Located just a 3-minute walk from Yoyogi Station, I recently visited a yakiniku restaurant called "29 Terrace" where you can enjoy premium brand beef. The first thing I want to mention is that the meat is incredibly delicious, and the staff's customer service is excellent. They mainly offer richly flavored lean brand beef, such as Matsusaka beef and Tottori Wagyu, sourced directly to provide fresh and high-quality meat at a reasonable price. The meat is hand-cut after ordering to ensure it is served in the best condition. The interior of the restaurant has a chic atmosphere with a black color scheme, offering counter seats, table seats, and spacious sunken kotatsu seats suitable for various occasions from solo dining to meals with friends or dates. The ventilation measures are also well taken care of. During my visit, I tried the following menu items: - Premium Tongue: Thick slices of a luxurious part of the tongue, incredibly delicious. - Premium Sirloin (Ichibo and Katasankaku): A high-quality part of the sirloin, with Ichibo being the most marbled part of the beef, tender and sweet. - Grilled Shabu Sirloin: A large piece of Wagyu sirloin quickly seared and served with egg, meltingly tender and flavorful. The salad appetizer is refillable, and any leftovers can be turned into a smoothie with added bananas and apples. They offer a variety of drinks including frozen fruit sours, wines, and makgeolli. The staff at the restaurant are lovely, providing attentive and courteous service, making the dining experience very pleasant. As I left, they said, "Please come again anytime. Take care of yourself," which was very heartwarming. If you want to enjoy carefully selected premium beef cuts at a reasonable price, I highly recommend visiting 29 Terrace.

Yoyogi Station is a 3-minute walk away, making it a great location. I went for my first solo yakiniku experience. I enjoyed high-quality wagyu beef in a calm atmosphere ☺️ Today's menu included free-flowing raw vegetables & grilled vegetables as an appetizer. The carrot dressing was delicious. They even offered to make a smoothie with any leftover vegetables. So kind! Frozen fruit sour pineapple was refreshing with chunks of pineapple, perfect with the meat ☺️ Limited quantity thick-cut negi-tan is a must-try. It's a bag-like cut of beef tongue with plenty of seasoned leeks inside. Cooked for 4 minutes on each side and 2 minutes on the leek part, it was absolutely delicious. I couldn't afford to mess up, so I used a timer. The special selection of wagyu sirloin was amazing. It was fatty and melted in the mouth. Kimpa (Korean-style seaweed roll) with yukhoe on top was also delicious and filling. The meat and vegetables were all so tasty, and I left feeling completely satisfied.

The taste is average for the price. The selling point seems to be the generous amount of green onions, but you can find that at other places too. The cost performance is not good. There are other places that are cheap and delicious, so I don't think I will visit again. The staff were polite and it was nice that the appetizer was vegetables with free refills. Thank you for the meal.

Yoyogi Station is about a 3-minute walk away. Headed to Wagyu Yakiniku Terrace 29. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I toasted with a Miru Cola and a Pineapple Sour. I tried the Miru Cola for the first time and I really liked its unique taste. It was a craft cola made with fresh ingredients. [Ordered dishes] 1. Fresh Vegetable Assortment A lot of fresh vegetables! They are directly delivered from farmers in Chiba and Miura Peninsula. I enjoyed eating grilled eggplant and eringi mushrooms, as well as dipping them in the delicious dressing. The leftover vegetables were made into a smoothie. I enjoyed every bite until the end. 2. Negi Tan This is a specialty dish! Thick slices of tongue with leeks inside. I grilled each side for 4 minutes as instructed by the staff. The meat was tender and flavorful, a must-try for tongue lovers. 3. Kimpa The Kimpa was bigger than I expected. I drizzled soy sauce and cracked an egg over it before enjoying it. 4. Sendai Beef Sashimi It was my first time trying beef sashimi. The thin slices were easy to eat, and before I knew it, I had finished the dish. I had a relaxing time in the cozy atmosphere of this hidden gem of a restaurant.

This was my first visit to the restaurant. The location was a bit hard to find and the access was not great, but I still want to come back! The staff were helpful to us who were not used to mobile ordering, and most importantly, the tongue was very delicious! We missed out on the specialty green onion tongue, but I was surprised by how tender this thick-cut tongue was. I recommend it to those who like tongue! I will visit again.

