A cafe located near the Yaesu South Exit of Tokyo Station. It has a high ceiling and glass windows facing the street. Across the street is Tokyo Midtown, with views of the skyscrapers in Kyobashi. I secured a seat and ordered a blended coffee for ¥450 including tax at the counter near the entrance, paying in advance. The coffee came in a mug with a whimsical illustration of a gong and a ring. The coffee had a slight depth and a rich flavor that I enjoyed. They also had a variety of desserts. I would like to visit again.

Visited around 1 pm on Saturday. The seats were mostly filled but managed to get in. When leaving the shop (before 2 pm), there was already a line forming, so it might be better to come earlier. ✔️Egg pudding for 550 yen. Not too firm, not too runny. Caramel sauce had a nice hint of bitterness. Simple and well-made pudding! Delicious! The cafe had a sterile atmosphere where you could see people passing by through the window. There were solo customers, couples, and groups of two women. They also have Wifi, so it could be a good place to work. Also, it's relatively affordable for a cafe near Tokyo Station, and you're not required to order a drink. Next time, I want to try the sugar doughnuts or banana cake.

The cafe I visited was newly opened, so I decided to try a cafe latte hot. It was quite lukewarm, and the milk on the surface felt more cool than warm. While looking at the heart pattern, I strongly felt that I should have chosen iced coffee instead. The interior design of the shop is stylish.

4/14 New Open! A cafe where you can work in a sleek atmosphere. It seems to be related to #tayoribake and #asatte, and the baked goods are from TAYORI. I'm happy that a cafe directly connected to the station has opened. Ordered a sugar donut for 300 yen and homemade ginger ale for 650 yen. The donut was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, I finished it in no time. I want to try their breakfast next time. The cafe has a counter and table seats, recommended for solo customers. There were people working on their laptops too. There is also an art space that seems to open on 9/20, I'm curious to see what it will be like. Crowded on holidays, with 2 customers ahead of me around 4 pm.

Let's have lunch on the Yaesu side of Tokyo Station, see the new buildings and the Sora-no-ya statue at Yaesu Central Exit before taking a short break before heading back. There is a Bug Cafe on the first floor of the Gran Tokyo South Tower. Let's go there. The interior of the cafe is all counter seats facing the windows, where everyone is eating and drinking while looking outside. There happened to be two seats available. Let's secure the seats first and then order at the counter. I got the egg pudding and drip coffee, while my wife got two types of chocolate terrine and spiced chai latte. They brought us our order with a number tag. Let's enjoy our food while watching people walk outside. The egg pudding is a nice balance between firm and creamy. It has a moderate egg flavor. The coffee has a slightly strong acidity with a low bitterness. I tried the two types of chocolate terrine my wife ordered, and the rich chocolate flavor is delightful. It has a nice smooth texture. The spiced chai latte has a good amount of spice, which I personally enjoyed. Maybe I should have ordered this. We were able to take a short break while watching people pass by with their luggage. Thank you for the meal. Now, let's head back to the station.

【Note】
I stumbled upon this cafe while exploring Tokyo Station early in the morning. Priced at 400 yen, I thought it would be a stylish place to enjoy a coffee, so I decided to visit. At the entrance, there was an event called "Hachiawase Coffee," where you can expand the possibilities of meeting new people with just a memo. I highly recommend giving it a try! Don't be shy, take a memo ticket and write on it! Who knows, a cup of coffee might change your life! "Encounters that have yet to happen, here." Thank you for the meal.

A cafe operated by the Recruit Group opened on the first floor of Gran Tokyo South. I visited at 9:15 am on a weekday and found that it was quite empty, perhaps due to being newly opened or not being well-suited for morning coffee. The layout is long and narrow with only counter seats facing the road, each equipped with power outlets. Wi-Fi is also available. The main area of the shop is said to become an art center in the future. The morning coffee costs 400 yen. Since it is still newly opened, I hope that the operation will become more settled with time. The coffee was just average. Thank you for the meal.

The hojicha latte had just the right amount of sweetness and was delicious. The donuts could be a little more fluffy. The muffin was dry.
