Visit Difficulty ★☆☆☆☆☑️"Special Chicken White Soup Pho" (950 yen)☑️"Shrimp Coconut Curry Banh Mi" (980 yen). * ୨୧┈┈┈┈Report✍┈┈┈┈୨୧ *《Recommended Points》☑️For those who like ethnic cuisine☑️For those who want to eat Banh Mi and Pho☑️For those looking for a healthy lunch around Otemachi Station"Vietnamese Tokyo" opened in April. It is a conveniently located restaurant on the basement floor of the Otemachi One Building♪I used to eat Banh Mi a lot, so when I heard that a sister store (Vietnamese Tokyo) opened in April, I decided to visit☺️The modern space and spacious table seats make it easy for even one person to enter. Orders are taken via QR code, so even during busy times, it's smooth. The menu consists of Pho/Banh Mi, with two types available. They aim to provide a "basic Asian cuisine (ethnic cuisine) while utilizing alternative ingredients to make it accessible to a wide range of people."The Pho comes in a limited quantity "Shrimp Tantan Pho" and the standard "Special Chicken White Soup Pho." I chose the latter♪It comes with default toppings of green onions, bean sprouts, chashu, and cilantro. Within the originally light seasoning, the gently simmered chicken white soup and the rich flavor of 10 types of vegetable potage spread, and the noodles are slurpy. What impressed me was the ability to make "4 flavor variations"☆彡 with the lemon, sesame, black pepper, and curry powder provided. My recommendation is to use curry powder to make it like curry udon. You can also change to a large serving or increase each topping. The moist chashu also has a solid volume, so this one dish alone provides a sense of satisfaction. It fills the stomach, but it has a gentle feeling on the stomach, so it is recommended for those who want to rest their stomach after having many drinking parties or for those who lose their appetite in the heat☺️The "Banh Mi" comes in three varieties: ham, ginger pork, and shrimp coconut curry. The scent of spices that arouses your appetite even before you eat it. Despite the strong spices, it has a mild taste, making it easy for those who are not good with spicy food to try. The plump shrimp inside and the fluffy crispy buns provide an enjoyable contrast. Even if you eat two, the calorie count is moderate. Perfect for those who want to build up stamina in early summer, so please try it out!

I wanted to eat the shrimp tantan noodles, but I had to give up because I couldn't choose it as a set... The chicken ham in the chicken ham pho was extremely delicious. However, the soup was too little... The noodles got too hard because I wanted more soup in the pho... The banh mi was tasty, but I would be happier if there were more vegetables... The mini salad is really mini. You can finish it in just 2 bites. Surprisingly, it filled me up, but I still felt unsatisfied. Personally, I think 1200 yen for this is a bit expensive... The place is new, very clean, stylish, and has a great environment, so it's a bit disappointing...

This is a Vietnamese restaurant located in a building directly connected to Otemachi Station. I visited around 6 pm on a weekday, so there was only one other customer besides me. I was able to enjoy a leisurely dinner. The menu offers pho and banh mi, and you order at the register (cashless only) in advance. I heard there was a limited shrimp pho available, so I ordered that. It came with a salad. The pho had a slightly soft texture, but the soup was very delicious. It had a coconut milk-like flavor with an ethnic twist, not the typical Chinese-style spicy soup. The shrimp was firm and tasty. They also offer a half set with pho and banh mi for lunch, so I would like to visit for lunch next time.

This was my first visit for lunch. I chose this restaurant because they had an interesting limited menu item, the rich and spicy shrimp tantan pho. I ordered using a QR code, which was quite modern. After a few minutes of waiting, the pho arrived. There were various flavors like shrimp miso and fried shrimp that you could adjust to your liking. I thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp.

I visited this building where there has been a turnover of shops since the opening. As I arrived right after opening, there were no other customers. I sat at the designated seat towards the back wall, second from the right end. The chair was uncomfortable and the menu was limited to three options for banh mi: Homemade Chicken Ham for 950 yen, Shrimp Coconut Curry for 980 yen, and Vietnamese-style Ginger Pork for 980 yen. I chose the Ginger Pork and it was served in about 3 minutes. The dish looked plain and the portion was small, but the flavor was decent. I finished it quickly and set a new record for the shortest lunchtime dining experience. The soft drink was an additional 300 yen, making the overall price still high. Even with the recent upgrades to the banh mi, including improved bread and added salad and soup, the value for money remains questionable.

5. Order Items
- Half & Half Pho and Banh Mi for 1,200 yen
- Served in 3-4 minutes from ordering (;´∀`)
- The "Pho" is made with a special chicken white broth soup and a blend of 10 vegetable potages, making it richer than regular "Pho" soup
- Selected the "Shrimp Coconut Curry Banh Mi", which allows you to enjoy a spicy coconut curry, but this Banh Mi seems to have less "fillings" than usual
- Both items are okay in taste, but the portion size is too small (+o+)
- The target customers are likely high-income employees of M Corporation working on the upper floors, so they may not be concerned about the cost performance (bitter smile)
Thank you for the meal.

This place specializes in healthy pho and banh mi sandwiches! They serve breakfast starting at 8 am, so I arrived a minute early all excited, but the shutter was still closed! Oh no! As I stood there with my arms crossed, the shutter slowly went up with a creaking sound. "Are you ready?" the staff asked. "Yes! Please seat yourself wherever you like." I sat down and found a plate with a QR code. "Please place your order using this QR code," the staff instructed. I chose the special chicken white broth pho and the shrimp coconut curry banh mi, both in half sizes. The banh mi had a burst of coconut curry flavor with juicy shrimp and cilantro as accents. It was delicious! They use additive-free bread, I heard. The pho had a creamy and flavorful soup with tender chicken. Also very tasty! I would definitely go for regular sizes of both dishes any other time of the day. However, one thing to note is that they don't have a drink menu in the morning (though they have it for lunch). The café Maison Kaiser across the street seems to attract more customers, probably because they offer drinks. Maybe this place wants to focus more on soba or set meal-like options for breakfast? I'm not quite sure about their direction. Nevertheless, it's a rare find to have healthy pho and banh mi for breakfast, and I hope they do well. Oh, and they accept cashless payments!

I ordered a set of pho and ginger pork banh mi. The pho was light but flavorful, and the banh mi had a rich taste that balanced well. The restaurant is small and not very relaxing, but it's perfect for a solo lunch.

I don't like cilantro so I didn't want it in my salad. The tantan pho was delicious. It could use a little more acidity.

This was delicious in its own way, but it's not a traditional Banh Mi. It seems like it's been overly adjusted for a Japanese audience. Also, the portion was small, even a woman wouldn't feel full after eating just one.
