〖⚪Hibiya Days⚪〗Hibiya OKUROJI "Grilled Shellfish Akoya Hibiya" Hibiya Days HIBIYA Days 185th day project extension 282nd day project total 522nd day (officially stationed) Fresh and high-quality shellfish and meat are cooked by craftsmen who have trained in Japanese cuisine right in front of you. You can enjoy carefully crafted dishes that bring out the umami of the ingredients, including recommended menu items purchased that day, in a calm wooden interior. We receive fresh shellfish from all over Japan every day and convey the charm of shellfish to our customers with care. The counter seats allow you to enjoy the live atmosphere unique to the open kitchen. Hibiya OKUROJI towards Shinbashi Hibiya OKUROJI towards Yurakucho Hibiya OKUROJI Today, as usual, I left the Hibiya office after 1:00 PM and headed to Hibiya OKUROJI. I pass by the front of the store on my way to work every day, just like "Sakana Yoiwai Ateniyor." I was planning to come here today (although it's a bit late now) because yesterday, I was taking photos in front of the store when a female staff member happened to come out and said, "Please come and visit us if you'd like." I replied, "I'll come tomorrow," and that's how I ended up here today (laughs). Shellfish have been consumed since the Jomon period, with shell mounds found all over the country and used as a form of currency. There is a history of the relationship between people and shellfish, and we will continue to convey the wonderfulness of shellfish to everyone. The sashimi, grilled fish, and fry set meals offer a great deal with a variety of main dishes, but I don't want to put the restaurant in the red, so I choose the sashimi set meal. In front of me is the live kitchen where the chef featured on Instagram cooks right in front of me. Maybe I should go to "Uguisuen" in Uguisudani after a long time... (Is that the right place?) I still want tuna in the sashimi assortment after all. I have a simple palate (laughs). It was a great dining experience. The interior of the restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere with furniture moved from old houses. The salted fish guts and sake bombs really hit the spot. The staff are all polite and make you feel comfortable. The restroom is shared with nearby stores, but it is well-maintained. I rated it 4.5 because I wish they had a wider selection of sake. I would love to visit again.

On Monday during the Obon holiday, the office district is probably quiet. I decided to visit a tourist spot around noon and found it to be not too crowded, so I quickly ordered the "deficit set meal for 1500 yen" by myself. The food was served promptly, which was appreciated. The meal included 4 types of sashimi, simmered tofu, pickles, cod roe, clam tsukudani, and miso soup with daikon. There was a generous amount of dried baby sardines and seaweed on top of the rice. The deep-fried swordfish and grilled mackerel were served piping hot in succession. There were so many side dishes that I ended up getting a second helping of rice at no extra charge. It was enjoyable to taste a variety of seafood little by little. The meal felt like a good accompaniment to alcohol, so I could probably have another 2 cups of sake with it (laughs). I wish there were cheaper set meals available so I could visit more often, but I guess I'm just being picky in a tourist spot.

A restaurant located under the elevated tracks between Shinbashi Station and Yurakucho Station, Hibiya OKUROJI, is a place that specializes in shellfish and fresh fish. I visited for lunch on a weekday. The Hokkaido set meal I ordered (¥2000) had a generous amount of dishes, with sashimi, marinated shellfish, grilled fish, scallop with butter, fried white fish, salmon and salmon roe rice, crab miso soup, and pickles. Not only was the presentation of the dishes and the tableware visually appealing, but the taste and portion size were also excellent, making it a very satisfying meal. I would like to come back in the evening to enjoy grilled shellfish and sake.

Under the guardrail seeking clams and sake. It was not a dark and narrow image under the guardrail, but a street lined with lovely shops. We were able to enjoy a variety of dishes from sashimi to grilled and simmered. There was also sake, and we were able to enjoy some fun drinks.

When I go to a sushi restaurant, I always worry that they will only serve shellfish, so I came here instead. The appetizer with shellfish really got me excited! The sashimi platter, oysters, and grilled shellfish were all amazing and went perfectly with the drinks! And to top it off, they even gave us onigiri as a souvenir! It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Today, I was planning to watch a movie at lunchtime, so I was wandering around looking for a place to eat nearby. I came across this restaurant and decided to try their seafood bowl. Although other dishes looked delicious too, I decided to go with my initial impression and ordered the seafood bowl. It was as tasty as I had expected. The cost performance was also good, so I recommend it.

I arrived around 11:40 and it wasn't too crowded under the overpass, probably because it was just after the TV program had ended. If you go after 12:00, you can get in right away. I ordered the lunch set which was a good deal, and I was able to try a variety of dishes. It was just the right amount for a woman, but might be a bit small for a man. Everything was delicious, especially the miso soup!

