When I woke up, I received a message from a follower on LINE with the following content: "Good morning, Lonely Gourmet⭐︎. I always rely on your reviews. I believe you live in Tokyo, right? If you have some time, could you please review this ramen shop for me? It's the Tokyo branch of the Sapporo 'Lab Q'." I know about the ramen shop in Sapporo, but I don't want to review ramen shops anymore. I don't need ramen or hamburgers in my life. I had to go to 'Rin' at Tokyo Station, which is an interesting place. The shop is beautifully designed, and it's a smart move for JR to offer their ramen in Tokyo to test the market. However, I think this shop should focus on making money in Sapporo with their unique salt and soy sauce ramen rather than expanding to Tokyo. If you are interested in this shop, please continue reading. [Day 1] I ordered soy sauce ramen, but they were out of salt ramen. The staff was polite, and the ramen had a great aroma. I enjoyed the ramen and appreciated the unique taste. [Day 2] I ordered salt ramen this time, and they had it available. The ramen had a delicious aroma, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The operation of the shop was smooth, and the staff worked efficiently. Both the soy sauce and salt ramen were delicious, with a perfect harmony in taste. The chashu had no pork smell, which is a sign of good cooking skills. Overall, the ramen was almost perfect. In conclusion, the ramen at this shop is delicious and well-prepared. The operation is excellent, and the taste is exceptional. The chashu is cooked perfectly, without any pork smell. I recommend focusing on the Sapporo market rather than expanding to Tokyo.

After work, I visited "Nippon Ramen Rin Tokyo" inside Tokyo Station. It was around 7:00 PM and there was no line, so I was able to enter smoothly. I couldn't get the salt ramen, so I ordered the soy sauce ramen, extra chashu, seasoned egg, and a draft beer. The total was 2,380 yen, which felt a bit expensive for a ramen shop (maybe because of the beer). I started with the beer and some complimentary chashu, and before I knew it, the ramen arrived. The light soy sauce soup was like a model student, familiar yet hard to pinpoint where it reminded me of. But it was definitely delicious. The chashu was also excellent. Being able to eat at a shop of this quality without waiting in line is thanks to Tokyo Station, a huge terminal with a variety of delicious shops. In that sense, Tokyo Station is truly amazing. It was a wonderful restaurant experience. Thank you for the meal. Visit date: 2023.09.25

On Sunday at noon, I was the fourth person in line. While waiting, I purchased a meal ticket. I was seated after about 5 minutes. There is a space under the table to store belongings. They do not offer to provide an apron unless requested. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and clean. They do not accommodate requests for firmer noodles. As expected, the noodles were on the softer side and towards the end of the meal, they became too soft for my liking. The flavored egg was very intense with a strong soy sauce taste, which did not go well with the salt ramen soup, especially considering it costs 200 yen. Overall, there were several disappointing aspects. I didn't specifically aim to visit this place, but happened to stop by, which was a good thing.

Visited at 11:20 on a regular day, waited in line for one person. The shop is located in the underground exit at Yaesu side of Tokyo Station. The soy sauce wonton ramen costs 1550 yen. The noodles have a good wheat flavor and a smooth texture. The soup has a strong soy sauce flavor with a rich broth. The staff is cute.

Today was a busy day from the morning, haha. I had a transfer timing at Tokyo Station, so I decided to have lunch here. It's a ramen shop located inside the Yaesu Central Exit ticket gate, on the basement floor of Gransta. Around 90% of the seats were filled during lunchtime on a weekday. I bought a meal ticket outside before taking a seat. The high-tech meal ticket vending machine also accepts cards. The atmosphere inside the shop is sophisticated with only a counter, and the service is polite and leaves a good impression. The scent of chicken is gently wafting. The noodle box has the words "Flavor of the Heart Food". They offer two types of ramen, soy sauce and salt, starting from 1200 yen. It's probably expected due to being in the underground of Tokyo Station. The salt ramen was limited in quantity. Ordered item: - Soy Sauce Ramen 1200 yen After waiting for about 10 minutes, the ramen finally arrived. It came with one slice of chashu, bamboo shoots, seaweed, and green onions, looking a bit lonely. The soup is a sharp soy sauce base with a soft hint of chicken broth. There's a generous amount of chicken oil, making it slightly oily, but not overpowering in flavor. The balance of acidity and sweetness was well harmonized, giving an overall refreshing taste. The noodles had a slippery texture and a soft chewy bite, not blending well with the soup. They offered a pleasant wheat flavor. The chashu was thinly sliced, slightly dry, with a good meaty texture. The bamboo shoots were crunchy, and the green onions added a refreshing touch. It's a ramen that many people seem to enjoy, a simple and classic chicken soy sauce ramen. Personally, it didn't leave a strong impression on me. Thank you for the meal~!

