When I was on a business trip in New York, I tried pizza at a pizza shop in the city. They were selling pizza for around $1 to $3 per slice, and the slices were huge, almost the size of this one. In New York, everyone eats pizza easily. The toppings weren't that much, but it felt nostalgic. It filled me up. Thank you for the meal.

If you want to enjoy a hearty and junky American pizza at home, there is only one choice: Domino's Pizza's NEWYORKER range! The NEWYORKER pizza is a recreation of authentic American New York-style pizza, with a size of 40cm, making it a true American size! Unlike the thick and chewy Chicago-style pizza, New York pizza is known for its thin and crispy crust. While a simple pepperoni pizza is always a good choice, try ordering the Quattro New Yorker for a variety of flavors. This big American pizza is meant to be folded and eaten, just like they do in America! The Quattro New Yorker includes classic and basic flavors such as Big Pepperoni, Big Cheese, Big Pepperoni & Sausage, and Big Ham & Mushroom. As a side dish, try the Buffalo Wings, a classic American appetizer of fried chicken wings coated in spicy wing sauce. With a beer in hand, enjoying the New Yorker pizza and Buffalo Wings will make you forget you're in Japan and feel like you're in America!

When it comes to major pizza delivery companies in Japan, Domino's Pizza, Strawberry Cones, Pizza-La, and Pizza Hut are some of the well-known names. Domino's Pizza and Pizza Hut were both originally from the United States and are rivals there. The pizza delivery system is said to have originated in America in 1960 with Domino's Pizza. In Japan, the first pizza delivery store, Domino's Pizza Ebisu, was established in 1985. Strawberry Cones was founded in 1986, and Pizza-La opened its first store in 1987. Pizza Hut entered Japan in 1991 when KFC established the Pizza Hut business division. Pizza has its origins in Naples, Italy, with the first pizzeria opening around 1803. In the United States, Italian immigrants opened the first pizzeria in New York in 1905. Domino's Pizza, a pizza delivery pioneer, is a popular choice for pizza delivery in many households, offering American-style pizzas with unique Japanese twists. One of their new products is the New Yorker, which features a 40cm American-style pizza. The New Yorker range includes five different types of pizzas, such as Quattro New Yorker and Big Pepperoni & Sausage. I ordered the Big Pepperoni & Sausage, which is topped with plenty of cheese, pepperoni, and Italian sausage. The pizza is reminiscent of New York-style pizzas, which are large and meant to be folded and eaten by hand. I also ordered Buffalo wings, a classic side dish originating from Buffalo, New York. The chicken wings are coated in a spicy and tangy wing sauce and are typically served with blue cheese dressing. While the Buffalo wings lacked the traditional celery side, the option to order them for delivery from Domino's Pizza is a unique offering. I hope the New Yorker pizza and Buffalo wings combination remains on the menu for a while. It's worth noting that there is a separate menu item called Buffalo wings, which is different from the Buffalo wings with blue cheese sauce. Be sure to order the correct one.

When it comes to pizza, Italian style is the first thing that comes to mind. However, pizza is also a popular American food with a long history, dating back to the late 19th century when it was brought to America by Italian immigrants. In 1905, the first pizzeria in the United States was established in New York's Little Italy. Personally, I love high-quality Neapolitan pizza, but sometimes I crave a hearty American pizza. The delivery pizza system was pioneered by Domino's Pizza in 1960 in America. Domino's Pizza also made its way to Japan in 1985, introducing the concept of delivery pizza to the country. If you want to enjoy authentic American pizza at home with a beer in hand, there's only one choice: Domino's Pizza's NEWYORKER range. The NEWYORKER range offers a variety of options, including the recent addition of the Big Philly Cheesesteak pizza. The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, a specialty of Philadelphia, consists of thinly sliced beef and melted cheese on a long, flat white bread roll. Domino's has taken this popular American dish and turned it into a pizza, offering a unique twist on the classic. I recently tried the Big Philly Cheesesteak pizza from Domino's, which features generous amounts of cheddar cheese and beef. While the pizza was a bit overwhelming with the cheese overpowering the beef, I still prefer the classic Pepperoni pizza from the NEWYORKER range. Additionally, I ordered Buffalo wings as a side dish, a popular dish originating from Buffalo, New York. The chicken wings were coated in a spicy and tangy wing sauce, typically served with blue cheese dressing. Overall, Domino's Pizza offers a unique selection of American-style pizzas and side dishes, making it a great option for enjoying a taste of America at home.

[Motivation for Ordering] To have lunch with my family of three, we decided to have pizza delivered. [Background] For dinner, we planned to consume high-quality meat obtained through hometown tax payment, so we wanted to avoid similar high-end items for lunch. However, my son, who is not keen on eating out (especially with the Omicron variant spreading rapidly), made us consider researching our options for delivery in preparation for our grandchildren's visit. [Taste] - Big Sunday & Wednesday R 3240 yen: Although there are special deals on Sundays and Wednesdays, the delivery lead time is over an hour. You can choose 3 pizzas from 1 Happy Range or 2 Happy Range, with prices ranging from 2590 yen for M size, 3240 yen for R size, and 3880 yen for L size. We ordered the R size with the expected crust type, and the pizzas arrived as planned, hot and ready to eat. - Quattro Happy: Includes Tropical (ham, pineapple, tomato sauce), Genovese (ham, potato, garlic, parmesan mix cheese, basil sauce), American (pepperoni, tomato sauce), and Margherita (bocconcini, basil, cherry tomato, tomato sauce). It's great to have a variety of toppings, but if you order a set of 3, individual pizzas with specific toppings might be better. - Domino Deluxe: Includes pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushroom, green pepper, onion, tomato sauce. There are plenty of toppings. - Margherita: Includes bocconcini, basil, cherry tomato, tomato sauce. It's commendable that they use actual tomatoes, not just tomato liquid. Overall Rating: While it may not match up to physical stores, it is definitely tastier than Pizza Hut or Pizza La. Rated 3.4 out of 5 (average rating 3 out of 5).