The premium course at Makuake comes with delicious and flavorful vegetables to start. The Namul that follows is also tasty, setting high expectations for a yakiniku restaurant that serves such delicious vegetables. The Negitan should be grilled for 4 minutes on each side, and although it is delicious, I personally think it would be better with some extra toppings. The low-temperature cooked liver is amazing, even better than raw liver in my opinion. The low-temperature cooked tongue sashimi is decent. The Chateaubriand was served frozen but was incredibly tender and melted in the mouth, although it would be better if it could be quickly seared after thawing. All the various cuts of lean meat were of high quality and delicious. For the finale, I chose the Yukke Kimpa over the garlic rice, but personally, I would prefer a soup dish for the ending. Although I may sound greedy, I would have liked to try some hormone as well. The speed of the all-you-can-drink alcohol service was fast, and overall, I was quite satisfied. The premium course is usually priced at 12,000 yen, offering good value for money, with a rating of 0.1 in terms of cost performance. Although Yoyogi is not a place I visit often, I would definitely like to come back to this restaurant.

To be powerful and active, you need meat! I enjoyed fresh vegetable platter, grilled beef tongue, Kimbap, today's Japanese beef, and Sendai beef sashimi! And a Frozen Lemon Sour. The Frozen Lemon Sour was so refreshing! Cheers to summer. The fresh vegetable platter is delivered directly from farmers in Chiba Prefecture and Miura Peninsula. It's really fresh and crunchy, making me feel happy. Oh, I've never seen Kimbap like this before. It's topped with Yukhoe! When you pour the sauce and eat it, it's surprisingly delicious. The grilled beef tongue is thick and impressive! Grilling it for about 4 minutes gives it a satisfying meaty texture. The Sendai beef sashimi, when lightly grilled, melts in your mouth, allowing you to savor the deliciousness of the fresh fat. You can also wrap it in vegetables for a second enjoyment. I am extremely satisfied with this Shinjuku gourmet exploration! The hospitality is top-notch as always. It's a blissful time. Shinjuku Yoyogi is such a great area. I thought the same thing last time too. Check out this popular restaurant in Shinjuku Yoyogi!

I made a reservation for a set lunch. The staff cooked the grilled wagyu beef for us, but the teppan was not yet warm enough and the cooking was disappointing. We had to wait about 20 minutes after the rice was served before the meat arrived, so the rice had already cooled down. There were 4 staff members in the restaurant, and about 5 groups came in right when it opened, with 4 of them ordering the lunch course. Despite the number of people, the food took a while to come out, which made me wonder if they were unprepared. My friends from Kansai were visiting and we were looking forward to it, but I don't think I'll be going back.

The all-you-can-eat fresh vegetables were good. The dressing was also tasty. The tongue salt could have used a bit more salt. The soy sauce and miso sauce were on the thick side. The meat portions were a bit small, but overall I left feeling full and it wasn't too expensive.

I was not impressed as my expectations were high. Despite making a phone reservation, they did not have my reservation on file and I couldn't order the 3000 yen course. I had to settle for the 1500 yen course and order a la carte, but the staff, mostly new part-timers, were disappointing in their service. Going right at opening meant the preparation for those who reserved courses was prioritized, leading to slow service for others. Even though there may be various reasons, customers, including first-timers, should be taken into consideration. The meat was already seasoned, so the sauces on the table were unnecessary. There were garlic miso and miso-based sauces on the table without any explanation, leaving us confused. We had to ask for paper aprons as they were not offered automatically.

The recommended dish was Negi Gyutan ✨ It was delicious with the combination of green onions and thick beef tongue. The Misuji, which was also recommended, had a sweet fat that was amazing! We enjoyed it with wasabi and salt for a refreshing taste. It was so good that my friend and I fought over it! The staff were attentive, but it was a bit difficult to get their attention, we had to call out loudly "Excuse me!" However, the interior of the restaurant was stylish and the food was delicious, so I would like to go again. Thank you for the meal.

