Purchased from a food truck. Ordered Loco Moco with demi-glace sauce and BBQ chicken. Loco Moco: The meat lacks flavor. The potato chips on the side are the best part. The sauce is tasty, but not enough to make up for the lack of meat flavor. Chicken: Some parts have a burnt bitter taste. The meat lacks flavor, but it's better than the hamburger.

This is a Hawaiian bento shop in Nihonbashi. It's located about a 2-minute walk from Shin-Nihonbashi Station or a 10-minute walk from Mitsukoshi-mae. It's located next to where Hiyoko Curry used to be, which is now a brewery. The menu is limited to about 8 items, similar to what they offer on their food truck. The food is prepared after you order, so it's similar to the food truck experience. They offer four variations of Loco Moco, BBQ Chicken, Taco Slices, Chicken Curry, and a Combo. The Loco Moco is priced at 680 yen each, with the Combo being the most expensive at 850 yen. I ordered the Loco Moco with Demi-Glace Sauce (680 yen) on this visit. The order was ready in about a minute, and I took it to go. The food comes in an American-style paper container and includes hamburger patty, macaroni, egg, lettuce, potato chips, and rice. The patty was not very juicy and was on the firmer side, made with lean meat. Overall, it was a healthier option compared to convenience store food.

Friday's treat. Every time I eat here, it's the Combo. It's the only choice for me now. The portion is generous, and even men will be satisfied. The meal includes rice, chicken sauté with teriyaki sauce, hamburger steak with gravy sauce (optional demi-glace sauce), salad, macaroni chips, onsen tamago (hot spring egg), and kimchi topped with mayo beam. The regular size is 850 yen, and the extra-large size is 900 yen. They also accommodate specific requests. If you're not sure how to order, you can just follow the regular customers in line or ask, they will kindly explain everything. For me, taste and customer service are important. If those are good, I become a regular customer. This place fits the bill perfectly. As for the taste... the slightly firm hamburger steak combined with the gravy sauce enhances the flavor. The teriyaki chicken is delicious on its own or mixed with the broken onsen tamago. The macaroni chips and kimchi are great palate cleansers. Oh, thinking about it is making me hungry... I tried the demi-glace sauce once, but I've decided to stick with the gravy sauce for life. It's a shame they seem to be closed on weekends, so weekdays are the only chance to visit. I want to treat my family to this... The store is located in Nihonbashi and also has a food truck.

It is a kitchen car operation. The kitchen cars around Ochanomizu area tend to be expensive, but this one is quite reasonable at around 700 yen. It is operated by one person, so even with a line of 4-5 people, it may take longer than expected. I purchased the BBQ chicken, which had a crispy chicken skin and a sweet sauce that goes well with rice. It has a Hawaiian taste, but it's a mystery why kimchi is served with it...lol.

This is a kitchen car that travels around various locations in Tokyo. For the latest information, please refer to the kitchen car's Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/paradise_2_hawaiian_deli/?hl=ja They mainly serve Hawaiian food such as Loco Moco, Furi Furi Chicken, and Taco Rice. The portions of white rice are usually large, but you can ask the staff for less rice if you prefer. Both the Loco Moco and other menu items are delicious, so all of them are recommended.

I ordered a Loco Moco with gravy sauce from Uber Eats. It cost 950 yen with cheese topping for 100 yen, avocado dip for 200 yen, and a delivery fee of 350 yen. The hamburger patty is made of 100% beef and has a meaty texture. The gravy sauce adds to the meaty flavor. The patty is slightly over 1 cm thick and is a bit firm, almost to the point of being able to cut it with a spoon. Personally, I prefer a softer texture. I don't eat Loco Moco often, but I think this firmness is standard. It has a very indulgent taste with a strong punch, so it's good for an occasional treat. I would rate it as 3.0 for ordering again.
