On a Saturday evening after 7:00 PM, on the way back after finishing some errands, my companion mentioned feeling a bit hungry, so we decided to check out a place that had caught our eye. Looking in from outside, we noticed a few empty seats. Upon opening the door, we were asked to wait outside for a moment. After about 2 minutes, we were seated in a corner near the entrance, as the counter was fully occupied. There were about 3 table seats further back. We ordered two servings of gyoza (8 pieces @ ¥500 each) and one serving of ginger gyoza (8 pieces without garlic @ ¥500), along with a highball (¥550) and a glass of red wine (¥750). Later on, we added one serving each of gyoza and ginger gyoza. The interior of the restaurant was lively and bustling, with a narrow entrance where only one person could pass behind those seated at the counter. There were about 3-4 staff members in the kitchen. The atmosphere was vibrant and the place was clean. The customers were mostly young, with many couples and even a group of two female friends. The gyoza, though small in size with wings attached, were generously filled and juicy, packed with plenty of vegetables. The crispy texture on the outside complemented the juicy filling well. The ginger gyoza, when dipped in miso sauce as recommended, indeed tasted delicious, with flavors expanding in the mouth. In the end, the two of us managed to finish 5 servings. Despite originating from Kyoto like the well-known chain "Osho," this place had a completely different concept, almost the opposite. Nevertheless, the food was delicious. Located near Ginza and Shinbashi stations, the cost performance was good except for the wine. My companion seemed to really enjoy the experience. It's a great place to drop by. A convenient and enjoyable dining spot. Thank you for the meal. We will visit again.

The dumplings here are my favorite ever!! The shop is small and the staff isn't the friendliest, but the taste is unbeatable!! The menu is limited, so it's a good place to have a quick drink and eat before heading home. I used to go to a shop in Ebisu often, but it closed down, which was sad. If you're planning to go, I recommend making a reservation!

I have always wanted to visit the infantry with its main store in Kyoto, and today I had the opportunity to visit it as my second stop. The dumplings are small, so you can easily eat a lot of them. They offer garlic and leek dumplings, as well as ginger dumplings without garlic. The dumplings with miso were also delicious and refreshing. Lastly, I finished with the "espresso with devil clams," which was also delicious.

Gyoza specialty shop born in Gion. The Gion branch is listed in the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand. The best feature of "Heihei" gyoza is the perfect balance of crispy thin skin and juicy filling. The extremely thin skin is a custom order, and the filling consists of pork, Chinese cabbage, and cabbage. Despite the simple recipe, delicate techniques are required for the perfect cooking. Thank you for the meal.

About 5 minutes from Shinbashi Station and about 10 minutes from Ginza Station, this gyoza restaurant in Ginza is a branch of the original store located in Gion, Kyoto. They offer two types of gyoza and several other appetizers. The gyoza, which are bite-sized, are perfect for the hot summer and very delicious.

On a regular day after 10pm, without a reservation, without waiting in line, we sat at the counter with two people.
[Ordered Menu]
- Gyoza with leek and garlic: 500 yen
- Gyoza with ginger: 500 yen
- Stir-fried bean sprouts with minced meat: 480 yen x 3
- Cucumber in a pot: 380 yen x 3
- Espresso of devil's tongue clams: 380 yen x 2
- Chicken and ginger soup: 480 yen
We decided to go for a drink and found this place that stays open until 1am. It's best to order one pot of cucumber and stir-fried bean sprouts per person in terms of quantity. The gyoza had a unique shape and were a bit squished. The recommended way to eat the ginger gyoza was with miso sauce, but unfortunately, it wasn't provided to us, unlike the neighboring customers. We each had about 5 drinks, and the total bill came to a little over 5,000 yen per person. Thank you for the meal!

It is a rare treat to find a gyoza specialty shop where you can quickly enjoy your meal at the counter. The gyoza in Kyoto style, which I have tried in Kansai, are small and perfect as a snack. The menu consists of only two types of gyoza and four side dishes, which is great for enjoying with drinks. They offer draft beer and a selection of bottled beers, which is a nice touch.

The dumplings are small in size, with two types available: garlic chive and ginger. The ginger dumplings are served with miso sauce. Both were very delicious, but the chicken and ginger soup was particularly good. Other dishes included potato salad and minced meat with bean sprouts. The menu is limited, but still enjoyable.

I visited on a regular night without a reservation. The menu had almost nothing besides dumplings, with prices ranging from 500 to 800 yen per plate. I ordered garlic dumplings and ginger dumplings. They were delicious, but each dumpling was small, so I didn't feel like I was eating much.

This restaurant specializes in two types of dumplings, garlic flavor and ginger flavor, as well as side dishes like potato salad. It is known for being always crowded, especially on Fridays. I visited on a Thursday at 8:30 PM and was able to get a seat. Personally, I found the dumplings to be small and not packed with much meat, so I prefer dumplings from other places. However, the restaurant is popular among foreign customers and always seems to be full, indicating its popularity.

