This is a bakery located in Morishita! It has seating along the wall and also a café. When I went right after it opened, there was already one customer there, who seemed to be using the café. They were still arranging freshly baked bread, and I noticed some rolls that were not displayed, so I asked about them. It turns out they were just not arranged yet. They had butter rolls and salted butter rolls with salt on the surface. I felt there might be more options not displayed, but I only bought three to take home and taste! Now, about the taste...
- Butter Roll: Very fluffy, with a mild butter flavor that gradually spreads as you chew. Not as rich as those from a certain butter roll specialty shop, but still a great classic butter roll taste.
- DONUT Plain: A simple donut with sugar sprinkled on top. Not oily, light and fluffy, very delicious. The staff recommended warming it in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
- GURATAN: I expected something like macaroni gratin, but there was probably no macaroni. I only remember the béchamel sauce and ham. It had a good texture when baked, enhancing the taste of the bread. I recommend baking it. Overall, the bakery offers simple and rustic flavors. It may depend on whether you find this satisfying or not, but the bread itself is excellent, so maybe there's no need for overly rich flavors. They accept PayPay.

A 5-minute walk from Morishita Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line. I felt like having some donuts, so I visited around 3 pm on a weekday. This shop also has branches in Tsujido, Kuramae, and Nihonbashi. The shop was empty so I chose a seat on the first floor, but there is also a second floor with plenty of seating. I came for the donuts, but there were many delicious-looking breads that made me hesitate. I got the Earl Grey Cream (¥470) and a Blend (¥540) for takeout, along with a Cinnamon Donut (¥280) and a Salted Butter Roll (¥230). The Earl Grey Cream donut had a fluffy texture with homemade Earl Grey custard and plenty of whipped cream inside. It was not too sweet and a delicious simple donut. I was a bit bothered by the unfriendly service from the staff, but I will visit again if I'm in the area.

A bakery specializing in donuts with Tsujido as its base. I was surprised to see that they have expanded to several locations in Tokyo. I stopped by and tried some after a long time. What I had this time were Lemon Bread for 323 yen and Cream Bread for 260 yen. The common point is that the bread is dry and lacking moisture. The bakery is known for its stylish appearance, high prices, and marketing strategy of successfully selling bread that would normally cost around 150 yen for a higher price. I was impressed by their marketing skills.

I had a set with Earl Grey cream donut, soup, and croque monsieur. The soup was a rich green potage with paprika, carrots, and potatoes, very satisfying. The croque monsieur had a light taste with cheese and ham, without feeling the bechamel sauce. The highlight of this shop is definitely the donuts. The plain one warmed up was uniquely delicious, but I also thought the one with lots of cream would be good too.

I personally didn't feel like going back. It didn't really impress me, but if you like a simple taste, it might be worth trying. The atmosphere of the shop is cute, and all the bread looks delicious! There are definitely people who will love it, so if you like a simple taste, I recommend giving it a try.

I went to eat my favorite chewy donuts, but when I asked the staff, they just said "we don't have any." It was disappointing because I was looking forward to the donuts. However, I ended up getting a carrot cake instead, which was delicious with a nice spice flavor. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also good.

A renovated old traditional house turned into a bakery!! The donuts were delicious, I went back multiple times to buy them!! Among them, the donuts with cream inside were not only cute in appearance but also tasted amazing!! The donuts were light and not heavy, so I could easily eat about 3 of them!! There was only one staff member, so if the person in front of you ordered a drink, it took a long time!!

I suddenly found it. Near the entrance, there were three types of donuts and I could see the menu sign. The bakery had a stylish interior with a concrete base. I bought a mini baguette and an English muffin. The mini baguette had a light and refreshing taste. The muffin, like the baguette, had a simple and light flavor that would go well with meat or fish dishes. Thank you for the meal.

