant feeling. It was delicious!!! Thank you for the meal!!! #075

I visited a high-end Chinese restaurant in Ginza for lunch, thinking it would be a casual dining experience. The English name is Sharks Fin Chinese Restaurant, emphasizing their specialty in shark fin dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very calm and sophisticated, which is typical of high-end establishments. For lunch, I tried the most basic dishes. The scallop and vegetable with crab sauce was a fantastic combination of ingredients. The tenderness of the scallops, the crunchiness of the lettuce, and the richness of the crab sauce all came together perfectly. The main dish, shark fin stew, had plenty of shark fin in a rich soup. At first, I thought the soup was too rich, but as I continued eating, I became addicted to it. Eating it with bean sprouts somehow enhanced the flavor even more. Even the almond jelly dessert was delicious until the end. I achieved my goal of enjoying a luxurious lunch at a high-end restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
