We had 250g each of sirloin, sagari, and ichibo. Both were tender and delicious. By default, they come with just salt and pepper. If you ask, they will provide sauce and yuzu pepper for free. You can add umami butter for an additional 100 yen. I might try adding it next time. Convenient because they have parking.

On my way to a familiar sushi restaurant, I came across a steakhouse that caught my attention every time I passed by. The restaurant is small. [Order] - Ichibo steak lunch 200 grams for 1,550 yen. Comes with soup and rice, and you can get free refills. Be sure to wear a paper apron as the hot teppan plate can cause oil splatters. The smell can stick to your clothes, so be cautious. The slightly tangy Japanese-style sauce wasn't to my liking, so I opted for salt. The lean red meat was more like rump than Ichibo. I think I prefer sirloin. It was satisfying to satisfy my curiosity. Thank you for the meal.

Today I wanted to eat meat, so I decided to go to Gutsagari, which is easy to enter with only one customer ahead of me. I ordered a pound of steak (oops). The interior of the restaurant is the same as always, like a bed for eels, but I like it! It hasn't changed at all... Hmm! What is this song?! A hot singing voice, a song full of fighting spirit, it feels like a theme song from a hero show or a boys' manga, playing endlessly. It's a bit awkward to be ignored while eating alone, but the song really stirs up my emotions. While listening to the song, I devoured the steak and finished it in one go. Later, I found out that it was the official theme song of "GUTS! GATSUTSURI STEAK" restaurant, and the passionate singing voice burst out from my PC. It seems that a new branch has opened, which is a happy occasion. That nostalgic song with the lyrics "Ah~ If there is no love in your heart, you're not a superhero♪" really resonates with me lately. From now on, I will probably associate that song with steak as well. Ha ha ha ha~ :)

I have a few things on my mind, but today I just wanted to eat. I ordered 300g of Sagari, and as I already knew, the soup was delicious. Today, I decided to add various vegetables other than onions in a messy manner, creating a soup with lots of ingredients. I topped the meat with onions and savored it in 2 or 3 portions, along with white rice. It was a happy meal. I appreciate the presence of an unpretentious restaurant. I also completed some overtime work.

Before this place became a restaurant where you can eat affordable steaks and hamburgers, it used to be a ramen shop. The restaurant is very narrow and it's difficult to enter and exit. The staff even have to go outside to clean up. I ordered the hamburger steak with rice and a regular portion of soup. I left feeling full and satisfied because it was delicious.

I stopped by after visiting IKEA Tachikawa with my boyfriend. The freshly made steak was incredibly delicious! It seems like they have different services depending on the day, so I would love to visit again if it were closer to my place. The seating area is a bit narrow, but the taste is so good that it's not a big concern.

On September 1st (Wednesday), when the state of emergency was declared in Tokyo, I had work in Tachikawa City. The weather forecast was bad, so I didn't prepare a bento. In the end, I was able to work until after lunch. There was a restaurant nearby where you could eat steak cheaply, called "Gatsuri Steak." I went there with my colleague Yuuki. We arrived a little before 12 o'clock and had to wait for a bit, but we were seated in about 5 minutes. It's a small restaurant with only a counter, probably can't seat more than 10 people. We ordered the lunch lamp steak 300g (1540 yen) verbally. The payment was in advance. Rice and soup were included. Rice was free for a large portion, and you could have seconds up to 1 pound (laughs). Soup was also refillable for free! Quite generous, right? The soup was served after a while, with bean sprouts and beef slices. It was okay. And the long-awaited lamp meat arrived! It was sizzling hot when the sauce was poured on, splattering everywhere (laughs). They don't provide napkins to prevent oil splatter like in typical steak restaurants. Instead, they have aprons on the table, so if you're wearing nice clothes, please use it (laughs). I tried it right away. Hmm, it's so tender! I read some past reviews that weren't very positive, saying the meat was tough, so I didn't have high expectations. But the meat was incredibly tender! It remained tender until the last bite. The side vegetables included bean sprouts, green beans, baby corn, and onions under the meat. The rice I asked for a large portion was quite generous! It was delicious, and I was full! The restaurant was small, with small pipe chairs, but I was so satisfied that it didn't matter. Thank you for the meal. Additional note: Um, my horse's condition is extremely poor as last month, unfortunately. It was like this last fall too. I feel like I need to lower the rate a bit these days.

After finishing up some office tasks, I switched to working from home and decided to have a late lunch. I ordered a 300g sirloin steak at a nearby restaurant and it was sizzling with juiciness. It had been a while since I had a good chunk of meat like this. Today, I sautéed the onions well before devouring them along with the steak. As always, the soup was delicious too! I dipped some bean sprouts and green beans into the soup and enjoyed it thoroughly.

It was Friday, so I had a 1-pound lean steak for 2000 yen! When it arrived, I was overwhelmed by its size, but the friendly female staff encouraged me to do my best, so I ate it all (laughs). Tomorrow is the start of summer vacation? This week, I couldn't leave work early after all, but I'll consider it a small victory since I finished one task. I ordered a curry with meat on top for ¥1,200. Now, we are live from the scene. Here we have the "cliff of white rice" with a slightly yellowish curry sea spreading out in front of it, with meat rocks and onion seaweed scattered throughout. In the depths of the cliff, there are what appear to be rock formations made of solidified lava from a volcanic eruption, along with grilled meat chunks. This scene, resembling a part of a remote island in the sea, is being transported to a different dimension called the stomach. The curry is not too spicy, closer to the mild spiciness of traditional soba restaurant curry. The sweet curry with a meaty flavor is perfect for slowly savoring. The meat has a good chewiness and just the right size, making it easy to eat without getting tired of chewing. Eventually, this picturesque scene was transported, leaving behind the solid plate resembling a rocky layer. That's all from the scene.