There were many types of bread, and I had a hard time deciding which one to order! The classic cream donut with cherries on top was just right in sweetness and surprisingly easy to eat. By around 3 pm, many items were already sold out, so I recommend going early if you want to have a good selection! There were many other bread options that caught my eye, so I will definitely visit again!

I used to have breakfast at Chigaya Kuramae store and since then I was curious about their donuts, so I went to the Morishita store. I arrived around 1 pm on Saturday, but they had already sold out of the soup lunch I was looking for. I was planning to get the donuts to go, but ended up eating in. I ordered: Strawberry Cream Donut, Maple, and Viennese Coffee. The donuts were light and fluffy, not too heavy. Inside, there was a nice balance of sweet and sour strawberry cream. On top, there were slices of strawberries adding a cute accent. The Maple had cream cheese, fig, and walnuts on top, and it seemed like it would go well with white wine. It's their most popular bread.

I had a great time at Fluffy Donuts in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There are seats on both the first and second floors. They offer several types of donuts, all of which looked delicious. There is no time limit, and it's not crowded, making it an easy-to-use hidden gem cafe! However, there is a large step at the entrance, so it may be difficult for people using strollers.

I purchased the Chigaya cream donut that was introduced on a TV show called "Matsuko no Shiranai Sekai". The staff seemed unenthusiastic and unemotional, probably tired of the influx of customers after the TV feature. They mentioned a 20-minute wait, but even after 10 minutes, they still said it would be a 20-minute wait. The cream donut comes in three flavors, and I chose the custard one for around 450 yen. The dough supposedly contains maple syrup, and the filling seemed to be a mix of whipped cream and custard. I couldn't quite distinguish the flavors, but it was decently tasty with a subtle sweetness due to the sugar coating. Overall, it was good, but the Super Special Donut at the same Mori no Shita location is tastier and worth the price.

This is a very stylish and lovely bakery. I ordered a fig and walnut cream cheese bread, a strawberry cream donut, and a coffee. Each cost around 500 yen. I visited on a Sunday at 12:30, and the seating area was not too crowded, probably because most people were getting takeout.

- Donuts: Plain (250 yen) / Cream Donuts: Chocolate (426 yen) / Caramel Banana Roll (349 yen)
- Chili Dog (370 yen) / Melon Pan (260 yen)
- Chocolate France (297 yen) *excluding tax
Visited the main store in Tsujido, with three other stores in Tokyo including Kuramae, Kodenmacho, and Morishita. The Morishita store transports items baked at the Kuramae store.
- The main focus is on donuts, with a texture that is not too heavy or too light.
- They also offer a variety of savory bread, and the bread dough of the Chili Dog was delicious.
- The Chocolate France was quite hard, but with plenty of chocolate chips making it tasty.
Among the bakeries in the Kinshicho, Ryogoku, and Morishita areas, this bakery seems to be on the higher price range, but the hit rate for bread with enjoyable textures was high, so I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

In Shonan Tsujido, a bakery opened a donut bakery in Morishita following Kura-mae. It looks like a stylish bakery, but donuts are the main focus. I was undecided on what to buy, so I decided by looking at what others were buying. One was the recommended plain donut for 250 yen. The other was a cream cheese, fig, and walnut bread for 417 yen. The donut was average, but the cream cheese bread had a surprisingly strong milk flavor, and the texture of the walnuts and the acidity of the figs combined to make it delicious.

I was curious because people were coming in and out, so I peeked inside and found a small bakery with no big signboards. The interior was small but elegantly simple, with a nice atmosphere. There was even a dog sitting near the entrance, adding to the trendy vibe. They had a good variety of bread. I ended up buying four different types: salt bread, Wiener croissant, pain au chocolat, and white bread. The salt bread was tasty, although I couldn't taste much salt. The Wiener croissant was a nice twist on a classic croissant, with a perfect balance of flakiness and softness. The pain au chocolat had delicious bread, but I wished there was more chocolate inside. The white bread had finely chopped orange peel inside, which added a nice texture to the soft bread. I heard their donuts are popular, so I'll definitely try them next time!

