In the morning at number 4. Sitting on the terrace. During the summer, the vinyl sheet was lowered to store the cool air, giving it an indoor feel, but now that it's cooler, the vinyl sheet has been rolled up. It truly feels like a terrace. A luxurious morning that briefly makes you forget you're in the city. There is a plate on the table with a QR code. Although mobile ordering is the norm, I like to go to the counter and place my order while discussing with the staff. Today, I ordered the "French Toast Plate" which comes with bacon, eggs, and salad. I requested the eggs to be cooked over medium without flipping, and the bacon to be crispy. Please also bring some maple syrup. The staff took my requests with a smile, which was comforting. As I waited at my table, the waitress brought me coffee and mentioned that the vinyl sheet will be put away until winter, smiling warmly. It's a great place indeed. After a short wait, the food was ready. The kitchen staff asked if the cooking was to my liking, which was appreciated. The bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly, and I replied with a smile, "Yes, it's perfect." The plate was vibrant with green, red, yellow, and brown colors. The sunny-side-up eggs looked delicious even before I took a bite. I started with the salad, which was fresh and crunchy with a quinoa and herb dressing. The eggs were perfectly cooked, with the yolk oozing out and blending with the crispy edges of the white. The bacon was crispy and flavorful, with a hint of burnt fat adding to the experience. The French toast made with brioche bread was exceptionally tasty, especially with the salted butter and marmalade topping. Of course, I couldn't resist adding maple syrup. The combination of sweet, sour, and bitter flavors was delightful. The last bite, with bacon and French toast together, was a perfect ending. As I left the restaurant with a smile, I thought, "I need to walk a lot today."