After the renovation, the deficit set meal was still available. The deficit set meal costs 1500 yen and includes sashimi (sea bass, bonito, medium fatty tuna), grilled dish (mackerel), fried dish (five-color deep-fried swordfish), side dish (ginger candy, spicy cod roe, clams), hot dish (spicy konjac), rice (shirasu and seaweed bowl), pickles, and miso soup. The sashimi, grilled dish, and fried dish are served hot. While not outstanding, the food was tasty. The sashimi and shirasu were particularly good. The atmosphere seems to have been renovated, but I'm not sure about the specifics. The interior and furnishings are nice. The service is good, but the customer service didn't quite suit me. Overall, there is a variety of dishes available, and the hot dishes are a nice touch. The cost performance is reasonable. When recommending to others, I will mention the unique customer service aspect. Thank you for the meal.

I'm not sure how much Kansai dialect is being used, but when I was in charge of a company in Okayama, the intonation was a bit different, so Kansai dialect is up to Hyogo prefecture, and Nagoya is different, so the impression is Mie prefecture. Speaking of Mie prefecture, recently married Rika Adachi is famous, but the twin talent known for their big appetites, Harapeco Twins, are also from Mie prefecture. The older sister is "Kako" and the younger sister is "Ako", but if you say the younger sister's name in Kansai dialect, it would be like this. So today's lunch is at Acoya, a grilled clam restaurant. I checked out this place when I went to eat somen the other day, so here I am. I ordered the "Akaji Lunch" and my colleague ordered the "Seafood Bowl". The name of the restaurant is a bit concerning, but since it's on the menu, it should be okay to order. While chatting, the menu was served in about 8 minutes. The hospitality is evident from the shirasu and sliminess on the rice. The nine dishes lined up on the tray, including the soy sauce dish, are truly impressive. First, I'll have the sashimi. It's wonderful to be able to enjoy four types of fresh fish. Next, the colorful dish seems to be chicken wrapped in arare? The balance of appearance and taste is great. The grilled fish with roughly grated daikon is also exquisite. With three side dishes like chilled tofu and rice, the rice just keeps disappearing. My colleague had seconds. With pickles as well, the grilled, fried, sashimi, small dish, and miso soup all make for a well-balanced set meal. I'm curious about the bowls, set meals, and courses my colleague ordered, so I'll come back again. On the way out, I happened to run into my former colleague K who was in the department before I left my previous job, so I'll have to plan a drink or lunch and invite him.

I visited a restaurant that I had been curious about because I love clams, scallops, red clams, and clams. I decided on either the "Kaiya Fry Set Meal" or the "Akaji Set Meal," but I couldn't find the Fry Set Meal, so I ended up ordering the "Akoya Seafood Bowl" after looking at the menu photos. The seafood bowl had various types of fish in it, but I couldn't tell if there were any clams. I'm not good with seafood at all, so I didn't know. I enjoyed it, but I ate it so quickly that I started to feel embarrassed. Next time, I will definitely eat clams!

I went to Hibiya Okuroji Series to eat the Akaji set meal that I love! I had been aiming for it for a while, so I headed there to arrive around 11:15 on Sunday. As you can see in the photos, it's an absurd amount of food. Why is it that a set meal with both meat and fish is such a great deal... First of all, the rice is delicious. The rice cooked in the kettle is the best! The freshly grilled mackerel that came later and the freshly fried chicken, of course, go well with the rice. Even the seaweed-like topping on the rice is amazing... Since it's a shellfish restaurant, it might be nice to have a few more shellfish menu items, but that can be saved for the evening menu, so I left without ordering any additional dishes. (I wanted to try the shellfish namero, but I was quite full and couldn't order it) Next, I'm curious about the Hokkai set meal for dinner or lunch~!

The clams and clams were not very fresh, so I asked for them to be cooked additionally. The oysters were large and cost 800 yen each. This time they were from Sanriku and very delicious, a big hit. The sea urchin was decent. I had a special junmai sake called Hiroki. Just because it's Hiroki doesn't mean everything is delicious.

I went to #YakigaiAkoya for dinner in Hibiya. It's a popular restaurant with 3.442 reviews on Tabelog and costs around 18,000 yen per person. Located 5 minutes on foot from Shimbashi Station and 7 minutes from Hibiya, inside OKUROJI next to Manten Sushi. It's a must-visit for shellfish lovers with a menu featuring delicious dishes like #Mirugai, #Akagai, and #Tairagai sashimi. The shellfish are amazing! The grilled shellfish trio goes perfectly with sake. Unique dishes like steamed oysters with miso and shellfish chijimi are also delicious. We finished with shellfish kamameshi and left fully satisfied. Even if you don't get the course menu, ordering a la carte is enough. We had a great time with one bottle of sparkling wine and spent 18,000 yen for two people. The restaurant is clean and you can watch the chef's knife skills at the counter, so I recommend sitting there. Shellfish lovers, you must visit! #HibiyaGourmet #HibiyaDinner #ShimbashiGourmet #ShimbashiDinner #HibiyaOkuroji #Hibiyaokuroji #Shellfish #HibiyaIzakaya #ShimbashiIzakaya #YakigaiAkoyaHibiya