Visited around 16:40 on a regular day. Only one customer before me. I knew about this place from Pan Labo's article. The owner, a unique female stylist who also worked in N.Y., runs the shop. Even at this time, they had 3 types of cream donuts. Carrot cake and Basque cheesecake also looked delicious. There are seating areas on the 1st and 2nd floors, but both are dark...so dark that it could be mistaken for being designed for blue-eyed white people. The interior is empty, but surprisingly there was one customer on the 2nd floor. They bring warm bread to your seat. Oh, oh. A chili bean dog and a cute cherry cream donut coexist on one plate...I did order this combination, though. Hmm. ...Not cute to line up. ★ Cream Donut 426 yen This is the signature donut here with a cherry on top. I came here to try this~♡ It's filled with lots of whipped cream! So much whipped cream! It's pure happiness! ★ Chili Dog 370 yen Topped with homemade chili beans and regular sausage inside. They lightly reheated it, so the filling is cold but the bread is crispy. The chili beans are delicious! ★ Cafe Latte 648 yen Expensive. Not really my cup of tea.

I visited the takeout near closing time. There were still quite a few donuts available at this time. I bought a donut with lemon peel cream, which I think is a limited-time flavor. The slight bitterness of the peel was delicious. I was expecting a normal sweet and light cream to contrast with the bitterness, but it had a tangy taste like cream cheese. It was still delicious though. Just be aware that you can't use credit cards for purchases under 1,000 yen. Thank you for the meal.

A cute bakery cafe renovated from an old Japanese house, Cream Donuts are very popular! (They start lining up around 11 am) The soup set is limited to the Morishita store. Each table has a different concept and is cute from every angle. Order options: Choose Toast & Soup Set 1080 yen (Croque-monsieur), Cream Donut 460 yen (Custard Cream, White Peach Cream). You can eat on the 1st and 2nd floors! Seating is after payment, so it may be a bit difficult with lots of luggage. The main store is in Fujisawa, Kanagawa, with branches in Kuramae and Nihonbashi in Tokyo. Crowded status: On a holiday around 11:15 am, only 2 groups. Store information: Address: 3-5-11 Morishita, Koto-ku, Tokyo, Phone number: 03-6659-3722, Business hours: 10:00-18:00, Closed on Mondays, Access: 2 minutes walk from Morishita Station, 9 minutes walk from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station. No.3302 About an 8-minute walk from Morishita Station on the Toei Subway Shinjuku Line. There is a shop in an area with scattered residential areas and apartments. I happened to find this bakery while passing by. Ah... a stylish shop renovated from an old folk house (or a closed retail store) that exudes a subtly stylish atmosphere. The interior of the shop seems to allow dogs to accompany their owners. Woof woof woof woof~ A poodle belonging to a customer who was relaxing in the cafe... What is he trying to convey? He occasionally barked. Donuts WAN - 259 yen. Donuts seem to be a popular item here. These donuts... simply delicious! The texture of the dough is exquisite, and there is no greasiness. There were also cinnamon-flavored donuts, but I tried the plain one, and the texture of the dough was exquisite, with no greasiness... and there was a sense of nostalgia in the finish. There was a description on the price card. I forgot what the regular elderly lady said about these donuts... This is delicious. WAN - 320 yen. WAN? Ah! I see! This shop welcomes dogs, right? I just realized that looking at the product name. There are also regular cream buns, but this seems to be a slightly upgraded version of a cream bun. It contains raisins inside, as well as pears (I think it was cut pears, but my memory is shaky... if I'm wrong, please let me know, shop owner). The color of the bread is also wonderful - this color! They seem to pay attention to the quality of the flour as well. The surface of the bread is delicious, but the combination of ingredients inside is also excellent. The custard cream was quite minimal, but it was a deep and delicious custard.