I treated myself to a meat feast at a specialty yakiniku restaurant that offers high-class branded beef such as Matsusaka beef, Tajima beef, and Yonezawa beef ⭐️❤️‍🥩. Located a few minutes' walk from Yoyogi Station, the restaurant has a terrace where you can enjoy your meal. Some of the highlights from the menu include thick-cut negi-tan (beef tongue), hefty yukhoe kimbap, today's choice of wagyu (meltingly tender misuji cut), a fresh vegetable platter, and freshly squeezed smoothies. They also serve chunky fruit frozen cocktails, highballs, and offer a refillable supply of fresh vegetables and grilled vegetables as a complimentary appetizer. Any leftover vegetables can be turned into a fresh smoothie. The negi-tan was thick, juicy, and had just the right amount of chewiness. The generous portion of yukhoe was a mouthful of pure bliss. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, engaging in friendly conversations with foreign guests and happily fulfilling special requests like serving smoothies to a customer who was hooked on them. The staff member Hirose was bright and attentive. ☺️

Today, I am still suffering from lack of sleep haha. It's only Wednesday, the week feels long. So, I treated myself to a solo dining experience at Terrace 29. I had a delicious meal of Japanese beef BBQ in Shinjuku. The A5 Wagyu beef BBQ was so good that even the people around me were saying how tasty it was! First, a plate of fresh vegetables was served, and the remaining vegetables were turned into a freshly squeezed smoothie. I toasted with a craft cola on this hot day. I enjoyed a lovely non-alcoholic cocktail that tasted like a real cocktail. The Negitan (Japanese beef tongue) was incredibly delicious and easy to eat. And the Insight (beef intestines) was full of flavor. Lastly, I tried the Kimpa, a type of sushi roll, which was new and delicious. The meal ended with the remaining vegetables turned into a refreshing smoothie. There were families dining at the restaurant as well. With the power of good meat, I am ready to tackle the rest of the week!

It was very delicious. It was great that you could have unlimited refills of vegetables. The beef tongue was thick and delicious, especially when sandwiched with leeks. The Yukke Kimpa was also unique. The craft cola, Ira Cola, had spices in it and seemed good for the body. Lastly, we were served a vegetable smoothie, which was easy to drink. The staff were also very friendly. Thank you for the meal. I would like to visit again.

I ordered the visually stunning tongue dish, but I didn't know the correct way to cook it. Cooking Negitan is difficult... the green onions fall off... that's me. However, I went to a stylish yakiniku restaurant in Yoyogi. I ordered the Negitan as planned, got some cooking tips, and still felt like something was off today. But even if the cooking was bad, delicious food is still delicious. All the meat was delicious without exception, and the vegetables were all-you-can-eat. Plus, if you have leftover vegetables, they can make a smoothie for you, which is truly great service. (I was too full to order a smoothie). I went with my girlfriends, and the atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious, so I'm satisfied! There are many izakayas around, so you could even do a pub crawl. Personal point of attention: Toilet information - It's a unisex toilet, normal size, and cleanliness is good.

Today we had a meal at this restaurant, "29 Terrace," located less than 5 minutes from Yoyogi Station. We toasted with Iracola, a refreshing drink that I really like. Along with our drinks, we were served a vegetable platter. It was filled with grilled vegetables and salad, a whole bowl full! The vegetables included sunny lettuce, red radish, green beans, garlic sprouts, bell peppers, pumpkin, eggplant, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and broccoli. We could enjoy the raw vegetables with the miso and dressing prepared by the restaurant. The dressing was so delicious that I finished it all! Of course, it was also okay to wrap the vegetables with meat. Negi-tan, thick slices of beef tongue filled with green onions, was grilled on both sides for 4 minutes each. It was seasoned perfectly, so we ate it as it is. The juicy beef tongue with plenty of green onions was a perfect match! Since the green onions were packed inside, it was easy to grill without dropping too much. On top of the kimpap, there was a mountain of yukhoe! We drizzled the sauce with a syringe, broke the egg yolk, and took a bite... It was also delicious in one bite! The meat was tender and tasty! The kimpap was also full of ingredients, making it a delightful meal! The vegetable platter served at the beginning allowed us to have a well-balanced meal. The stable gas fire also made it easy to grill. Check out more of this blog here: http://kapilog.yutabi.net/