I'm feeling tired, but I'm thinking about having some plate udon. Even though it's unrelated, let's just go with the flow. Last time, I learned about Ichibo and Sagari. This time, I'll have a pound of Ichibo. After a while, something amazing arrived. I finished the meat-filled soup that came first. The master suggested a replacement for the soup, so I gratefully accepted. The soup here is really good. The meat seems to have been cooked for a longer time than usual, as it looks really hot. I struggled with the meat and managed to finish it. Since I don't have much experience with Ichibo, I thought this is how it is. I realized I need to study more. I came to eat red meat and was relieved to find a parking lot on the opposite side of the Anzudou road with space for three cars. Since there was no nearby coin parking, it was a bit difficult. The atmosphere at Ichibogakuen was different, so I was a little confused. Hmm, they have Ichibo and Sagari here. I ordered the Sagari, 300g of it. The meat sizzled on the hot iron plate. It was served rare, so I quickly cut it and cooked it a bit more. In the meantime, I ate some vegetables. The onions below were salty! I wonder if they were meant to be eaten with the meat? Then I enjoyed the green beans and meat with rice. In the end, it was delicious.

On this day, I went to Tachikawa for my car coating. I'm not the type to wash my car frequently, so I just do a water wash to keep it clean. It takes about 2 hours, so I decided to have lunch while waiting. I walked about 10 minutes to a steak restaurant called "Gattsuri Steak". It was around 1:30 pm and the place was full with a waiting list of one person. I took a short walk around the area and returned after about 5 minutes to find 3 empty seats. It's a counter-only restaurant, so I entered through the glass door at the back of the seats. I chose the Lunch Menu Thick Cut Steak 200g. It's a pre-payment system, so I paid 1300 yen and waited. They served soup first, which was simple in a cheap bowl but tasty with beef in it. When the steak was served, they offered a refill of the soup, which I accepted. They didn't ask about the doneness when ordering, so rare seems to be the default. The steak is thick with good texture, not too tough, and enjoyable to eat. It has a good amount of chewiness, making you feel satisfied while eating it. It's topped with butter and a slightly rich sauce, enhancing the overall taste. If you like meat, you could probably handle a 1-pound steak. They also offer extra rice, as the name suggests, you can eat a lot here. For 1300 yen, it's not a bad deal.

On Saturday, I stopped by after work for the first time in a while. They have a lunch menu during the day. I ordered a 200g cut steak with 1 pound of rice for exactly 1000 yen. You have to pay in advance. After paying, they immediately served soup. It was a delicious beef tendon and vegetable soup, and you can get a refill. After a while, the steak and rice arrived. I usually eat a 300g cut, but even the 200g portion was quite satisfying. I like cut steak because you don't have to cut it yourself. That's the only reason why. Haha. There are plenty of vegetables like bean sprouts and onions, and the meat is lean with no fat, but it's still meaty and delicious. It's best to eat it with just salt, but it's also tasty with mustard or yuzu pepper for a change of flavor. Steak for lunch is great too. Thank you for the meal.

- Meat-topped 100g Beef Tendon Curry for 1,000 yen including tax This steak specialty restaurant is located about a 10-minute walk from Tama Monorail Izumi Sports Center Station. Being in a remote location accessible only by a local train line and not very close to the station, I honestly didn't have high expectations. However, the taste was better than I expected and the cost performance was good. It was a unique place where you could enjoy steak for a change from major steak houses. I visited on a weekday night. It was quite late, but there were two other groups of customers. It was a relaxed dining experience. As it is a steak restaurant, of course, there were various types of steaks available in different gram sizes. However, being a curry enthusiast, I spotted the word "curry" and decided to go for the curry rice, especially with meat on top. So, I had the meat-topped 100g Beef Tendon Curry. The curry, served on a plate about the size of a large delivery pizza, was satisfying in terms of quantity. The curry itself was like a typical homemade curry, but the meat was delicious, as expected from a steak restaurant. The chewy beef tendon inside the curry was so tender. Just for that, it was worth trying curry at a steak restaurant. Furthermore, the 100g cut steak on the side was also excellent. The steak, tenderized well and cooked medium-rare, was so soft and juicy despite having little fat. It was not extremely juicy but incredibly smooth. Whether dipped in curry, sprinkled with pepper on the table, or eaten with soy sauce, the meat was thoroughly enjoyable. I felt like I got a good deal enjoying a hearty meal for 1,000 yen. I had the 300g lunch lamp steak and was extremely satisfied with the quality of the meat, cooking, grilled vegetables, and steak sauce. This steak is top-notch for this price. The restaurant has only one row of seats along the sidewalk, with glass doors behind your back. You open the door, sit down immediately, place your order, and pay in advance. I find this style convenient and minimalistic in terms of interaction with other customers. It gets crowded quickly around lunchtime, but the turnover is fast, so even if you have to wait in line, you'll be seated soon. I highly recommend the lunch menu and I think I'll be coming back here for a while.