- Overall Service: Average. The attitude of the staff showing their backs to the customers is not very welcoming. - Cleanliness: Good (use of colors that hide dirt well). - Ambiance: Elegant and calm, with a sense of luxury. - Wait time: Around 10 minutes on a weekday after 7:00 PM. - Service time: Not specified. - System: Purchase through a ticket machine outside and hand it to the staff. - Likelihood of revisiting: Yes. - Soy Sauce Ramen (1,200 yen): - Taste: Delicious, especially the soup! The medium-thick straight noodles go well with it. The chicken oil added on top forms a film and keeps it hot... no, actually, it's quite hot. - Portion: Not large but not small either. - Likelihood of revisiting: Highly recommended. - Chashu Rice (480 yen): - Taste: Strong butter and pepper flavor. Delicious! - Portion: Decent value for the price. - Likelihood of revisiting: Yes.

I had been curious about a ramen shop inside Tokyo Station for a while, so I decided to visit during a business trip. I arrived around 11:25 am and there were about four groups ahead of me in line, but I was able to get in after about 15 minutes. The shop had a cozy, traditional Japanese atmosphere that made it easy for even a solo diner to feel comfortable. The staff were polite and welcoming, which was nice. I ordered the soy sauce ramen with special toppings. The soy sauce ramen had a light and refreshing soup, not too sweet but still flavorful. It was simple yet delicious. However, it was a bit pricey at 1,200 yen for a simple soy sauce ramen. The toppings, especially the chashu pork, complemented the ramen well. Personally, I really enjoyed the soft-boiled egg - it was cooked perfectly. I would like to try the salt ramen next time. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

¥1550 may be a bit pricey, but it's worth trying this light soy sauce soup ramen. The soup leaves a good aftertaste that makes you want to keep drinking it. The thin noodles have a great flavor and texture, and the tender pork belly chashu and slippery wonton soaked in the soup create a perfectly balanced ramen. It's seriously delicious. The staff explained the dish well and provided polite service. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I had some business at Tokyo Station and wanted to eat delicious ramen, so I searched the area on Tabelog and ended up visiting this place with high ratings. To my surprise, it was located right inside the station! I had never noticed there was a ramen shop with such a long line inside Tokyo Station before!! The price was a bit higher than regular ramen shops at ¥1200. It felt like Tokyo Station prices, I guess? The interior was quite spacious with a stylish counter. The noodles were thin, and the rich soy sauce flavored soup was delicious. The chashu was thin, and the green onions added a nice touch. I added a simmered egg with Hinai-jidori chicken for ¥220. The portion wasn't too big, so I finished it all in no time.

On Saturday, around 11:30, I visited a shop near the central entrance of Yaesu underground at Tokyo Station. There were about 10 groups waiting. The dish I tried was the Shoyu Ramen for 1550 yen. It had a beautiful soy sauce flavor with a perfect balance, and was very delicious. I would like to try the Salt Ramen next time.

I visited the restaurant around noon on Saturday. I entered inside Tokyo Station and waited in line for about 20 minutes. The restaurant only had a counter. This time, I chose the salt ramen. Although the price was higher compared to other ramen shops, the salt ramen was delicious and not boring.

After a long time, I visited for lunch. I had the soy sauce wonton noodles because they were still available. There are two wontons on top, one with pork and the other with chicken. The wonton skin is plentiful and has a smooth texture that is delicious. The soup and noodles are as delicious as always. I will come back again. Thank you for the meal.

I had my first solo ramen experience and it was delicious! After my health checkup, I decided to search for something tasty and found this place. It was a bit hard to find in Tokyo Station, but I arrived around 1 pm on a weekday. Even though lunchtime was over, there were about 5 people in line. The line moved quickly and I was inside in about 5 minutes. Surprisingly, about 30-40% of the customers were women. I ordered the soy sauce ramen. The ramen arrived in about 10 minutes and it looked beautiful. As someone who is not a ramen expert, I can't say much, but the noodles were cooked just right and the soup had a nice soy sauce aroma with various flavors. I could also taste a hint of acidity. The best part was the chashu, which had a clean and delicious taste. I added some pepper for extra flavor. Thank you for the meal!