I recently discovered a shellfish cuisine restaurant called "Akoya" while taking a walk in Hibiya. I remembered visiting the Ebisu branch in the past. However, on the day I found it, I had already eaten lunch, so I decided to visit another day for lunch. The lunch menu was not extensive, but there was something that caught my eye - the "Deficit Set Meal for 1500 yen." I was curious about what kind of meal would be claimed to be in deficit, so I ended up ordering it. What came out was ultimately satisfying! First, a soup and several small side dishes were brought out, followed by fried food, grilled food, sashimi, and more. When the rice arrived, the meal was complete. It was an incredibly luxurious set meal, and each dish was intricately prepared and, above all, delicious! It definitely lived up to its claim of being in deficit. I would love to go back and eat there again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The restaurant is located in the stylish elevated dining area called Hibiya Okuroji under the Yamanote Line. I was drawn to the shellfish dishes and the delicious-looking drinks, so I entered with a casual dining feeling. The interior of the restaurant is a calm space with the warmth of wood, making it very comfortable. We had a table seat, but it was enjoyable to see the chefs cooking in the open kitchen. For the dishes, we had the Assorted Grilled Shellfish Platter (3100 yen), Scallop and Cream Cheese Mille-feuille (1400 yen), Steamed Clams in Sake (1100 yen), Raw Tuna with Miso Paste (600 yen), Sea Urchin Wrapped in Seaweed (1800 yen), Yuzu-chan's Sake (650 yen), Lemon Sour (650 yen), and a Charge fee (600 yen x 2). The Scallop and Cream Cheese Mille-feuille was unexpectedly presented and had a delicious crispy texture. The grilled shellfish and sea urchin were fresh, and the steamed clams had a gentle flavor that brought out the ingredients. I think this restaurant would be particularly appealing to shellfish lovers and sake drinkers.

Visited the restaurant after finishing work on a public holiday. Was seated at the lowest seat at the counter, even though there were empty seats. The clientele seemed to be older, with many stylish couples. Maybe a young guy like me isn't very welcome here. Oh well. I ordered the "deficit lunch" (limited quantity) for 1500 yen. The nearby customer muttered that it definitely wasn't limited quantity. The sashimi was honestly average. The rest of the food was generally tasty but not exceptional. The inexperienced part-time employee's service was understandable, but the lady behind the counter, who seemed to be a staff member, used casual language with everyone, which felt a bit off. Just once is enough.

The restaurant was full of shellfish! The sea cucumber with miso paste was incredibly delicious! I tried both grilled shellfish with liver and sashimi, both were excellent. The scallops grilled with seaweed were also delicious and hot. Eating at the counter is recommended. It wasn't crowded even during Golden Week, so we were seated right away. The rice cooked in a pot was okay, but it lacked a punch.

Located under the guard in Uchisaiwai-cho, this shellfish restaurant was mentioned in a long-running program that ended in March. I had hesitated to enter because the kitchen staff were not wearing masks, but I forgot about that and decided to have lunch there on a rainy day. As expected, the kitchen staff were not wearing masks and there were no partitions, which made me a bit nervous. I was seated at the counter and ordered the limited "deficit set meal" for 1500 yen from the menu displayed outside. The "deficit set meal" was served on a large tray with various small dishes, followed by grilled sardines and oyster fry. The set meal consisted of 8 items that go well with soy sauce, with rice topped with boiled whitebait and seaweed. It also included toppings like baby sardines, spicy cod roe, and simmered shellfish, making it hard to decide what to eat first. The sashimi was excellent, but as more guests arrived for dinner, I paid with a cashless payment and left after just 14 minutes, as there was no need to stay longer.

It was a rainy day, so I decided to take shelter in Hibiya Okuroji and have lunch there. I managed to get a seat at a place that had a long line before. I ordered the "Deficit Lunch" (1,500 yen) which was a signature dish. The sashimi assortment included swordfish, flounder, beltfish, and anchovies. The seafood was very fresh and delicious. The tofu with bonito flakes and spicy mustard was also tasty. The grilled mackerel and oyster fry were good, although it would have been even better if they were freshly fried. The rice bowl came with seaweed and marinated swordfish. The side dishes like egg omelet and clam pickles were plentiful. The miso soup with radish and fried tofu had a homey flavor. Overall, it was a satisfying meal and I would love to come back for a seafood dinner in the evening. As a fan of shellfish, I would definitely recommend this place.

Visited around 12:30 on Sunday. Had to wait a few minutes for a table as there was a turnover happening. The place quickly filled up afterwards, so you might have to wait depending on the timing. Ordered the "Akaji Set Meal" for 1,500 yen. The dishes were gradually served one by one. It seemed quite busy, so it took longer than expected. The menu items were slightly different from what was listed. The sashimi was a rare lineup different from the menu, so I wish they had explained it. The rice bowl had bonito flakes instead of whitebait, which was disappointing. The crispy five-colored fried fish was delicious though. The portion sizes were small, but everything was consistently tasty. You could ask for extra rice. Many people were drinking from lunchtime, and there were a few regulars. The friendly male staff at the counter made you want to come back.
