The closest station is Wakabayashi Station on the Setagaya Line, but you can also walk from Sangenjaya. Churros: 750 yen (tax included), Chocolate sauce: 100 yen (tax included), Americano: 500 yen (tax included). The slightly warm churros have a sweet aroma and are delicious on their own with a gentle sweetness. Of course, the chocolate sauce goes really well with them! It was delicious. Arrived on a weekday at 10:30 am with 2 other customers already there. The shop is small with a standing counter along the wall and bench seating. The staff member was also very nice. Recommended for churros lovers!

I always go to play with my child and beloved dog Hachi, and on the way back, we found a new cafe! The terrace is pet-friendly and the staff even provided water for the dogs. Looking around, it seems that the popular item is something like churros. I wondered what my wife would buy, but she ended up choosing scones. My wife's carefree attitude is wonderful! But the scones were also moist and delicious. Awesome, awesome!

Recently, a coffee stand opened near the Wakabayashi intersection along Route 7. It is just past the Wakabayashi police box, with easy access from Wakabayashi Station on the Setagaya Line, about a 5-minute walk, or about a 20-minute walk from Sangenjaya. The street-facing glass allows you to see inside, and the interior has a bench that can seat 3-4 people, with a standing area for tea. There are plenty of bottles on the shelves, and it seems you can also enjoy alcohol. The benches are arranged facing away from the outside, but when you sit down, you can see the outside scenery reflected in a large mirror on the wall in front, allowing you to gaze at the sky and greenery through the mirror! It's a lovely space with thoughtful touches. Outside, there is a dog-friendly bench, and a cute dog was taking a break there during a walk. They had carrot cake, brownies, cookies, and other baked goods, but this time, I was there to try churros, which I have been seeing at various cafes recently! You can order churros starting from 4 pieces, with the option to add more. You can also choose from various sauces. Churros (4 pieces - ¥700) + Chocolate sauce (¥50) Cafe Latte (iced - ¥650) I may have never eaten churros in my entire life before this (laughs), well, maybe at Disneyland on a school trip. When you stab it with a fork, there's a doughnut-like oily sensation, but when you eat it, the slightly maple-scented, chewy dough is delicious. The chocolate sauce was more watery than I imagined, with a smooth, drink-like texture, which was nice and not too heavy. I was worried that 4 pieces might be too much for one person, but I finished them quickly (laughs). The latte had a strong espresso flavor, with a deep taste similar to a cafe mocha with a milky feel. The cafe's goods and interior were cool and trendy, and I thought it might become a topic of conversation, and it turns out they were featured on TV today! It's a friendly cafe with a local feel, so I'd like to stop by again if I pass by. On Sunday at 10:00, there were no customers, but it started to get crowded from 11:00. Since they appeared in the media, it might be crowded for a while. August 27, 2023, Sunday, 10:00-

- Americano ¥650 - Churros ¥700 - Seasonal fruits ¥150 The churros were crispy on the outside and incredibly soft and chewy on the inside! They had a delicious sweetness without being too greasy, as they were baked in the oven. The seasonal fruits had a strong berry acidity that I really enjoyed. The seating consisted of simple benches or standing room only, so it's not a place for lingering.

A recently opened cafe located near Wakabayashi Police Box, about a 12-minute walk from Sangenjaya. I went there for the churros, but unfortunately they were sold out by around 2:30 pm due to it being a public holiday. So this time, I tried the carrot cake instead. There aren't many cafes in Tokyo where you can enjoy sauces like melted chocolate, and with the recent hype around churros specialty shops in Seoul where people wait for 5 hours, I was hoping something similar would come to Tokyo. And I was delighted when this cafe opened! The carrot cake I had this time was by far the most delicious carrot cake I've ever had. I'm already planning to come back next time for the churros as well! I will definitely visit again soon.

This place is located at the intersection of Kandai Street and Setagaya Street. It aims to be a local shop that connects the city and its people. I went on a weekday for lunch, but it was still quite busy. While waiting for my order, I noticed a card from unin on the counter. When I asked the staff about it, they told me it was the owner's card for their second shop. The owner happened to be there as well. This shop offers churros, a rare find outside of places like avan in Matsutao. I tried the churros with cheese sauce, which was delicious. The shop is small, but it's a nice place to take a break and relax.

Pre Open! A cozy coffee stand ☕️ ˊ˗ (Grand opening scheduled for September) The concept is "a crossroad and meeting point connecting the city and people." The staff was friendly and made the atmosphere very pleasant. The order was: Churros 700 yen + Chocolate sauce 50 yen, Lemonade 650 yen. There were 4 toppings available for the churros, ranging from sweet to savory. I chose the chocolate sauce since the others were sold out, and it was just the right amount of sweetness and delicious. The churros were a bit burnt and hard, but I'm sure they will improve by the grand opening. For the lemonade, you could choose between water or soda. The atmosphere of the shop was created by renovating a small warehouse, with mirrors and full glass windows allowing natural light in, creating an open and airy space. There are only standing counters and benches, so it may be better to go early to avoid crowds. On the day I visited, I was the first group before the holiday opening. Address: 5-39-20 Kamiuma, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo. Business hours: Irregular due to pre-opening, check on the official Instagram. Access: 8-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station, 5-minute walk from Wakabayashi Station. Other: Pets allowed only on the terrace.

I visited a place where the inside of the store can be seen well through large glass windows. Western music is playing inside. I ordered an "Iced Americano" for takeout. The extraction process started right away and it was served in about 3 minutes. The cold iced coffee made me feel refreshed.

The coffee went very well with the carrot cake. Although they were sold out of churros during the soft opening, I would like to visit again when they officially open in mid-September.

Junction @Tokyo Wakabayashi Station✍new open cafe review☕ 7/25 pre-opening Carrot Cake Churros + Cheese Cream Topping Iced Latte The Carrot Cake was moist and crumbly, with plenty of nuts and raisins and a hint of spices. It was really delicious✨ The Churros were chewy, with topping sauces ranging from sweet to salty. I chose cheese for a savory touch. There are only benches and stands, with benches outside as well. Wakabayashi Station on the Setagaya Line is the closest, and Sangenjaya Station is within walking distance. I took the bus back and forth due to the heat. The grand opening is scheduled for around September, and the menu may change. It was delicious, and I would like to visit again♡ Junction Wakabayashi, about ? minutes on foot, irregular holidays️ 9:00-18:00, bartime sometimes until 22:00 Cash or credit, QR code payment available