On my way back from Takasaki, I got off the Shinkansen and felt a bit hungry, so I wandered around and stumbled upon this place. There were only two people in line ahead of me, so I quickly got my ticket. Without any prior information, I decided to order the same thing as the woman in front of me and waited. I had high hopes for the ramen with its clean appearance. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the perfect soy sauce flavor of the soup, and the balance of the firmness of the noodles all impressed me. It's a place I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this place for a quick lunch before my business trip, as it seemed like I could easily grab a meal inside the station. It was before 12 o'clock, but there were 4 people waiting in line to purchase food tickets. Soon it was my turn, and I was able to enter the shop. I ordered salt ramen with a flavored egg for 1,500 yen. This place is one of the top 100 ramen shops in Sapporo, and I couldn't go last time during my business trip, so it was a little revenge for me. It took about 10 minutes to get my bowl of ramen, and the flavored egg was served separately. The soup was a light amber color and clear, following the trend. The noodles were thin and straight, with a smooth texture, and the toppings included white leeks, bean sprouts, chashu, seaweed, and shredded chili peppers. The flavored egg was soft with a semi-soft yolk that was creamy. I think the quality was high. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I have often used Ramen Street at Tokyo Station while waiting for the Shinkansen, and this time, as I was about to leave the ticket gate, I discovered a new ramen shop! There was almost no wait, so I purchased a meal ticket from the vending machine and entered the shop! The interior had a stylish and traditional Japanese atmosphere, with only a counter and the kitchen in the middle. The female staff were very kind and provided excellent service! After a short wait, our bowls arrived! This time, my friend and I ordered the "Salt Ramen" and the "Plain Ramen". The appearance of the light and beautiful ramen was appealing! I particularly enjoyed the Plain Ramen, which had no toppings and allowed me to savor the flavor of the noodles and soup. It reminded me of the taste of the Chuka Soba restaurant in Totsuka, but I wonder if it is run by their apprentice? I'm not sure, but it's a place I would like to visit again.

- Dish: Soy sauce ramen with boiled egg topping, egg over rice - A simple and classic ramen dish that exudes a sense of royalty. The soy sauce soup has a rich flavor with a hint of sweetness, making it very delicious. The soy sauce used for the egg over rice is apparently raw soy sauce. - Atmosphere: Being located within the station, the turnover is high, but the interior has a calm atmosphere. - Seating: About 10 seats. - Price: 1800 yen (Ramen 1200, Egg 200, Egg over rice 400)

- Visited the restaurant around 7:00 pm on a holiday. Waited for about 10 minutes. Came with my husband. - Took the train to get there. The nearest station is Tokyo Station, located inside the ticket gates near Gransta Tokyo (Yaesu Chuo Exit). - The atmosphere of the restaurant is chic. It has about 15 seats at the counter, and the space between seats felt a bit cramped. - Ordered the Shoyu Ramen for 1,200 yen. The soup was so delicious that I wanted to drink it all. It's a blend of chicken, pork, and soy sauce. The noodles and chashu were also delicious. - Also ordered the Nitto Jidori seasoned egg for 200 yen. It was rich and tasty, but maybe a bit expensive for one egg. - The Salt Ramen was sold out when I visited. - Overall, I want to try the Salt Ramen next time before it sells out! I wish the prices were a bit lower so I could visit more often.

I arrived around 2:00 PM, so I was able to sit without waiting in line. I hesitantly ordered the "shoyu ramen" for 1200 yen. First of all, the soup was incredibly delicious. It wasn't too salty or too sweet, just the right balance of flavors that I love. However, the noodles were a bit soft, which was disappointing for someone like me who prefers them firm. Overall, I felt that the cost performance was a bit tough.

Soy sauce ramen for 1200 yen. Located inside the ticket gate at Yaesu Chikagai, just a short walk from the central exit. Arrived around 12 PM on a weekday and there were about 5 people waiting outside. It took 30 minutes until the ramen was served. The soup and noodles were delicious, with a chicken and pork-based broth that had an oily feel from chicken oil. It seems to be a popular style these days. The noodles were thin and slightly soft, which some may find too firm. Personally, I think it's just right with this broth.

The narrow interior of the restaurant is efficiently laid out with a moderate number of seats. While it may feel a bit cramped, the atmosphere of the decor is very nice. The soy sauce ramen features thin noodles that are close to standard thickness. They have a gentle chew and lack the straightness typically seen in noodles. The soup is a sweet soy sauce base with a hint of saltiness that comes later. It is a high-quality soup made primarily from chicken bones and chicken fat. The ramen is a refined version of traditional soy sauce ramen and was delicious.
