July is coming to an end, and it's the fourth Thursday of the month. Recently, I've been drinking around Monzen-Nakacho with an older gentleman, and we decided to go out for drinks again. For our first stop, I suggested a place that I had been wanting to try since it opened at the end of last year in Monzen-Nakacho. There are about 10 popular casual hormone shops called Nikurikiya in Tokyo, Kawasaki, and other locations. I saw on social media that they recently opened a store in Hakata too! The shop in Shimokitazawa always seems crowded! It was my first time visiting, and I was impressed by the slightly stylish and clean interior of the Monzen-Nakacho store, which still retains a casual atmosphere and seems welcoming to female customers. We sat down at a table and looked at the menu, and to our surprise, all courses were available for same-day use! Since it was our first stop, we had only reserved a table, but being able to use the course was very convenient. Even more surprisingly, there was a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option available for 3,980 yen! Isn't that a great deal? We quickly ordered the "Special Course" - 9 dishes for 3,980 yen (including 2-hour all-you-can-drink). The course included: Napa cabbage kimchi, bean sprouts, shredded cabbage (all-you-can-eat), fresh offal assortment (3 types), special meat assortment (4 types), Shiroro festival (pot-pickled hormone), Nikurikiya kalbi, rice, and vegetable soup. The all-you-can-drink menu included draft beer, highballs, sours, hoppy, shochu (potato and barley), sake, wine, plum wine, and various soft drinks. We upgraded the special meat assortment to the signature "Super Meat Assortment" for an additional fee, which included pork tongue, cheeks, heart, and pork belly, as well as beef maruchou, tongue, sinew, and skirt. The highlight of the course was definitely the "pot-pickled Shiroro hormone" - a visually impressive dish with thick and long pieces that made our mouths water. The fresh offal assortment was delicious with no unpleasant odor and great texture and flavor. It was a delight to have white rice included in the course, a rarity these days. We devoured the kalbi with the rice, feeling like high school students. The value of this content, including all-you-can-drink (including draft beer) for 3,980 yen, seemed too good to be true! Plus, being able to extend the all-you-can-drink for an additional 30 minutes for only 500 yen was much appreciated. It was a truly delicious experience!

It was my first time here. Thank you for the meal. The atmosphere was nice and the interior of the restaurant was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The beef tongue with salt and the marinated pork were very delicious. The menu was a bit unclear in distinguishing between beef and pork, but overall it was good value for money. I will definitely visit again.

Even though September is halfway over and it's still hot, I went to eat hormone dishes while debating about sushi. I had been to Niku Rikiya about 5 years ago at their Shimo-Kitazawa location, but I visited their new location in Monzen-Nakacho that opened about a year ago. I tried their fresh organ platter, but personally, the Negitan Shio (green onion salt) was the best with its delicious sauce on top. The potato salad with meat was very satisfying, and the rice was delicious Akita Komachi rice. The beef tongue was tender and went well with alcohol. All the hormones had no unpleasant smell, and it was a cheap and delicious restaurant!

It's quite rare, isn't it? Yes, they have lunch, but that's not it. Lunch service ends at 2 pm, right? That's not it. What we're looking for is a yakiniku restaurant that serves from lunchtime through the afternoon. On lazy days off spent drinking, we tend to start late. After repenting at the gym the day before our day off, we think about going out for drinks or a meal. That's why a restaurant that serves from lunch through the afternoon is much appreciated. After the last lunch order, they take a break for a while. Now, I found a place in Monzen-nakacho. It's not fancy, but it's cheap, quiet, clean, and cozy. It's a place where you can eat while laughing out loud.

Located just a 1-minute walk from Monzen-Nakacho Station, this restaurant is situated in a drinking district. While there are several famous places known for their meat sashimi, this one stands out for its variety and cost performance. The first photo shows a "meat sashimi platter with 3 types," which is refreshing with a nice texture and delicious taste. Since it is a popular spot, it tends to get crowded, so it is recommended to go early in the evening.

We arrived at Nikunakaya in Monzen-nakacho, looking for a place where we could drink cheaply and eat a lot with four people. We regretted not coming here sooner, as the staff recommended their special course which included all-you-can-drink for 3,980 yen. The course included white cabbage kimchi, bean sprouts, shredded cabbage, fresh organ meats (3 types), specialty meat assortment (4 types), shirokoro festival, Nikunakaya kalbi, rice, and vegetable soup. We also added some extra meat. The kimchi, cabbage, and bean sprouts were all crunchy and delicious. The organ meats were cooked perfectly, not too dry, and had a nice meaty taste. The meat assortment included a mix of pork and beef cuts cooked to perfection. The shirokoro festival, where we rolled a single piece of shirokoro hormone in a pot, was amazing. The meat was seared on the outside, while the inside remained juicy. The kalbi, marinated in sauce, was a classic and delicious choice. We also enjoyed the additional toro liver, which was cooked to perfection. Lastly, we had cold noodles to finish off the meal. The course itself was filling, but the additional menu items were all tasty as well. The cost was under 5,000 yen per person, making it a great value for the quality of food. Overall, it was a fantastic restaurant that we could see ourselves visiting regularly.

On my way back from the gym, I decided to stop by for some ramen, but ended up going into a restaurant after being handed a flyer by a girl outside. It seemed like a chain restaurant, but it was my first time there. I got a free drink voucher and ordered a highball and hoppy. For food, I had striped pig intestines and spicy flower sausage. I also had a plate of assorted hormone sashimi, including heart, stomach, and tongue. The meat was cooked at a low temperature, so it was safe to eat. The restaurant is in a good location, so I will definitely come back for solo drinking in the future.

I visited again attracted by the cost performance. The friend I went with was also pleased with the good cost performance and the good taste. They even have mega-sized drinks, and the pork hormone dishes are really reasonable. During the 2 hours we were there, there were no other customers, perhaps because it is not well known yet. I'm worried that if it becomes popular, it will get crowded, but I also don't want it to disappear. The staff seemed to be foreigners, a bit inexperienced, but their friendly attitude made me feel comfortable. Their cuteness makes me want to support them! I will visit again!

I made a reservation just before 8:00 PM and visited the restaurant. I ordered 2 sashimi dishes, 8-10 pieces of grilled hormone, grilled vegetables, and about 5 alcoholic drinks, totaling around 10,000 yen. The hormone had a nice texture and was delicious. The liver had a unique round shape, which was interesting.

Cost-performance, atmosphere, taste, and customer service are all fantastic. I have been there about 5 times already. Definitely worth a visit.

I visited at night. The cost performance was great, we drank and ate a lot, and the bill was under 10,000 yen for two people. The staff were friendly, and it's a place I want to visit frequently!
