Visit on 9/23/2016. I had visited once before, but only had a vague memory of it being good. I decided to revisit. This place allows you to experience how the taste of the beer changes depending on the foam, which is unique. I wanted to revisit because I was studying for the Beer Certification exam and saw this place mentioned in the official text. Armed with theoretical knowledge, I wanted to confirm if the beer was really good and in good condition, so I ordered Asahi beer with Sato pour, which I had enjoyed last time. The foam was completely different from other places, and the Sato pour was perfect for a first drink at this time of the year. It had a refreshing taste and smoothness. In my college days, I didn't have a good impression of Japanese pilsner beers, finding them bitter with no good aftertaste, but this Sato pour of Asahi beer was pleasantly delicious and easy to drink. What impressed me the most was the beautiful Belgian lace on the beer glass. The good condition of the foam and glass, with the clear ring of foam on the glass, allowed me to enjoy looking at the glass even after finishing the beer, a unique way to enjoy beer that only a good beer-serving place can provide. Next, I ordered a Sharp pour. I remembered learning about a frothy mist forming between the liquid and foam layers during my Beer Certification study, so I checked if it was present, and it was perfect. You could tell just by looking that it was a delicious beer even before tasting it. The foam of the Sharp pour was also mellow as described. The collaboration of this mellow foam and the Super Dry pilsner taste inside made it taste like a Super Dry I had never experienced in a regular bar. It reminded me of the beer I had at the Asahi Beer factory in Suita, Osaka, back in the day. To provide such high-quality beer at a regular establishment is truly surprising. In addition to Asahi beer, they also offer craft beer, good food, and a stylish bar-like atmosphere, with no negative aspects. Personally, I recommend enjoying the three different ways of pouring Super Dry first before moving on to other craft beers. I felt it was a great beer place worth revisiting.

The draft Orion beer we had at the beginning had a bit of sourness to it, but maybe that's just how it's supposed to be?

The staff has gotten younger, but with training, they will become great bartenders. The food is also delicious. The quality of the food was high and delicious. The service was also efficient.

I recommend this place for craft beer lovers. Although there aren't many beer options, I was very satisfied with the service and speed of food delivery. You can choose the size of beer, so even if you don't drink much, you can try a little. I think it's a beginner-friendly place for craft beer.