I visited with a friend, and the dumplings had a crispy skin and were small enough that even women can eat them in one bite! The dumplings go great with alcohol~! It's easy to eat, so even friends who eat little can have seconds! I think it's a great place for a quick drink or a pre-dinner gathering ⭐︎

Ginza Gyoza. After work, feeling hungry... finally able to go to a place I've always wanted to try, Heibon. The gyoza may be small, but the flavor is rich. Goes well with rice. And the size is just right. It's small but not too small. Eating it with rice, I realize this is the perfect size. Also, the miso sauce that comes with the ginger gyoza is a great match... just this alone adds depth to the rice. The gyoza is exquisite. Combined with rice, it's a winning combination. Enjoyed a famous Kyoto restaurant. They operate on a one-drink policy in the evening.

Gyoza Infantry Ginza, which offers cute small gyoza originating from Kyoto, is a restaurant I've always wanted to visit. The restaurant is located closer to Shinbashi in Ginza. The main seating is at the counter, and although I made a reservation, it's not a place where you can relax for a long time. I ordered leek and garlic gyoza, ginger gyoza, potato salad, pickled cucumber, beer, and more! The leek and garlic gyoza had a strong garlic flavor, but it was delicious. Since the gyoza are small in size, I ended up ordering more and more. It's a perfect place for a quick first round of drinks!

It's Wednesday night. I'm in Ginza Hacchome. I have plans to have sushi in Yotsuya starting at 9 pm. It's quite a daring plan to torture my grandpa's stomach at such a late hour, isn't it? Anyway, I have some extra time. I decided to forcefully call a friend earlier to join me for a zeroth round in Ginza before heading to Yotsuya. The chosen place was this infantryman. I had previously tried their dumplings and wanted to enjoy them in the actual restaurant. I escorted my friend from Shinbashi Station and we sat at the counter a little after 7 pm. We ordered a set of garlic and ginger dumplings. As I sipped on my highball, we chatted about various things for about an hour. On the subway ride to Yotsuya, we joked about how we both smelled like garlic because of the masks we were wearing. It was a fun and fragrant experience. Thank you for the meal.

The small restaurant had only two counter seats and two tables. They offered two types of dumplings with ginger and garlic, two types of soup, and a few appetizers. The dumplings were small, so one plate was gone in no time. They were delicious, but not enough to make me want to go back again. It's a place I would visit casually if I lived nearby.

=R5.2= It was my first visit to Kanharu Yu at dusk on the weekend. I ordered a pot of cucumbers with red pepper after taking a bath. The small-sized dumplings seemed to be two servings. The one serving of 8 pieces with wings contained leeks and garlic. They were small as expected and juicy. I also ordered one serving of red pepper and ginger dumplings. These did not contain garlic, and miso sauce was provided together. The delicious flavor with a hint of ginger was delightful.

I apologize for the personal title! A gyoza restaurant from Kyoto has opened in Ginza, offering unique gyoza dishes. The menu is simple, with gyoza, small appetizers, and drinks. It's not a place to linger, but rather to enjoy gyoza and drinks quickly. There are only two types of gyoza: leek and garlic, and ginger. A plate of around 8 small gyoza costs about 500 yen. Despite their size, they pack a big punch in flavor, with plenty of juicy meat and a strong garlic taste. The skin is crispy, and the overall quality of the gyoza is high. There are two types of sauce: miso and soy sauce, allowing for flavor variations. The alcohol is a bit on the pricey side, but still relatively affordable. For about 3000 yen, you can enjoy 2 gyoza plates and 2 drinks, making it a good spot for bar hopping. This place may not be enough to satisfy on its own, but it's great for starting off a night of drinking.

As I was walking, craving for some dumplings, this restaurant appeared in front of me (laughs). It's like a gift from the heavens. I went inside and ordered some dumplings with a beer, because dumplings go best with beer, right? This place offers dumplings with garlic and without, but this time I ordered the garlic ones. The dumplings were hot, crispy on the outside, and filled with delicious flavor. They were tasty and had a rich flavor. Thank you for the meal.

During the pandemic, I visited alone. Ginza was quiet, lacking its usual liveliness. Even at night, there weren't many people around. Instead, there were many people hurrying home, and by 9 pm, almost everyone had disappeared. In this situation, I found a hotel in Ginza that was cheap, so I decided to stay there. I randomly found this dumpling restaurant and decided to give it a try. Inside, there was only a counter seating, I think there were some tables in the back as well, but my memory is fuzzy. The place was clean and not bad at all. I think it's safe for a woman to dine alone here. As the name suggests, it's a dumpling restaurant. I ordered two types: garlic and ginger with chives. I also ordered a beer. The food was served quickly. The dumplings were cooked perfectly, with a nice balance of crispy and moist. You can feel the dedication of being a dumpling specialty store. The thickness of the skin was just right and easy to eat. The portion was also just right, not too much or too little. It was just perfect. The alcohol went down smoothly. I left the restaurant before getting too drunk alone. Thank you for the meal. This is the kind of dumplings you want to eat in Ginza, even if you don't have to. I will visit again. ( ̄▽ ̄)

The meal consisted of two plates: "leek and garlic dumplings" and "ginger dumplings". Normally, one plate of each and two beers are enough to feel very satisfied. The dumplings are small, allowing you to savor each bite. The skin is neither too thick nor too thin, with a satisfying crispiness. The filling has a slight stickiness to it, and the balance of meat and vegetables is just right. They are not overly meaty, which is perfect. The dumplings were very delicious, and I was completely satisfied. Thank you for the meal.
